Collision Pros came to the rescue after another vendor damaged my brand new vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure my Palisade was back to better than perfect condition when returned to me. I cant thank Nicole and the staff at Collision Pros enough for making this as easy and stress free as possible. I highly recommend them for any paint and bodywork you need.

Collision Pros were great to work with. They communicated regularly with us throughout the process, and worked hard on our behalf with our insurance company to keep things moving. Very happy with the repairs they did. Would definitely use them again, if we had the need for another repair.

Had a really great experience at Collision Pros. I was sent her by my insurance for repairs needed due to an accident. They were quick to fit me in and had my vehicle back to me in perfect condition within 2 weeks. The ladies up front handled all the insurance claims for me and made the whole experience a breeze. I’ll be back should I ever need them again ( fingers crossed).

Walked in for an estimate was out 15 mins later with an appointment to bring my car back. Dropped my car off on a Monday and picked it up on Friday. Nicole kept me informed every step of the way. I do not recommend this body shop, it took me 4 months to repair my car and I returned 3 times.1 the color is not the same as the car.2 will not install the clips on the fenders.3 I found that a light in front broke it, and I didnt realize it until 2 days.

I hit a guard rail at full speed completely tearing up one corner of my car. Collision Pros mediated with my insurance company and fought to get all of the damage covered. My car is a 2023 so they had to order all of the parts new and rebuild the front of my car. It looks like nothing ever happened to it. Its perfect.

After having an accident its always stressful but Collision Pro made it easier. Anna was amazing she was patient with me and answered all my questions. The day I called them within an hour she had already tow truck at my house towing my car to there shop. There puntual and reliable. Especially they are awesome in repairing my car. My car was towed to Collision Pros in Lake Elsinore after an accident and days later I get a call from them where they inform me my car has been stolen off their lot and they never took responsibility or gave me back the keys upon request. Following the long and expensive process of trying to get my car back the staff were rude, and remorseless in documenting the stolen vehicle, the steps to resolve the issue were taken light heartedly by Colision Pro staff and I received no reassurance that actions would be taken and I could not get ahold of them during most of the time. I do not recommend them.

Best thing bout this business is they keep you updated and actually call you for more information bout your vehicle. Unlike my insurance that doesn’t. I also love the estimate page that tells you what they are working on and the total cost of the damages.

Went to get my rear bumper fixed on my red Honda Civic. Took some time to get it back and then had to bring it back again to get a scratch fixed but was definitely worth the wait. Car came out looking brand new like straight out the dealer. Customer service was top notch. Very nice and understandable people. Would definitely come get my bumper fixed again😅

I got into a car accident and the insurance told me to go to a shop of my choosing. I saw about 12 different shops. Collision Pros was the only so to take the time to explain the process. During the repair they kept me informed of the progress. They had my vehicle repaired so quickly. It looks like new again. I would 100% recommend this shop for body repair.

Imagine walking into a business where it appears to be fast pace, and a highly stressful environment due to the sheer volume of customers where you would anticipate being treated like a number. This is not the case when walking into Collision Pros Auto Body and Paint. They were patient, professional and very inviting for someone who is usually nervous from the get go. On top of my needs, they went the extra mile and listened to my story and genuinely wanted to help. This is exactly the kind of place any person should try to work or even do business. Had the hood replaced. They bought a used hood which was great as it saved money. They painted the hood and its many shades off. They didnt paint the hood scoop so that is also many shades off. The final bill was 20% higher than the estimate.

Another Mom and I had backed into each other in a school parking lot and law is were both responsible for our part, so instead of going through my insurance I wanted to pay out of pocket. Went to Collision Pros and talked to Kevin. He was really nice and gave me a good price. He also offered to get a rental car delivered to his shop, as he could see my hands were full with little ones.It was there in less than 30 minutes. Got my car back 2 days later and it looks like new. Im a really happy customer and its nice when someone takes the time to make a Moms life easier! So thank you Collision Pros.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the people at Collision Pros, they were the only shop I found that would repair my 1997 Dodge camper van that was rear ended. They searched and found the parts to replace the bumper and repair the body damage. Everyone there was helpful and respectful during the process, I would highly recommend them.

Great Service on my truck. I own a survey business and our trucks go through rough terrain. R/F Fender got pushed into the tire and was rubbing. Couldnt pull it out myself. Found Collision Pros online, and they not only pulled the fender out so it wasnt rubbing the tire, but it looked like it had never been bent. I think the operative word in their name says it all - PROS! Highly recommended.

They lied to me about when change orders got sent to my insurance company and parts that should of got ordered at beginning of job did not get ordered till 3 weeks into job. Estimate started out at 4700.00, ended up over 13000.00, for at bumper, tailgate and some paint, they worked the system to get all money they could, with no consideration that I was paying for my rental vehicle, and to top it off rolando the manager, made me wait to pick up my vehicle, because they were sending it thru the wash station for the 3rd time, there was trash still in the bed of my truck, and rims were dirty. Took 4 weeks to do this. I really regret taking my truck there. Too many lies

I had a dent and pretty gnarly scratches on my accord right door. So i went to the collision pros and they live up to their name. my car doesnt even look like it was nailed and the paint looks beautiful. The guys that work there are rad and they had my car to me within 3 days. They also cleaned the interior and exterior so my ride was looking clean too. Any ways good guys good shop and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Marie was very knowledgeable and courteous, she arranged for someone (Ralph) in this case to get me home and then bring me back to pick up my vehicle when they were finished. Have been to Collision Pros twice in 5 years, both times were a great experience. I 1st came across them in Menifee in 2013. There was a small shop called Tent Styles that did window tinting and body work, they tinted the windows on my Cadillac CTS V and my pickup. I was impressed with the way that shop was ran and liked the owner. That shop closed and reopened in Lake Elsinore as Collision Pros. In 2014 my pickup was backed into in a parking lot. I called and took my truck in for repairs. There work was over the top. My truck was returned to me in better shape than before I got the dent in the parking lot. Then in mid july of 2019 there was an attempted theft of the same pick up. They didnt get it thank God. There was no body damage but the steering column was ripped apart, two of the power windows were damaged as they forced their way inside it. There was also damage to the tauna cover latches as they forced it open as well. The shop shows great diversity and that they can handle everything, even me as I think I was kinda of a pest. But there entire shop and the girls in the office just took me and everything in stride without even the slightest bit of annoyance. And again my truck was returned to me in better shape than before the incident that sent me there. If anything happens to any of my cars it will be Collision Pros that takes care of it. I also highly recommend this outstanding business for any type of damage to any type of vehicle. I will return as needed, thank you everyone at Collision Pros for a job well done. We brought them our car after someone hit us running a red light. Rodolfo gave an original estimate of about $6,800. Rodolfo was supposedly communicating with the other persons insurance who had accepted liability. It was only after the car was finished and the total was roughly $11,310 (DOUBLE) that we were told Rodolfo had not recieved permission from the insurance company to finish at that price and we would have to pay the difference. When I asked Rodolfo to speak to the owner, he refused to let me and said I would have to speak with him. He told me to go ahead and contact a lawyer if I wanted, but if I want my car back I will have to pay the difference.

If you want to be deceived, lied to, and taken advantage of, then this is the place for you. Big dude seemed cool at first, but after they collect insurance money for work, you are on your own. Did some insurance work to the front of my Beemer, the only good thing they did was replace my headlight. However, the quality of their work is subpar. When my car was ready, I went over to inspect and could not help to notice all the “fish eye” (small pockets between paint and clear), so I addressed to Bigger dude, and he seemed to show some empathy and said he would check out, called his boss over to inspect and said it was rock chips. Really??? As if I don’t know what fish eye looks like. Anyway, say they were rock chips, would you paint and spray clear over it and jeopardize your business’s reputation if that were your shop? So now we have two guys who suppose to know what they are doing and neither have a clue. To make matters worse, they lied to me and insurance saying that they replaced my front bumper cover, which totally was a lie! They fixed my part and billed us for a new one (I had previously marked my part inside), but they lied to me then said they didn’t have the used part to show me anymore, the one claim they “took off” my car. These guys could not even affix put my BMW emblem on straight! The second guy who claimed that my car had rock ships I learned was the boss...lol. Now that made more sense to me, as I could not tell the difference between him, and a rock; dumb! I could not reason with either, had zero human relations skills, and dudes tried to intimidate me at one point as well. Totally explains his behavior and lack of knowledge. Needless to say, I reported this unethical business and their behavior to my insurance company and they assured me they would investigate them. Maybe they did do honest business at one point, who knows, but I totally experienced the opposite. The only positive I heard from them, was offering wave my deductible to earn my business (which they later charged me for once the insurance got on them) and to to fix at the end, but by then I was furious, disappointed, felt deceived, all kind of emotions were flying, as as you could imagine, I wanted nothing else to do with them so I took a loss. My advice to anyone, due your due diligence and ask to see their work before you commit, but buyer beware. Would not want anyone to experience what I went trough with this shop. Would give zero stars if I could.

I recommend that I contact them for a quote on my crashed vehicle. They gave me better information than what I was looking for. If my car is fixed and they give me the option, I will take it with them to have it restored.
