Today was my first day here, and let me tell you Dr. Penn knows what he is talking about! He made me feel comfortable and at ease! He answered all my questions with detail and broke it down for me to better understand it. I was in and out filled my first time paperwork, full eye exam, and got fitted for my new glasses in 45 minutes! I am leaving my eye doctor of 17 years and coming here. I love it! We definitely make appointments for my husband and kids here soon! Also the front desk were very nice! 😊

Dr. Penn really cares about his patient. I feel so comfortable during the eye examination. He also explained the way a good teacher would do! He gave me a free sample eye drops which most optometrist dont usually do (its small, but kind gesture!). He was also took time during the eye examination, making sure I got the correct prescription. I will be coming back here for my future eye examination and will recommend him to my friends and colleagues!

He made a suggestion to me that actually lost him a good deal of profit, due to the fact that he just personally would not feel right, due to my being on vacation & his obvious inability to follow up with me if any changes would be needed on my prescription. After moving here from the East Coast I knew I was due for an eye doctor. Im so happy to have found Dr. Penn and his staff. Every time I go in for an appointment its never awkward. Its definitely a family environment with Penny and Erin in the front. They are super knowledable and will give you their honest opinion of what works best for your insurance and also if you need help picking out a frames. Dr. Penn is extremely friendly and answers all my questions with answers I am able to understand. I always leave here smiling knowing Im able to see better and how easy and painless everything was!
