It’s about time I did a review. We have had the whole house fan for over 2 years. We use it in the evenings and overnight during the summer months and haven’t used the AC except forever a few really hot days. It really works! Installation was fast, professional and with no mess left. I recently had an issue with the fan not turning on with the remote. I called and immediately got some impressive tech support with someone very knowledgeable. Things to try and in an order easiest to hardest. It turns out I just needed to re-pair my remote with the fan, so it was an easy fix that I could do. Great customer service!

We just put this in our home right before moving in earlier this year. We have not had to use our AC at all despite the hot weather coming.Comfort cool had a very professional install team. They came with all the proper supplies to make the install as clean and quick as possible. They treated our home as if it was there’s. The fan is extremely quiet which allows us to keep it running throughout the night as we sleep.I would definitely recommend giving them a call as they are very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process from the information gathering phase to the completion of installation. Extremely happy with the decision we made going with a Comfort Cool fan!

This company was very helpful in figuring out which size fan would be perfect for our home. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain why the fan is the perfect fit for our house.When we had the install date set up. They showed up on time and treated our home as if it were their own. They set up tarps and had vacuums ready to make sure the process was a clean as possible.After the completion of the install they took the time to explain exactly how the fan works and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the operation. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again given the chance.

Mike and his team were awesome to work with! Mike explained what products would work best for our house and budget, and Gilbert came out later that week to install it. Gilbert showed up on time, was very clean and professional, and educated us on how to use the fan most effectively. Our home is so much cooler not just at night, but throughout the day since we have had the fan for the past week. Thanks guys!

Excellent product, (whole house fan) sales and installation. Mike responded immediately to my inquiries and was professional and knowledgeable. He never tried to up sell me and was totally up front on all aspects. The installer, Edgar was also professional and did excellent work. It was a very hot day here in Norco, so when Edgar took breaks form the attic heat, we had some great discussions. Awesome guy. I highly recommend this company/ product and the fan cooled the house over night like a champ!!! Well worth the investment.

I’ve had my comfort cool fan for a little over 2 years now. It’s by far my favorite house upgrade. It is a life saver (and money saver). Not to mention it’s quite handy when something goes wrong in the kitchen and you can get the smell out of the house fast.The other day the receiver box that lets me use the remote control for the fan died randomly. I called and they were super cool and easy. They told me everything was still under warranty and I got a replacement the next day.So far this product has been amazing and their customer support is great too!

Great communication with Mike and Edgar. Upfront installed cost listed on their website removed a lot of guess work. Called Friday and got the whole house fan installed Monday morning. Very happy with the product.

We LOVE our Whole House Fan. The installer was prompt, polite and super clean. We use our fan year round and are extremely happy with how quickly it cools our home down and how quiet it is. Highly recommend getting one if you don’t have one yet!

Comfort Cool installed a whole house fan system. Installer was on time, he went over everything he was going to do to install the system. He was very efficient and professional. When he finished everything he demonstrated how the unit worked. He did a great job with fit and finish. We are very happy with the unit, we open a couple of windows, turn on the fan, and feel the cool air come in and hot air is removed. We really like the two speed timer.

I’m really enjoying my whole house fan from Comfort Cool. I’ve had it for four months now. I love running it instead air conditioner. I love using less electricity and staying comfortable at the same time. We purchased their best unit because it is quieter. I highly recommend Comfort Cool! Their service is very professional and quick.
