I cant express how much we enjoyed talking and doing business with Dane! He was recommended by our good friend Morgan price. What a wonderful experience we had and he gave good advice on what we needed and resources even took time to look up possible other avenues we could have taken. Ended up buying a computer from him and glad we did! Definitely going to do future business with dane at .COM

I had a bad laptop screen thar needed replacement. I had the computer back in 2 1/2 days. Great prices and work. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Needed a few things and decided to pop in here and found that this place has and does more than I thought. They have all sorts of products for computer and networking which is nice because now I can come here and support a local business

Ive done business with .COM on several occasions and will not go anywhere else but to .COM in the future. The owner is amazing on multiple levels. My main emotion when thinking of .COM is, its a shame there are not more businesses in the world that take their approach, customer service, resource management, technical support and the innate ability to go above and beyond the call of duty. The owner isnt afraid to get into the trenches and make a difference when it comes to meeting multiple wants and needs.

My CPU with all of my business information was in pieces. I asked my neighbor to check my hard drive. He said it appeared to be damaged. I became depressed. My neighbor told me to take it to .COM Computer & Graphics. I call at approximately 3:55 pm. The store is scheduled to close for 4:00pm. The technician told me hed wait if I was on my way. I arrived at the store and he scanned the hard drive and told me he could access the files. I started crying and thanking God. I have years of work on that hard drive. I was also able to purchase a CPU for $100.00.Thanks Dane Nelson you saved my life, and your impeccable service.I will recommend your company to everyone for computer repairs, purchase, updates and customizing.You were my angel in disguise today.

Went here to pick up some thermal paste and ended up talking to who I assume is the owner. Was able to pick up a few other accessory hardware pieces to make my rig run smooth. Very honest about the products he sells. Able to explain why he prefers to do the setups how he does them - and surprise - doesnt add a bunch of expensive hardware you dont need. Great place for an amateur builder or a pro. Will be doing my business here!

I refer 5-6 customers to .Com Computers daily. I went there as a customer today and was treated like I wasnt wanted as a customer. The proprietor did not greet me warmly (or at all) nor did he offer any advice to my situation, only answering yes or no without emotion. I will think twice before referring my customers again.

I just moved to Oroville and was having trouble connecting my PC to WiFi. My dear friend Mary, who operates the Feather River Senior Center, suggested .COM Well I got exactly what I needed and was up and running in no time. He is very good when it comes to time he has completed my case exchange/repair faster than expected and I think he worked a little late working on it too so thank you for that same but you did not need to do that man also thanks for the cool lizards best of luck to ya.
