2023-12-20 02:36:10David was wonderful in helping us through this process. He advised and helped us through the entire journey. I can’t believe how fast the house sold. Eviction was Oct. 31 and the transaction was finalized on December 13.David was highly recommended by my very good friends Sharon and Al Jazwiecki. I will be happy to recommend David to anyone interested in buying or selling.

2023-08-02 01:30:23David was awesome and made sure all of the inspections were done promptly and problems we had with the HOA were resolved quickly. This was a probate sale and he was kind and thoughtful as he made sure to be aware of my feelings about losing my brother and that this was his home.He not only got top dollar for our condo in the LA area but priced the home right and we received way over the asking price. I would use him for all of my real estate needs!

2023-05-31 17:15:18We met David at the local car show as a sponsor and knew him as a friend for over a year before deciding to sell our house in Yorba Linda. When we decided to sell in early 2023, we contacted David and he walked us through every step of the way. He offered his services, time, and contacts to address every aspect of selling the home. He offered sound advice the was easy to understand and apply while being sensitive to the homes family history. I would use David again if I were to sell and recommend his services to all.

2021-08-05 21:30:15I dont think that I have the words to describe what a fantastic experience my family had with David Silva, but here goes.My brother and I first contacted David when our Mother passed away and we needed to sell her home. David made the procedure as simple and straightforward as possible. He was there every single step of the way. He provided excellent support and was there to answer any questions that we had. He continually amazed us with his unending knowledge and support along the way. Every single phone call or text was answered immediately and we never once felt as though we were bothering him in any way.After selling our Moms home, I needed to also sell my home. Of course, I contacted David, as the trust had already been earned. Again, the transaction was quick and David made it all so easy. I didnt think it was possible but he exceeded my expectations.Since then, I have moved out of the area, but my daughter, who was in the process of selling her home, out of the area, had a real estate question. I sent David a message and not 60 seconds later, he answered my message and even followed up with a phone call. He had nothing to gain from responding to me, but that didnt stop him and he did not hesitate to help.I feel very confident in saying that David will exceed anyones expectations. He is trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, responsive, kind and always has a smile. David Silva is the very best of the best!!

He was literally available 24hrs a day if needed. Sold our house in 5 days. 13 day escrow. 118,000 over asking. All cash. No contingencies. A miracle for us. Thank you David.

2021-08-05 22:11:23David helped me and my fiancé purchase our first home and we were so lucky that he was our realtor. Buying a house is stressful no matter what, but David was there for us and he really made us feel confident throughout the process. He was always available for questions, on-time to look at houses, and he did everything he could to make things as easy as possible. Despite the crazy market, he was able to find us our perfect home, in the area we wanted, and we were able to stay within our budget. In short, hes AWESOME and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!
