Ross and his team are fantastic! He took the time to make sure we leased the scanner/copier that best fit our needs while saving us a lot of money. Then he went above and beyond by helping with the return of our old machine and saved us money on that part as well. So nice to work with a company that is so dependable and professional that also has integrity. Plus, they are local! I would highly recommend them for your copier needs!

Common Sense Business Solutions delivers the best customer service, always happy to assist with whatever issue may be occurring with your printer. They send someone out as soon as they possibly can and make sure that were happy with the outcome, and will continue to send a tech out until the issue resolves. We have used their services since I have been with my current job (8 years) and have printers at 10+ of our offices. We havent run into an issue that CSBS couldnt fix.

Everyone says it in the reviews for CSBS, but it bears repeating: Great products, but OUTSTANDING customer care and service. This kind of support and IMMEDIATE response (with a real, live, local human being) is simply unheard of. EVERYTIME I have reached out with a question, or service issue, I am taken care of within a matter of hours. Its that great local community business you hope stays in business. Cant believe we worked without this tool for so long. CSBS was so easy to work with. Ross offered all the spec information and making a decision was easy. When Rita delivered the machine, set-up was just as seamless. I love that I can scan quickly and documents never get stuck! The stapling and holepunch options are timesavers and so appreciated. Her tutorial was quick and anticipated all my questions. Two weeks going strong and couldnt be happier.

The Common Sense team has been amazing to work with! We were tired of buying printers every 6 months and decided to get a printer from Common Sense and its been nothing but amazing for the few months that weve had it so far. Their tech support team is on-point and responds in a timely manner to help problem solve any issues we may be having and the machine runs smoothly. Im thankful to say I wont be needing to throw any printers in the dumpster every 6 months anymore now that we have a smooth running printer from Common Sense!

After being extremely frustrated with our prior vendor, CSBS has been our saving grace! Ross is excellent to work with. Common Sense is the best! We recently had the main and only copier go out completely in our office. Common Sense came out within the hour to repair it. We found out that that model was not one that could be repaired any longer. They came in and set us up with a new copier within two days! The technician quickly had us up and running on the network. They really went above and beyond what we expected. I would definitely recommend them.

One afternoon in November, 2010, Ross cold called our law office, (I’ve yet to figure out how he found us, upstairs, Healdsburg, out of the mainstream) and it has turned out to be the best walk-in sales pitch I’ve ever taken. We have been doing business with the Common Sense Business Solutions team ever since. They have walked us through lease returns, firm name changes AND an office move – helping with the pre-planning for equipment placement and they were there the day of the move to take care of the baby. The best thing I can say about Ross and the team is that I never have to think about it. He has consistently put us in the right machine for the work we do, we’ve had minimal problems and when we’ve had the occasional issue, the service team has shown up promptly and gotten us back on track with minimal downtime.To say that I would recommend CSBS is an understatement. If you’re not already signed up – you’re missing the boat.

Ross and his team at Common Sense Business Solutions have been outstanding in their customer service. We have leased copiers from other vendors in the past and have never had any bad experiences, but the service and the machine from Common Sense Business Solutions has impressed me enough that I am taking the time to write this review. We have a Konica Minolta c360 with a fax unit which we have had for a little over a year. It has worked nearly flawlessly, paper jams are extremely rare and print quality is very good. We had only one service issue with the machine and Rita from Common Sense Business Solutions came out and repaired the machine within hours and had us running with very little downtime. What really sets Common Sense Business Solutions apart from other larger vendors Ive worked with in the past is their personal service, they really know what they are doing, and are extremely responsive to any needs or questions.

I was very hesitant to let go of my old fashion printers. I had a review done of expenses and it was suggested that I talk with Common Sense Business Solutions to save money. I was buying two $800 printers every year. I was so impressed with how carefully they explained everything and decided (due to excellent, friendly service) to replace my old printers. The installation was amazing. The staff really knew what they were doing. They trained my employees. The follow up has been excellent and they have been available to answer every questions. We have one machine that does it all, scan, prints beautiful color and is easy for a non techy to operate. I highly recommend the services at CSBS.

Common Sense has been my go to company for printers/copiers for the last few years. I operate an IT consulting business here in Sonoma County and I wouldnt send my clients anywhere else for a new printer/copier. Common Sense Business Solutions really does have the best solution for businesses that need a printer/copier. Its so simple and so logical I dont know why I didnt do this before. They have excellent service - they are actually all about great service - and of course the business copiers are just fantastic machines. The Konica Minolta that I have now is worlds apart from what I was using. And if ever I have a question they are incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for offices that use a laser printer currently. Seriously - just talk to them for 5 minutes and youll get it.

I was trying to become a customer and they shot me down! Why am I giving them 5 stars ? Because they were so honest to the extent that they referred me too a competitor! Only because they didnt want to take my money, just like that and make the sale. These people are genuinely looking out for your best interest ! Based off my requirements that i asked for is why I was recommended elsewhere. But they still offered to be there for me even if I had any questions needed any additional help or just ideas.
