I feel I definitely owe a five star review to CommTech. After a heavy dumbbell collided with my phone, my iPhone display was rendered unusable, and I could not see anything on my phone. I was recommended CommTech, and after arriving I was immediately welcomed by Ian. Ian was beyond amazing in helping replace my phone with a brand new screen. I never thought I would be able to have my phone fixed in such a short amount of time! Thanks so much again Ian!

Thanks so much Ian for being the best iPhone screen repair guy around! Lucky for me I live in Agoura Hills so getting to and from was a piece of cake, but I’d happily drive from anywhere in the Conejo Valley for this level or service and professionalism. No need to fear if you ever find yourself with a cracked iPhone. Just do what I did and call Ian. 👍

I wanted to make sure I left a review for Ian because he was so accommodating and I have no complaints about the repair.I dropped my iPad and cracked the screen really badly a few weeks ago. The drop also bent the frame a bit on one of the sides. I called two local iPad repair shops. CommTech was lower in price and also closer to me, so I went with CommTech. When I arrived at the CommTech location on a Saturday, the business center the shop is located in was desolate. Honestly, I was nervous, was regretting the decision to go solo, and had my husband on the phone while I was looking for the unit number. When I arrived at the location, I opened the door to find the single room repair shop with one person (Ian) sitting inside. Before hanging up with my husband, I announced loudly in the doorway that I was at 30101 Agoura Ct Suite 117 and that if I did not call back in 5 minutes to come find me. This is all to say, do not let the looks of the place deter you from CommTech. After taking a look at my iPad, Ian ordered the replacement screen. Its an old iPad so it took several business days to arrive. I decided I did not want to leave my iPad, so we agreed I would bring it back when the replacement screen arrived.On Friday, I received a call in the morning that the screen had arrived. That same morning, I realized that within 24 hours I would be chaperoning 12 preschoolers backstage during a two hour dance recital and that it would be nice to have my iPad as backup entertainment. I told Ian about the time crunch and my situation and although he had a big job that day, he expedited the iPad screen repair. I dropped the iPad off before noon on Friday and got it back that Friday afternoon in time for the dance recital the next morning.I paid a 50% deposit before Ian ordered the screen. For the repair, I gave Ian my screen passcode so he could unlock the screen. Since the repair, there have been no issues with my iPad. It works great.

Recently came in with iPhone that was not turning on. Gave great advice and didnt charge me a dime. Ians honesty is very much appreciated. Will definitely return if other computer or phone repairs are needed.

My iPhone 7 was broken to the point where it didn’t turn on anymore, almost lost all my photos and I recommend everyone to backup your phone if your with apple, Ian is very knowledgeable and professional, he went above and beyond to make sure my photos were recovered, so happy he was able to fix it because I went to Ubreakifix and they didn’t even attempt to fix it, thanks Ian for your help

I don’t know why the owner is saying I’m not a verified customer but me, my husband, and mother in law brought our phones here to get screen replacements on our iPhones and were initially happy with the service, but shortly after one of the phones started having touch screen problems. Another one cracked immediately, and my MIL’s started acting up again.She returned to complain and the owner said he’d try to use an Apple screen this time and redo her phone but he was never able to actually get an Apple screen (instead of whatever cheaper screen he typically uses).The man also asked for all our passcodes. After talking to an Apple Store specialist, I learned about how unnecessary and dangerous it is to give this info away. He literally has access to every app you own and your bank accounts with your account passcodePlease be wary of this guy.

This place is amazing!!! Went in to get my cracked iPhone screen fixed and could not be happier with the service and end result. Responsive, professional, honest and friendly owner who fixed the screen in no time with a very reasonable price! So happy to have found this place close by but worth travelling from further away as well, they are that good. Highly recommend!

Ian was SO HELPFUL. Really saved my butt so I could get my full retail value of my phone I was sending in. I will ONLY be going here from now on for my cell phone repair needs. Thank you Ian!

Ian did a great job replacing my cracked iPhone screen. His price was fair and he only needed an hour to replace it. I was happy to have such a quick turnaround.
