Great place to bring your damaged vehicle. I have brought my car here many times. Staff are friendly, professional, and know what they are doing. They went out of their way to make sure everything was fixed right and helped make sure insurance covered it. Pictures of damage they fixed.

Kevin and his team went above and beyond to fix my vehicle damages from my car accident. They arranged for getting my vehicle home while I was recovering from injuries from accident and towing my car back to fix pre-existing water damage from 3rd brake light that I had no knowledge of until rain storms. They were all extremely accommodating and wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied, which I’m very grateful for. Thanks again Collision Pro.

One of AAA approved tesla certified body shops. Had a minor accident. I live in Folsom which is far from this shop but I chose these guys based on the reviews. These guys were professional and friendly right from start to finish. Noah was my service rep. He was fantastic - Listened to my concerns and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Teslas are a special type of vehicle, so it is important to get it repaired by people who are good at the job. I wouldnt hesitate bringing my car again here if needed.

Cost was twice the original estimate, repairs took twice as long as estimated, communication wasnt very good. Car came back dirty (said theyd washed it, but...).Hello all -- I could not find out how to edit this review, but did do another one, which I cant find either. Collision Pros did call and took the car back, fixed everything, detailed it and noticed that Enterprise wasnt honoring my car insurance, which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. I really appreciated all of it.

Ive used Collision Pros in Auburn before and they always do a great job. The car always looks better than before the damage ever occurred and they get it done quickly. This time they went above and beyond when I was dropping off my car and calling the car rental company for pick up. The rental company told me there were no cars left at the insurance rate and I would have to pay the difference, even though I had reserved the car more than a week before and confirmed that morning before I left. Collision Pros got on the phone with the car rental company and next thing I know I am no longer being charged over the amount that I was promised and the rental car is being delivered to the front door of Collision Pros. While this wasnt part of their job, it was a really nice thing to do. Thank you Collision Pros.

Refreshing to do business with a company that provides accurate quotes, communicates proactively, and comes in on time and on budget.I shopped around for quotes for some hail damage on my truck. Kevin gave me a quote in just a couple minutes. They got the work done in one day, no surprises. Price was competitive with other shops in town, although some couldnt be bothered to even provide a written estimate. I went with Collision Pros because they were the only ones who seemed to want my business, and Im glad I did.I hope I dont need any more body work soon, but if I do Ill be coming here again.

Josh was the service member I worked with. From the very beginning he was polite, reassuring and had a great attitude about him. He made me feel very comfortable leaving my car in their care. He assured me he would keep me updated on my car’s progress and would let me know if there were any problems. I had a concern about my car battery after it had been serviced there, and without hesitation the owner went above and beyond to take responsibility and make it right, including covering the cost to replace my battery. Took the vehicle in here because I hit a deer I talk to were very polite and were very eager to help. Answered all of my questions and gave me complete confidence that the job would be done correctly. Once I receive vehicle several things were out of order first of all there was still blood and guts in the fender and along the side of the truck the gal that gave me my truck said yep bugs are hard to clean off at that point I didnt decide to mention about all the deer hair still in the wheel well. When I got in the truck I noticed that flyers for hanging down from above where the window is right in drivers view. Then my upper panel on the roof was not working. I showed her these few things and she said she would take notes and put them in the file. When I pop the hood I noticed that my power steering fluid was low which was affected when I hit the deer spewing power steering fluid everywhere. When I asked them to top it off a guy came out and told me that it must have been leaking previously because they check the hoses and topped it off the Friday before. My emergency brake now go straight to the floor and fog lights dont work anymore the guy in the beginning told me it was just a loose connection when I asked him to check on that before I even picked up the truck. And thats just what Ive noticed so far 20 minutes Im leaving the place. Just my experience good luck with yours.UPDATE!!!!!!! Jason with collision pros called me immediately and apologized for what happened. Jason asked me to bring back the vehicle so he can oversee the repairs personally which I declined. I had already taken the vehicle to a different shop, and wasnt trusting of collision pros. Jason went to that shop and looked at the vehicle and agreed to pay them to do the work to fix the damages. Jason called me every step of the way assured me it would be taken care of also giving me back my deposit. Without Jason calling me and talking with me I never would have thought to give collision pros another chance. After speaking with him I believe things will be better for the next person.To collision pros, I would not have even considered changing this review if it wasnt for Jason. You guys are very lucky to have him as an employee. Jason thank you for your excellent dedication to customer service. You won back a customer today. Thank you.

I had a bad experience with another body shop in the past, so I was a little worried about leaving my fairly new car in their hands. It was well worth the drive though. The staff at Collision Pros was amazing! I was nervous after my car got towed from my first accident ever. I needed a new radiator, front bumper, and airconditioner. They were very kind in helping me understand what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it. They repaired my car quickly and it runs great! Brought my fleet vehicle here for two dings in doors on the right. They arranged for PDR repair for under $190 and was done within a couple of hours. Barely noticeable after. Great service all around and were able to fit me in very quickly too! They also arrange with enterprise in the most convenient possible way. Was able to just pick the rental up here and drop it off here, too... Theres no better way these two businesses could collaborate.Thanks Collision Pros for the all around perfect service!!!The one thing that could be improved in my opinion is the visibility driving on 49 northbound as it is mediocre and theyre very easy to miss in the 55mph zone maybe have an arrow a little bit up the road, or a sign on your roof that goes higher up.

After being side swiped by a driver with no insurance, Collision Pros took my vehicle in, and completely knocked the repairs out of the park. The body work and paint color matching was top notch, and they kept me involved with the repairs along the way. Theres been a looming clicking noise since the accident that neither myself, nor them could diagnose, so they even took it upon themselves to schedule an appointment after the fact with the dealership to make sure the issue gets resolved 100%. I hope I dont have to, but I would absolutely use this shop again for any collision related repairs.

I chose Collision Pros for my car repair based on an earlier experience with them. My son hit a deer which damaged the passenger door preventing it from opening. The car was old so I didnt care about the resale value, just wanted the door to work. I took the car to Collision Pros for their advice and the technician did some pushing/pulling and got the door working, no charge.This recent experience was also very positive. I brought my car here via Geico after someone had hit my car. The adjuster I met gave me a rough idea of the repairs to be done and was creating a quote but failed to see the substrate/cracked paint on my front bumper. After I pointed it out to him he happily adjusted the quote to include the paintwork.A 2” portion on the inside lip of my front bumper had been torn off by the incident. I was expecting a new front bumper, but was told they were going to attempt to plastic weld and Jerry-rig my car back together. I said nothing but was not happy at the repair.An hour after I had left I received a call saying they could not fix the bumper and would replace it using a cheap aftermarket bumper. I accepted and told them to proceed. They painted the new piece, but never bothered doing a test fitting for it. They then realized that it didn’t fit and had to return it, purchase an OEM bumper cover and paint that.Overall; this company does the right thing for their customers, but is inefficient in doing so.

I bent the bumper and popped out a long piece of plastic trim. Jason, said they may be able to pull and shape it out without having to replace any parts; and only charge for an hour or two of labor, but if the bumper and trim had to be replaced it would be about 15K. He called me about mid day and said they were able to pull it out and reshape. I got there expecting to pay an hour or two of labor; he told me NO charge at all - WOW!.
