This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! The room floors turned my feet black that’s how dirty they were. The walls are so thin!!!! I stayed there January 4th-7th 2024 and there was a family on the second floor next to me with children and all they did was scream and yell and blast the tv all night long!! You can hear every single thing in this hotel and so many people complained about this family and im not sure what was done but the noise would only stop temporarily before it began again. Please hold guests accountable for causing a ruckus.

They really should update their photos of the rooms. They were one hundred percent better than I expected from looking at their photos. So nice, cozy, and clean! Im absolutely ecstatic over the lady at the front desk, Sian. She was so pleasant and friendly! I have never met a nicer hotel receptionist. Give her a raise! I will definitely be returning if I am ever headed that way.

If you have misphonia, do not stay here. You will not be able to sleep.If your neighbor turns on their AC unit, the low pulsating thrum will keep you up all night and in pain. Its like if you were to decide to sleep next to a car with the bass turned way up. I thought if I could get a room as close to the top and side as possible (the least adjacent rooms) I could actually gets some rest on my work trips, unfortunately my neighbor turned on their AC unit and the painful thrum comes right through the wall.To recount another stay, there is something between rooms 309 and 311 that makes the same thrumming noise, its not the AC because I ended up being unable to sleep in room 309 and asked to move, they were very accommodating and put me in 311. I turned off the AC in room 309 and the same thrumming sound was happening in room 311, there is a door between the doors to those too rooms the staff doesnt know whats behind that door. I dont really care other than the painful thrum.When I mention this to the staff they dont seem to understand, and their response makes me feel like Im crazy, as if Im overreacting. Im not sure what the policy is for interacting with guests, staff either doesnt understand or arent allowed to say yeah the noise padding room to room is not effectiveSo if you have sensitive ears, do not stay at this hotel. for like 10-20 bucks more a night the next door holiday inn has much better room to room sound proofing or whatever it is that doesnt cause my ears to ache and my anxiety to spike.

Between the burnt out lights and the broken toilet seats I would expect more for the price. I think after my review to them they refunded the $55 they charged me to check in @1:30 instead of 3:00 I may give them another chance but not sure.

Rooms are great and spacious, the best you will find in this price range in the area, even better than Marriotts. Breakfast is good, fresh and has a good variety. Matthew at the front desk is my favorite. He is very professional and serious, so may come off a bit distant at first, but he is extremely courteous and helpful! Overall a wonderful experience. Maybe they changed management since the old reviews, but its been clean and nice each stay. I know they are renovating. The beds are comfortable and have more pillows than most places. The coffee is weak lol but they have lemon infused cold water which is nice

Hard to find at end of street. Got assigned an already occupied room at check in at 1:30 a.m., scared the hell out of my wife when the male occupant screamed at her as she attempted to open the door.Finally got assigned the roo. next door, last one available in the room class we booked. Room was an accessible room for handicapped individuals. We wanted that for the walk/roll in shower, this chain does not offer those type showers, all of their handicapped rooms have step-over standard tub/showers with hand rails installed in themBreakfast buffet chafing dish has only 1 setting, HOT. It overlooks and dries out and hardens the commercial egg patties, and link sausage leaving them swimming in 1/2 inch of grease. Even the day manager said they hate the chafing dish because it does that. Wallpaper in window frame areas peeling up.Problems accessing the exit door to the rear parking lot. card reader keeps failing.Room: accessible rooms have no box spring, only a mattress, and its very low. Fridge did not get super cold at all.Bathroom: toilet tank flapper valve did not seat at all, toilet ran constantly. Shower has a 2 pc shower head, removable handheld part handle was too long to angle down against front wall enough, resulting in shower stream hitting back wall, running off sill of tub and all over the floor, flooding the bathroom no matter how the shower curtain was placed. 1 light vanity of the two over the bathroom sink, bulb burnt out.No maintenance worker scheduled over weekend, so no resolution to those issues.Facility shopworn, lots of nicks and missing paint in the rooms, especially on corners of walls. and numerous places the wallpaper is peeling up. Rooms are front half by doors hardwood laminate flooring, by bedding area is carpet. Flooring height differences mean large gap under main doors, lots of light comes in from hallway and is major fire/smoke hazzard since it no longer acts as a fire break.Shopped on pricing, 1st and last stay at this facility.

Mattresses are so soft it feels like you’re floating on a half filled water bed. Hotel gym is the worst hotel gym I’ve ever encountered. No free weights, just one broken treadmill from the 80s and a half functioning lat pull-down machine. Free breakfast in the morning is meh, coffee was semi warm at 6am. Wifi code changes every day (staff won’t tell you so you’ll figure that out on your own). There’s coin laundry but the front desk doesn’t have any quarters. The only decent thing about this place is the location.

This hotel was good for the price I got and my kids loved the pool. The room was decent. The main problem I had was the hotel took $496 and $106 out of my account after I paid for the rooms already. I went to speak to someone and the manager had released my money and then after I checked out they took my money again. I called the hotel and they told me I need to wait until Monday for the manager. So that was my money to spend fun times with the kids while on vacation so because the hotel took my money twice and left me with basically nothing I couldnt do things with the kids. So if you dont want a money issue stay somewhere else.

Rooms were decent. Staff gave me no information at check in at all. No breakfast times, no pool time, no best entrance. I asked for extra towels, I had to bring our own towels because there were not any at the pool. When I asked for extra towels I was told to bring my used towels back to the front desk. Worst of all they put a huge hold on my card and still have not removed the hold after 5 days!

Stay here at your own risk!! I had a third party fraudulently make reservations and use my account, some how got my card information, and I called to tell the hotel about it, was told by front desk he take care of it and let the manager Hemina know about it and there be no problems. Well guess what, the manager had the nerve to charge me anyway. $169 dollars later. This place is so shady I would never trust how low they go and try and charge you, even when not staying there and knowing about the fraudulent activity. Can only imagine what they will try to get away with if you leave your card information in their hands. Believe the other reviewers on here how they will just take whatever money they want from your credit or bank card as they please. Unlawful practices.. stay at your own risk. I do not recommend this hotel. There are way better choices, better customer, service and better management in the area.

It is basically clean. It is not at the level Comfort Suites is typically. The built in hair dryer does not work. When I told the front desk it seemed like they already knew. A 2 queen bed room they only supplied 2 towels, no wash cloths. Since our daughter is with us, I had to go ask for another towel. It is more of a Comfort Inn in my opinion. Breakfast had no fruit and luke warm coffee. They did have cereal, waffles and yogurt, etc. Pool and hot tub are nice. It is definitely a good place to stay. Just doesnt scream Comfort Suites to me. We have stayed in many Choice Hotels over the years from Rodeways on up. But I would stay here again.

Our company put us here for work in Fairfield. A lot better than the place we were before breakfast is a big plus they say 6: 00am, but the staff is very considerate for those of us who leave for work early!Very clean and cozy. Ac works great! The shower makes a squeaking noise when you try abd use the hot water, also has horrible water pressure. The mini fridge in the room is extremely loud and turns on throughout the night and is loud enough to wake you up. Worst night sleep of my life. Also the remote for the television doesnt work. Overall a horrible experience with bad customer service, wont be staying here again

4 & 5 star reviews are fake. Especially the ones without a comment.Look at my review and pictures on Google. They posted all the pictures and they don’t lie. This hotel is disgusting.First, our key didn’t work. That only delayed my disgust for 20 minutes.The floors were not vacuumed. I found a full size twizzler on the floor along with crumbs. That probably explains the roaches. Yes, ROACHES. The bedding was stained, torn and had holes. Both beds had hair in them. Hair in the shower. Shower mat was moldy and smelled. Only 1 towel for a double bed room. Sticky substance on the table. Half the lights don’t work. Don’t stay here, it’s disgusting.Oh yeah, I have bug bites this morning. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, but checked out this morning. I don’t want to bring home roaches and bed bugs!!!I am making a complaint to the health department. This place should be shutdown immediately and the owner should be fined if they are not keeping up on maintenance. I’ll guarantee they have had other complaints against them.I really hope the military does not put their folks at this hotel. It’s not acceptable for anyone!!

The most horrible stay. Check in was super slow. Lobby not very clean. Rooms were completely disgusting. Toilet was not even sealed to the bathroom floor. Bugs crawling on the floor in bathroom. Fold out couch was gross. Wore out, nasty dirty. Pulled it out to make into a bed and the mattress was so disgusting with huge stains all over it. The service here is absolutely horrible. We stayed there for 3 nights and not once did they clean our rooms. After the first night, we complained that they didn’t clean our rooms and then they said that they don’t clean rooms on the first night. The next morning we went back to the front desk to make sure they would clean our rooms and they said someone would be there by noon but then again no one clean the room. When we complained again they said we don’t have anyone to clean the rooms. It was the third night and they still didn’t clean the rooms and then they said that they have a policy that they don’t clean rooms till the third night. However, they still didn’t clean the rooms. The service was absolutely disgusting. Not once did they apologize or try to make up for it they just continuously said that it was their policy not to clean the rooms. We trusted comfort inn but we probably could have gotten better service at a Motel 6.

I have stayed here a few times. Multiple weeks in 2017. Rooms were good although breakfast was weak. I spent 2 nights in April 2023 and was definitely disappointed by the service. They did not take care of the breakfast. At 815 we had to ask for items rather than being stocked. We saw others arrive closer to 845 and the staff was still reluctant to keep food stocked. Of course anymore they wont make up your room daily since they cut corners for covid. I asked for towels for the next day. I had to ask again the following morning since they failed to deliver. I asked the night clerk if they had 2 queens, but they were out. He could have figured I would need sheets for the sofa bed, but he wasnt that aware. So I was forced to leave the room and head downstairs to get them. I couldve called the front desk, but at 1am Im sure he was the only person on site, and wouldnt have delivered the sheets and pillows to our room. Most hotels keep extra sheets, pillows, blankets etc in the room for such occasions. Poor decision by management.The rooms themselves seem to be still in the state they were in 2017. Not improved, same chairs, tvs, etc. If I return to the area, which is likely, probably will be looking elsewhere.

Stayed there for 1 night. Room was a good size, bathroom big and clean. Bed was comfortable with choice of soft or firm pillows. Pool and spa was nice and clean as well. Hotel was quiet. Free breakfast was good. Cereals, egg, sausage, pastries, juice and coffee. It had 1 waffle maker which worked well. Restocked frequently. It wasnt busy in the hotel so not sure what it would be like if it was crowded. Good clean hotel. Recommend.

There was a parade of people at the front desk making complaints about their room. When we went to our own room, we discovered that not only was our toilet seat broken (a complaint a different customer had as well), but OUR SHEETS WERENT CHANGED. There was sand in one of the beds and a sock in the other from a prior guest. When I complained to the front desk, he reacted with a look that said, you werent supposed to notice and didnt even attempt an apology.Oh, and the coup de gras? When we were leaving, there was someone at the front desk demanding to speak to the GM because his mom and sister got bedbugs there the previous night. The front desk guy was continuing to stonewall him until I suggested the guest contact the health department and gave him my number to bolster his case. THEN the front desk guy got on the phone.Just an awful experience. Ill never stay at a Comfort Inn/Suites again, nor should you.

Great place to stay! My room was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub were both clean and great water temp. Overall this was a great last minute place to stay and i recommend it to anyone looking for a clean calm place whether by yourself or with family or friends. Great location also right next toI-80 entrance and next to a bunch of restaurants and outlets and stores. Wonderful location!

Despite being close to the highway, the room are really quite. And I am sensible to noise. Bathroom is spacious and so is the room. I had a room on second floor with king bed. There is a tv, fridge, small coffee maker, sofa and desk in the room. As many hotel do, they have complementary basic toiletry items like tooth brush, tooth paste. Breakfast is also complimentary and offered from 6 am to 10am (as of 02-2018). Nice hotel and conveniently placed close to access route. Rooms are clean. Staff courteous.

She was outstanding.Breakfast was good,however,it would have been better if, instead of sausage patties everyday,it could have been alternated with bacon. Stayed there in a pinch when my AC at home blew a fuse and it was 88 degrees in the house. I have a one year old and even with all of our fans running we werent getting any relief. They accommodated us at the last minute. The decor in the rooms are a little dated in my opinion, but the AC worked beautifully, and that was all we really cared about. The staff was very friendly. No breakfast or pool due to COVID, but thats understandable. 4 out of 5 stars for the staff and the AC!

We were disappointed with this Comfort Suites. The first room we stayed at the sink was full of dirt and was all plugged up. They moved us to another room, but the sofa bed was broken. My son ended up taking the mattress off and sleeping on the floor.The girls at the front desk were great though. Very helpful and friendly. They tried to help us in anyway they could.However, we will not be staying at this Comfort Suites again.

My Wife and I stayed there last night. Clean, Respectful, Courteous, Friendly I will always associate these words with this place. I dont stay in hotels very often but the ones I have there was always something not quite fixed. The room was immaculate we had a selection of first second or third floor. Indoor pool was clean as was the jacuzzi although both are in need of some minor maintenance. The breakfast was very filling with a great selection of food. The location was secluded at the end of the Street and it seemed as though the surrounding neighborhood was safe to be in. I would give them a 5-star rating if only the rooms with the jacuzzi tubs were available. Unfortunately the two rooms both had leaks with the tubs.

Reservation was a bit frustrating. I told the guy working there to send me an email reservation confirmation 3x at least. Never received it. When I asked to confirm my reservation at different times, the ladies working reception sounded annoyed and had unpleasant tone to talk to. Couldnt check in early. I originally reserved one large room for my large family. When I called to confirm they told me we had too many people. Why wasnt I told this before? I then end up reserving two adjoining rooms. One sofa bed had gross stains all over.

It was close to the highway but not far enough away that there was no noise pollution. The lobby was beautiful, small, and comfy. The kid running the front desk was very polite, even at 1 a.m. I was just there delivering a lost luggage bag but I would certainly stay there if I was in Vacaville.

The day we first arrived we walked in and comforters and bed sheets looked wrinkled as if they didn’t get changed. Ignored it for the first day then second day same thing. So I wrote a note to housekeeping to make sure and change comforters and sheets. It didnt happen. My note was totally ignored. Then we started to notice many thing where not working or broken. The Tv wouldn’t work right. Doors had big marks and dents. The desk chair was totally totally ripped cant believe they still have it there. But what most got me upset was the rubber mat inside the bathtub. I turned it over and it was full of black mold. Another thing also was that our card to get inside our room was deactivated we had to go down to the lobby so they could fix that. The only thing we enjoyed were the comfortable beds. Anyway I did call to speak with the manager and she was not available but a note was taken by the receptionist about my complaints but manager never called me back. This hotel needs a major update. It’s expensive so our dollards should be worth it.

Hotel is good but the only reason i will give 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the thermostat in the room which did not control the air conditioner like i wanted. The wall thermostat did not shut off the AC which kept me cold and awake at night. Finally I slept after shutting off the AC through the air consitioner unit but it cost me a couple of hours of sleep at night.

I spent three nights here due to the competing hotel next door being overbooked during part of my trip. The Comfort Suites did not compare at all. The rooms are a bit tired, but the main problem was the air conditioner. It continually clicked on and off all night, making it very difficult to sleep. This combined with the bed and the noisy neighbors upstairs led to a lousy few nights. I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel has gone down hill fast. We used to love to stay here while visiting Vacaville. Never again! Housekeeping didnt clean our room one day, there was dirty bedding on a bed when we arrived, there were earwigs in the bathroom, front desk staff was rude and not helpful, the room was hot even though we had a/c turned very low, the room smelled bad, the pool area was dirty. In the past when we stayed at this hotel none of these problems were present. Its too bad the owners are not keeping the hotel clean and maintained. We will never stay here again.

Im still waiting three days after I was promised the manager would call me for a call back. Housekeeping was horrible. Lights in the bathroom were not all working and we were told on the first day that it would be fixed. Three days later it was never fixed. The list could go on and on. Every time my family travels to Vacaville, CA we always stay here. We love the rooms. We got to try out the indoor pool and hot tub this visit, which was very enjoyable. The rooms and hotel are always very clean and spacious. I never feel cramped in our room. I also really appreciate that theres a tub and shower. Ive stayed at plenty of places that only have shower stalls, which doesnt work for when I need to bathe my 2 year old.I have back problems, so when staying overnight anywhere my biggest concern is always the condition of the bed and pillows. The pillows here are very comfortable! I cant say that the beds are as comfortable as my bed at home, but I can say that I am able to sleep at night. Ive stayed places where the bed was so uncomfortable that with my back pain I cant sleep at all. I do believe that if I didnt have back pain I would probably be able to rate the beds as very comfortable. My family and I have stayed here at this Comfort Suites in Vacaville 5 different times now. We will continue staying here whenever we are in the area.We also really love the free breakfast. Its not just pastries! Coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, pastries bagels toast, cook your own waffles, eggs & sausage, yogurt. I may be forgetting some items. We love it all.

I give this place low rate. Morning breakfast was leftover from the day before,waffle machine wasnt working found the plug wasnt in. Street sign wasnt on. The 2nd the juice machine wasnt working . The frame of the bed was stick out about 2inches. Bathroom tub was dripping water.. Okay the toilet seat was old and should have been replaced. This was in California where they are energy water preservative country for but yet they dont fix the leaks in the bathroom. This is the second time that Ive stayed at Comfort Inn and both times very lousy service. Would not recommend it for anybody thats all

Worst experience in a hotel in my lifetime. i am in hotels 100-120 nights a year; travel globally. Room was dirty; non hotel bar of brown soap used in bathtub; hotel shampoo bottle used half full; prior guests bottle of conditioner on floor by bed: cant say for sure sheets were changed; do not disturb on door staff bangs anyway prior to checkout: call my room and Im telling the desk staff person about the issues - she starts talking over me - then when Im trying to finish hangs up on me! When I get downstairs to advise of my extreme displeasure in being hubg up in - it gets so bad she starts cussing and swearing - and it was a verbal ufc round at that point. She was throwing F bombs towards the end. I obliged back.The WORST experience ever with any hotel staff in the am on checkout in 30 years. Real moron running the front desk in the am Matresses are old and do not have good support. Only good note was the guy from Fiji who checked me in. Professional, classy, student working nights. Unfortunately this bad hire in the morning, an owners worst nightmare with red hair, tattoos, and a psychotic disposition - you just cant get any worse than this. We have been here many times and always recieved wonderful service, our check in agent this time was not the best but not horrible. The difference of good and great is her willingness to assist our needs. I felt she doesnt truly want to help make my experience great. She was aminable and polite not enthusiastic or welcoming. I will say that the desk agent after her was amazing with all the great skills of a hostess and even after working two shifts the nite before Superbowl sunday was cordial and jovial.

I made a mistake by booking for the wrong date. Yes, it was my fault, but the staff wouldnt work with me on anything and I had to buy another night.
