I purchased a brand-new Rheem a/c and heating unit from Comfort Climate Control seven years ago. Since then, I neglected to have any routine maintenance service performed. A few weeks ago, I noticed that the fan continued to run even though I shut off the thermostat for the a/c. I contacted Connie at the office and explained the problem. She subsequently dispatched Abraham (tech) to do a diagnostic testing and evaluate any problematic areas. Later, Connie sent out Mark (tech) to reevaluate the situation and offer a second opinion. Finally, the office team decided that the motor needed to be replaced. Abraham returned two days later to replace the motor and perform heating maintenance. Even though the entire process some time, I am very satisfied with the outcome and direct my praises to Connie for being so courteous and helpful. I find Comfort Climate Control to be honest and reasonable in their billing, trustworthy in their workmanship, and highly knowledgeable in HVAC operations. They are deserving of the accolades coming their way!

If I could give this company more stars I would...they stood out head and shoulders over the other companies we considered and we used them to assess, engineer and install 2 heat pump systems in our old Craftsman house. We went with them not only because their bid was competitive but because they did a very through job assessing what exactly we would need in terms of heat pumps. Many companies will come out and eyeball your house and tell you what you need. Some may even type some numbers into a computer program and say that they are following industry best practices to right-size a HVAC system for your needs. Only Comfort Climate Control truly did the serious work of engineering the right system for us. That meant that instead of the 4-ton systems that other companies told us we needed we were actually able to install 2-ton systems and get perfect results. This saved us money and it means a more efficient system that is better for the environment down the road. Also...and this is important...their office coordinator Connie is amazing. She is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and very good at communicating scheduling issues. To top off our satisfaction, the heat pumps are great! no more forced air blowing at us with the temperature going up when the unit is on and down when the unit is off. Now we just have comfortable cooling or heating that keeps the house at the right temperature and is barely noticeable when its running. Thanks Comfort Climate Control! Thanks Connie!!

I have used this company for years. Usually for annual maintenance, but after many years my system required special attention. To me the test of an organization is how they respond when you have a major issue. CCC did two things that blew me away...one, in this busy season they fit me in...and two, they had me by the short hairs and really could have turned the screws to my pocketbook. They did not. In fact, Abraham came in assessed the situation, identified the problem, had the part, and did the work...easy peasy... but then, he performed the routine maintenance and I watched his attention to detail. This is the same kind of experience I have had with CCC over the years...no matter which tech shows up there is the consistency in the quality of the work...thats why I am still a customer...they are great!

Comfort Climate is the only air/heat service that I would ever use. From the onset of our service they have been timely, efficient and super responsive. They have installed new systems at my house, at my brother-in-laws house and at my Mother-in-laws house. We are all very happy with the service and the systems. In addition to the twice-yearly preventative maintenance service, they have also fixed a problem that our smart home installation caused, moved the outside unit to allow for a pool installation and moved a duct required for a remodel. Our experience with Comfort Climate Control was a pleasant one. Finding a professional company that treats you like family is not easy to find. Our HVAC system was not working as before. The heater was acting up since last December and it was raining and our house was freezing. My repairman told me I have to buy a new replacement, it cannot be repaired. I tried calling 3 companies, left a voice message. Hoping someone will return my call. It was a blessing when Connie called me back. Ive been praying for a company I can trust. GOD answered through Connie. From the start, she helped us in the process of acquiring the HVAC. She taught us a lot in buying a new HVAC. The installation was very professional. Mark and Abraham was very thorough in dismantling my old one and installing the new HVAC. Mark make sure that the heater is working right. He even told us that we have to make sure some of the tiles in my roof need to be fixed. If you are looking for a company that you can trust and not worry about anything. I will tell you one thing. I had Comfort Climate install a top of the line Trane air conditioning and heating unit with all new ducts and vents. The installation went very smooth. The dual compressor system uses very little power and handles the heat waves well. We maintained 75 degrees inside when it was 115 outside. With the Bobcat fire a couple of miles away, we had a major issue with smoke. Comfort Climate came to the rescue. They installed a Phenomenal Aire Cold Plasma Generator. It cut the smell of smoke inside about 98%. The one time I had a problem with my AC, comfort Climate responded quickly and did the repair under warranty. They are professional and very knowledgeable. Dont make the mistake of buying the cheapest deal. Go with the guys who know what theyre doing. Sizing the system is the most important step. Comfort Climate will spent the time getting it right.

My heater died, I called comfort climate control for repair (The units AC/Heater also installed by them 7 years ago for my home too, finance through Home-depot) they give me price upfront for diagnostic send technician up on promised during their busy schedule. Once they know problem they call and let you know repair cost which I think very important to customers so they can make decision. I’ve been using Comfort Climate to service my A/C for about 16 years. My A/C was broken few days ago, called their customer service & spoke with Connie & she sent the technician on the same day. Pete found out the A/C motor was broken & Connie ordered the parts immediately with expedited the shipping. As soon as she received the parts, she called me up & set up the appointment on that same day. Pete showed up on time & repaired my A/C. He did an awesome job. He is very professional. Comfort Climate came on a recommendation of a friend and we were not disappointed. Mark came out and took a thorough look at our old system and made great recommendations on upgrading and replacing. We opted to move the unit to the attic and replace all ducting on the second story. There is absolutely no comparison to our 26-year-old unit to the new Trane system. Increased air flow upstairs, better cooling, and much more efficient...not to mention, quieter! The install took about 4-5 days and they worked with us around a couple hot spells to keep the old unit limping along through the process. We were only down without AC for a half day. Joe and Albert were neat, cleaned up each day, and were knowledgeable and polite. Connie kept us up to date throughout and helped loads with rebate info and follow-up. Great family run, local small business.

Comfort Climate Control installed my system over 15 years ago, and it still works perfectly. Ive not had any issues and I believe that this is because I do regular maintenance on the system. Comfort Climate comes out twice per year to do the maintenance. Their technicians are always on time, very friendly and do the job efficiently. I really cant say enough about them or the company. My Mothers Air Conditioner stopped working and she called an HVAC company to repair it. They told her she needed to replace her AC and the repairs were not worth it because of the age of her unit. Luckily she called me right before she was about to sign papers to finance this new unit and I told her not to sign anything since she is elderly and lives on a fixed income. I immediately contacted Comfort Climate Control and spoke with Connie. She was able to get a technician the very next day and diagnosed the problem which required some minor repairs versus a complete overhaul. Comfort Climate Control is very trustworthy and reputable company with high morals and values. I have been a customer of Comfort Climate Control for 12 years (August, 2008 to be exact). Mark and his crew totally revamped my entire system at that time, including replacing the inefficient ductwork installed years before. Since then I have had twice-yearly maintenance done on my system by Comfort Climate Control. Pete has almost always done this service and a more efficient, friendly technician cannot be found. I have always enjoyed and appreciated his demeanor and advice. When I was having a cooling problem this past month Pete came out and located the problem. He described the pros and cons of fixing vs. replacing the condenser and coil. We decided to replace the unit, so of course it was to Mark I turned. Within a few days everything was installed and running smoothly again. Comfort Climate Control once again lived up to their name.One other thing I must mention- Connie in the office is a delight to work with and I truly appreciate her taking such good care of our needs down through the years. Comfort Climate replaced my 30 year old HVAC system several years ago. They are on top of the maintenance and call to schedule the appointments. This time the technician came fully masked and shoe protectors. He changed the filter and tested the unit to ensure peek performance. Comfort Climate Control was the best HVAC Contractor I have ever had do work on my family’s home Air Conditionong System in The San Gabriel Valley Area. I called and was greeted with such an understanding and helpful person named Connie. She was so helpful and even though it was last minute she was able to schedule the repair within hours. There was no Air Conditioning and when their Service Tech Pete came he was able to find the problem and repair it within minutes of his arrival. Pete was respectful and extremely professional and we had air right away. I can’t say enough about this wonderful A/C Contractor and his expertise! If you have read several of these reviews, you must be bored by now – they are all good! And I can only add to your boredom: this company is really good, efficient, reliable, and professional. I decided in August to replace my 42-years old HVAC with a heat pump + air handler. My first three contacts were miserable: no call back for one month, unwilling to give a written estimate, etc. Then I found Connie who actually picked up the phone (!) and in a week I had a team of two who replaced in one day the whole system. They were very organized: a truck in the early morning to deliver the new equipment, very efficient in removing the old stuff, and a truck later to pick it up. By 6PM they were done. We just had a small issue with my Nest thermostat which is now resolved. Also, I requested to check the speed of the blower which seemed to be too high, and they sent a technician the next day to reduce the speed and bring the noise to a very acceptable level. The technicians were competent, experienced, and polite. I am glad I found this company – they are the best, especially if you want a Trane system like me. Oh, and I forgot to tell you that they are also reasonably priced

We have always had good experiences with Comfort Climate Control. Technician Pete has been coming to our home for several years to turn the pilot off/on and inspect our wall heater and we have always been very satisfied with his work. Technician Abraham came in November, 2018, and did a fine job. In February, 2019, Ruben and his co-worker installed a new heater. Both installers were friendly and very efficient and did a good job, especially installing the new vent.

Fantastic service, these folks came out to install my central heating and air about 12 years back, its been a fantastic system, everything was done to the highest quality. Our furnace stopped blowing heat all of a sudden. Comfort Climate Controls rep. Pete came and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the deficient part and replaced our filter. Pete Paterson fixed my air conditioner which works fine now. it had a plugged condenser PVC water vent pipe. He had the tools and know how to fix it and fixed it. I am very happy. I have had 3 other air conditioning repair people over to help me, and they all want to sell me a new air conditioner. They dont want to fix the problem. Pete fixed the problem. I am going to recommend him to my neighbors and friends that have similar problems. I am a happy customer.

During a heat wave in June our a/c went out and unfortunately after 27 years it was time to replace it. Connie was quick to respond and have a new unit installed. The technicians arrived on time, were very courteous and kept everything clean. Within hours we had a/c and we couldn’t be happier. The staff of Comfort Climate Control were very responsive and clear. Even though we are in a heavy heatwave and demand for their services is high, they did their best to repair our AC. They provided clear response expectations, kept me informed and came as soon as they could. The problem was identified swiftly and the repair estimate was clear. I needed a complete replacement of my AC and heating unit in my house. Out of the four companies I inquired, only this one offered a Manual J measurement (look it up) so I will get a right-sized unit and save money. It’s easier just to install an oversized ($) unit and be done with it, but the buyer will pay extra for cooling capacity he won’t need.Connie (co-owner) and her crew are always professional and punctual. They kept my house clean during the entire installation.I would recommend this team to anyone needing AC or heating services in the San Gabriel valley.

I called these guys on a Friday when my AC stopped working at the start of a blistering hot week (100F+) They worked around my busy schedule and had someone at my house by 3:30. They even offered to come out on a Saturday. Very professional and responsive. Within 30 minutes, my AC was fixed and working again. Have used them twice and both times they were great. Very pleased with not only the speed at which they came out but also the speed at which they resolved both my AC and furnace problems.The were very polite and explained the issue in detail and they kept everything neat and tidy when they walked around the house and were crawling into the attic (even used a drop cloth to protect the carpet).The price was very reasonable for a diagnosis and they wont double up a repair charge should there be additional work required.All in all, I highly recommend them for any HVAC service!

The technician came 1 1/2 hr ahead of time been Saturday it was awesome and with this heatwave we couldn’t be more happier. When you use Comfort Climate Control you are pretty much guaranteed to get what you need, when you need it. We did. Our a/c unit which we purchased from Comfort Climate control about 15 years ago required servicing and a certain part so immediately we feared we were going to be told either they were too busy or wed have to wait days or weeks for the part or some other BS story that you would typically hear from a company that provides these types of a/c and heating services - especially in So Cal during the summer. Nope, these people: Connie, Abraham and the amazing Pete took great care of us and within about 24 hours, our a/c was working like a brand new unit. Abraham was the first to diagnose the problem which he did very quickly and even took a picture of the part and send it to the office where Connie immediately hunted down the part. Then Connie placed a call to the amazing Pete who that day, not only drove out to get the part, but also showed up that same afternoon (it was late and 100+ degrees) and went right to work installing the part and doing a thorough maintenance check. Poor Pete was sweating like a big dog in that ridiculously hot garage but focused on his task until he was certain that we had a perfectly performing a/c unit. We are so thankful for the incredible efficiency of these people and their astonishing dedication to giving the customer what they need with lightening-like speed.Connie, Abraham and Pete: We Love You!!!!

My Entire HVAC system crapped out during the hottest part of last summer and right in the middle of a huge fire in the foothills nearby. I was given a ridiculous quote by another provider so I was looking around for someone else to give me a legit quote and someone who was local that I could count on to be able to get ahold of going forward. Connie in the office calmed me down and got us sorted out. We ended up replacing everything soup to nuts and even putting in a filtration system for the smoke as well for much less than the other guys quote.
