This company is amazing!! They were honest, upfront, empathetic and provided amazing customer service. I was amazed at the job they did on my car, i didn’t think it would be repairable let alone looking brand new, but they did it. My son did a research on all collision shops in my area and they came highly recommended, in so glad I trusted them with my car.The owner and Sal kept me up to date on everything that was going on with the car and assured me they had everything handled and asked me to not stress, let them take that for me. I can’t get over the amazing customer service and their outstanding work. Please if anyone needs body work you will never regret coming to Collision Tech you will be so glad you did. They even detailed the car before running it.

I decided to take my car to Collision Tech because of the reviews and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the experience was excellent and put my mind at ease.Not only did they fix the issues with my car, but they also went above and beyond by detailing it! (Mind you..when i left my car it was really muddy because it was a week of constant rain)They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.The other party’s insurance paid for the damages since it was their fault and Collision Tech made sure everything was handled properly.If you choose to go with them you won’t regret it!

My car was damaged by a concrete wall along the side. Sal was very professional, friendly and really knew how to deal with my insurance so that my car had the best parts and service. When I got my car back, the scratches had been fixed; the mirror and molding replaced; the car had been painted to perfectly match the original paint; and it was clean inside and out. It had been waxed so well it was actually shinier than when it was brand new. I cant say enough good things about Collision Tech and I am a tough customer. I dont give five star reviews unless they are earned. They definitely earned this review! Hopefully I wont ever need Collision Tech again but I highly recommend them for anyone who does.

Waseem and the team at Collision Tech are honest, fair and trustworthy. The quality of their materials, workmanship and customer service are exceptional. I have referred several clients to them over the years, all of which have had the same fantastic experience.On this occasion it was a personal vehicle that needed work and the team took great care of me from the get-go. After check-in the rental company (Hertz) forgot to send their shuttle to pick me up and werent returning my phone calls. Instead of making me wait around, the owner, no less, drove me to Hertz El Cajon in his personal vehicle, despite being short staffed that day.In terms of repairs, Collision Tech handled everything possible with the insurance company directly while keeping me promptly updated along the way. At pick-up all of the parts that were removed and replaced were set aside for review, reinforcing my confidence in the caliber and integrity of the work performed at this shop.Whether its a minor scratch on your Porsche, a fender bender on your Toyota or a full repaint of your cherished corvette or exotic Rolls Royce, youre in great hands here.

Collision Tech did an amazing job on my wifes Honda Civic a couple of years ago.So when my Toyota Tundra truck was hit on the driver side door and fender, I knew I wanted them to do the insurance repair and more. Im the original owner of this truck and I decided to have them restore the complete outside of my truck.Waseem took care of me like family and treated my truck like his own. His employees are top-notch professionals. The quality of their work is amazing. The truck was taken apart completely, bed removed, plastic trim and rubber moldings replaced with new. New windshield, new updated grill. The body is incredibly straight. The paint job looks like it was melted on. If you are in need of body and paint repair, or a complete vehicle restoration. It is not too often when doing a car repair like this that I end up feeling like everything was done better than promised and at a cost that was extremely fair, but that is exactly what happened! Second time I’ve used them for my Porsche repairs, and once again they exceeded my expectations in both quality of work and customer service. I have taken my cars to several different body shops over the years, and all of them before this eventually I noticed a difference in the paint— fading and discoloring. This is NOT the case with Collision Tech— my black car has had no noticeable difference in new areas versus older. I have been very happy with the quality and longevity of their work. I have repaired my cars different shops in the past and I can say good or bad my experience. With Collision Tech it was AMAZING. From customer service, friendly environment and quality of work they are the best. I like to recognize Sal the service Manager and most importantly Waseem the GM who got out of his office and gave me the tour of his shop and what will be done to my car, was one of a kind customer service. Fortunately, Im not exactly an expert on collision repair services because I havent had much need for them.However, I cant imagine a more pleasant experience than the one I had at Collision Tech. This is not at all what I had expected.Always personable and friendly, through their representative, Sal, they first told me the best time of day to take the car in for an estimate. I thought that was a good sign, that they actually cared about my time. They also had a system where I could send in pictures of the damage, but I didnt use that because I didnt trust it to give me a sense of whom I was dealing with.So, I brought in my car, didnt wait long at all for an estimate, and was told that if I left the car with them now, they could have it back to me in a very reasonable amount of time. Problem was, I would need a replacement car if I were to leave it then and there. So, they hooked me up with Enterprise Car Rental at a special courtesy rate, and that took care of the replacement car needs.They also told me that they might be able to get my car back >really< fast if they could get one part in quickly enough (a headlamp) and if their schedule stayed open. Personally, I thought it sounded like a long shot, especially since they took pains to point out that they could definitely not promise that they could get the car finished before their original time estimate.But, they >did< get it back to me really fast (obviously, they were lucky enough to get the headlamp quickly), and that was immensely helpful and appreciated, considering everything else going on in my life.I went to pick the car up and found the damage beautifully repaired and also found that it had been very expertly detailed.I dont plan to rush out and damage my car again anytime soon. But, if I do, Im sure Ill be taking it to Collision Tech. I recommend them highly.

I was involved in a fender bender on the freeway, and really wanted to find a shop that could put my car back together as if it came from the factory. Collision in Tech did such a great job with the workmanship, I really can’t tell that my car was ever damaged. The paint was smooth as glass and color matched, no orange pill whatsoever. Glad I was able to find this place! Will definitely use them in the future for any needed repairs.

Collision tech did a great job at fixing my front headlight and bumper! The employees are very nice and helpful and got it done in just two days. This was the first time taking my car into the shop and Im so glad it went so smoothly. Unbelievable how fast these workers are and how great of a service they provided me. I was unhappy with the way my car looked before coming to this business. The dent and scratches on my front bumper made me slowly start to give up on how my cars exterior look. After coming to Collision Tech located in El Cajon, I knew right away my car was going to be in good hands. The price you pay is worth every penny. The owner uses high-end paint! paint used for exotic vehicles and customizes it to match your vehicles color. Just now, I picked up my vehicle after only a few days of waiting for my new bumper to be painted and let me tell you, I am very very happy with the results. I can now breathe again!! Thank you to all of the helpful workers at the main office, as well as the workers in the back who worked their magic on my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop. I took my Ford Mustang in for a quote after someone smashed into it, causing significant damage, without leaving a note. I was frustrated and upset about the entire situation. I met with Waseem and he immediately took initiative. He was very knowledgeable, informative, patient, and kind. I received updates throughout the entire repair process, which was fantastic customer service. He dealt with all the drama through my insurance company and made sure everything went smooth. I received my car in PERFECT condition, like right out of the dealership condition. My car was washed and detailed beautifully. They really take the time to do a perfect job over here. Very happy we came here. My daughter and I came here after someone was vandalizing all the cars in our old apartment complex. Waseem and Marcial both were both so friendly and honest with us. The explained the whole process and worked with our insurance. It was refreshing to have an upfront honest business, that made our satisfaction a priority. Brought my husbands car in after a deer decided to jump in front of it. The front bumper was dented in a couple of places and one of the caps where fog lights would go was lost. The hood was crooked and I could see the engine. Driver’s side headlight was also broken. My insurance company had a collision repair shop and they would not even pick up for a month. Collision tech set up the tow and picked up the car next day. The repair was done a week before the estimated completion date and the car looked like new. Awesome paint job and repair. Best of all was the phenomenal customer service. The shop closes at 5 but my husband and I couldnt make it to pick up until at least an hour later because we live and work quite a ways away. They stayed and waited for us to arrive. Thank you so much! Highly recommended shop.

Excellent body shop. I hit a wall in my parking lot and damaged the passenger side doors. Not being from the area, I did a bunch of research to find the best company to repair the car.Collision Tech dealt with my insurance (which was Canadian) and figured out payments. Waseem and Jorge are awesome. Brought in an aftermarket bumper for my supra, which required a complete custom job. Waseem worked with me the whole time getting me an awesome price for the install, even letting me use his car to get supplies while they worked on it. Jorge did an amazing job on reinforcing the bumper. The last bumper was falling apart and what he did ensured the same problems wouldnt occur. Highly recommend Collision Tech.

Collision Tech is the best! I had front end damage and a broken windshield from a collision and they worked with me every step of the way to make this a seamless process with my insurance. They were informative, kept me up to date, and I had my car back in a week. Sal even shuttled me home when I dropped off my car. I had one headlight that needed to be replaced which makes the other light stand out (not in a good way), so they are going to strip and reseal that light for me so it doesnt look so bad, even though it wasnt part of the accident. Outstanding customer service, regular updates, and a quick turn around with quality work. The paint job on my hood looks great! I couldnt be happier with my choice to go to Collision Tech!

Collision Tech is an amazing company!I brought them my VW Phaeton, a rather rare car in the US, and despite them having to special order parts, they finished the work in 2 weeks with exceptional quality.They kept me informed every step of the way, and called me each time something came up. I always felt like I was in the loop.The car had missing fog lights, a cracked bumper cover, and peeling clear coat all over the nose. Turn signals were held on with paracord and jbweld. It was bad. I dont have a before picture, but, the after is amazing. Its a brand new car now!I highly recommend Collision Tech. The quality of work is exceptional, and the price good. The business is very fair. After State Farm towed my vehicle to a repair shop that did not actually repair my type of car, I took things into my own hands and found Collision Tech. My 2000 Toyota Camry was long overdue for cleaning; between the seven years my family owned it, we never took the time to clean it (both interior + exterior), so once the ownership was transferred to me, I figured it was time. First thing I did was go on Yelp and grab quotes from any auto shop in my vicinity. I was quoted some exorbitant prices and finally went with Collision Tech due to the proximity and price I was quoted with for a full-detail job. I was greeted instantly by Issa and Waseem, then had my car started in a matter of minutes.Great customer service here without a doubt. Ive never been met with such enthusiasm!It took them roughly three to four hours I believe to finish the job? My car went from incredibly filthy to looking like new. I couldnt tell what the color of the floor was like prior. The exterior cleaning was wonderful considering all the scratches and nicks its received.Would recommend to my friends and family! I just returned home after picking up my 1955 Chevy 210 in which I had a small dent removed from the lower section of the right front fender. This was a 20 + year old paint job. Collision Tech not only matched the paint perfectly, they went over the entire car and repaired the chips and scratches including small chips in the trunk lid. The car looks Amazing. I found Collision Tech through an online search and was impressed by their 5 star rating. I decided to give them a try. When i called them it was easy to get a friendly person on the phone. When i got to Collision Tech they explained to me what the car needed. I felt like i was leaving my car in good hands. Throughout the whole process i was kept up to date about the process of fixing the car. The work was completed 2 days earlier than planned. Collision Tech worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get everything right. When i saw my car after the repair, it looked better than it did before the Collision. Collision Tech used original manufacturer parts. The car had been washed and detailed and looked great. I understood and agreed on why they have such a high rating online. I dont think I can even consider going somewhere else for any future body works on my cars. I would recommend Collision Tech to anyone in a heartbeat. Going through the ordeal of a car accident, having to be without a car and not knowing how your car is going to look in the end shouldnt be easy but the Collision Tech helped make this as simple a process as possible.

Not only did they do a spectacular job repairing his Honda CRV, but bought us some time by holding his car for a longer period of time per our request, after the bodywork was completed. I recently had someone hit my car from behind and Collision Tech took care of everything. They made sure I got the best quality parts for my car that needed replacing and gave me top of the line paint. Honestly when I saw my car once it was done it didn’t even look like my car because it practically looked brand new. Someone tried to break into my 2021 Ram Rebel truck to steal the gas. In July-August 2022 gas prices were nearly $7 in San Diego and fuel was worth a pretty penny. They mangled the door to the fuel tank and scratched the body surrounding the area with a crow bar. Collision tech ordered all the parts and gave me an estimate of over $1,000 to repair. Not worth contacting insurance as deductible is $1,000. It turned out the master techs at Collision Tech were able to repair the door and touch up the paint around the gas tank door without replacing parts. It looked new. My bill was reduced by 90%. First things first...this place is amazing! TLDR: Collision Tech is freaking awesome, supremely phenominal.Now, story time! My car was hit while I was at work with a work van. Ripped my whole front bumper off, mashed the drivers side front tire panel in, my headlight was non existent. 😑That said I was able to find a place who said they could do the work. What their schedulers didnt tell me was they wouldnt take my car because of my employers car insurance not being on some drp (or something) list. It took me almost a month and a half before the place said nah. And that was after I gave the place the insurance adjusters info and they spoke. So I went on the hunt again.Called a few places and one of them told me about Collision Tech. The place I called also had a list of accepted insurances and couldnt/ wouldnt take my car. So literally out of my mind and having been stuck in a rental car for a month, I called Collision Tech. And the Angel choir sang and my tearful,screaming pleas were answered. Waseem answered the phone and I told him my sad tale. He immediately went to work and contacted a towing company. They were able to get the car picked up at my apartment and to Collission Tech THE NEXT DAY (mainly cuz I called CT late the day I called them).The day after my car being towed to CT, I went in for paperwork and such. Waseem was super sweet and filled me in on how they do stuff. (The super sick Naomi Campbell edition Lotus in the lobby was sweet too!) I recently was involved in a not at fault collision. Another driver backed into the rear passenger side bumper of my Yukon. USAA, my insurance had Caliber collision as their Preferred shop. I arrived at Caliber Collision and the employee was rude and condescending and hesitant to discuss work details. However, he did say they would only fix the damage on the impact site and then clear coat the rest, even though it wouldnt match afterward. I did my research and found COLLISION TECH. I showed up to Collision Tech and was greeted by Waseem, who was understanding, thorough on work details and said he would take care of my whole bumper for the same price Caliber had quoted. Waseem even offered up his own vehicle to have me dropped off at Enterprise so I could get into a rental. Waseem at Collision Tech went above and beyond, fixing a small crack on the inside of the bumper and touching up a small scratch on my front bumper (Asking permission first). My vehicle was turned over to me in better shape than it was, and they even washed the vehicle for me. I could tell they took extra precautions on keeping my interior clean as the vehicle had a plastic liner protecting it. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Collision Tech, I hope I wont need them again, but if I do, I will surely take my business there.
