We highly recommend Greg Sharp, especially for real estate that includes a substantial land parcel. We had a difficult-to-sell 40-acre parcel with two cabins. It was mostly steep terrain, deep in the woods. Greg was sensitive to the value of the land for hiking as well as understanding how best to price and position our cabins. He was successful in getting us a good price with good buyers in a reasonable amount of time on the market. He succeeded where our past agent had failed two years ago. So we were very happy with the outcome and very pleased with working with Greg overall. Selling a beloved weekend home is more than a transaction and Greg helped us every step of the way.

Greg Sharp and his partner, Karen Sharp, have represented me both as a seller and a buyer of my homes.
