Best coworking & event space in Sonoma County!coLAB is this hidden gem in downtown Santa Rosa. It offers entrepreneurs and small business owners everything from shared workspace and private offices to event and wellness spaces.I’ve been using coLAB for some time now to host various events from small to medium-sized ones. With the location being right downtown and plenty of parking available this makes it easy for my guests to attend any event I put on.On top of that, you get amazing staff like Jessie and Riley who are supporting you every step of the way — the customer service is top notch and I highly recommend checking out coLAB for all your business needs, especially for your next business event.

CoLAB was a great space for me to work for the day while I was in Santa Rosa for work. I was visiting a client in Santa Rosa and decided to work the day up here compared to our office in the East Bay. The place was clean, quiet, and very well-maintained, and the amenities were solid. Good coffee machine, snacks, and lots of space to choose from (phone booths, rooms, desks, couches, etc.) all with outlets and the full setup. Ill definitely be working from here again when Im in the area, and a great location in downtown too!

I needed to be in Santa Rosa overnight so I drove into town in the morning and worked from CoLAB all day. The lady who showed me around was really nice and answered my questions over the phone about parking and showed me around when I got there. I went on a Friday and it wasnt very full. I used the phone booths for the couple of meetings I had. Lots of great lunch options around (recommend the banh mi place across the street) and a nice park nearby to take a break.Would work from here again.

I love this space! Ive been running my business out of coLAB for well over a year now and have seen my business THRIVE. The professional environment has kept me focused, especially during COVID, and the networking opportunities are prevalent. I really cannot recommend this space enough if youre self-employed like myself, a small/medium business or someone who just needs a workspace away from home. This is an amazing option.

Working from CoLAB instead of from home has been a game changer for me. I love the structure of having an “office” to go to, when I want. I also like the variety of options I have: sitting at my desk, using a phone booth, booking the conference room or sitting in the chill lounge upstairs. The managers are wonderful and the people who also work from there are very nice. Fun activities and great community.

The coLAB is a super inviting space. This is my first time having an office in one and I have really enjoyed the experience overall. The community I have developed here makes it all the better. Im a freelancer and pretty self-displined so I worked from home for years before I thought to try a coworking space. I did a trial day at coLAB in July of 2022 and Ive been hooked ever since!Not only does it feel more professional to take a zoom call from a beautiful office space, but I also appreciate all the activities, educational opportunities, and resources coLAB provides. Headshot photoshoots, ping pong tournaments, member breakfast, coffee walks...theres always something new and interesting on the calendar!On top of all that, I love mingling with other professionals over lunch or coffee. I feel so much more connected to this community and to the downtown (even tho I only live about 10 minutes away).I would recommend coLAB to anyone seeking all the perks of a professional office space, but in a more flexibility and community-driven environment.

I am fortunate to use the CoLab as a home base for my advocacy group. Although were a small team that has the option to work remotely, the CoLab offers us a place to build the energy we then hope to bring out into the community. With access to both small and large office spaces, we can customize the space to fit our needs: when its time to strategize, weve got access to private closed offices; and when its time to welcome the community, we can welcome them in the CoLabs large conference room. Without those, wed have to work that much harder to maintain our presence in the community and among each other. The CoLab offers an irreplaceable, amenity-based locale that allows us to call Santa Rosa our place of work -- and allows our members to associate us with the community.

CoLAB is a fantastic space for coworking. There are many opportunities to chat with other coworkers through either the events that are organized by the space or just waiting for your turn at the coffee machine.The front desk is always ready to help with any issue that may arise (particularly coffee machine malfunctions!!) but more importantly they make you feel welcome and comfortable in the space from the moment you walk in, unlike the anonymous and sterile feeling in coworking spaces of bigger cities. A big thanks to the coLAB team for all the effort and personal touches to make the space a great place to work and connect.

The real question is here what is there not to love about coLAB! Ive worked at a handful of coworking spaces and coLAB is by far my favorite. The people are the best part, but the space is wonderful. Its always neat, clean and well organized. Jessie and Destiny do a terrific job incentivizing members to participate by hosting lots of fun events and opportunities to connect with one another. The meeting rooms are well-suited for most any group, with tech that works for all sorts of presentations. I love their private phone booths when I need to make a client call away from the open space. Ive made some good friends at coLAB, too so it always feels welcoming. Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a great meeting or working spot. Ooh! And their snack offering is legit :)

CoLab is one of the best co-working spaces in the country! Ive spent many hours at co-working spaces all over the country and it really is one of the best. Lots of space, friendly co-workers and staff, and plenty of extra amenities like snacks, coffee, quiet phone booths, and a lot more. We are so lucky to have this resource in Santa Rosa and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would (and Jessie, who runs the space is just amazing).

Two years ago I was working from my garage trying to get my start up off the ground. It was not the most efficient environment and I had to find a better work environment on a budget. For a few hundred a month I was able to find a quiet desk with CoLab which turned out to be one my best decisions in terms of work space.They have a ton of meeting space that really helped present a professional look when my company need that the most. As my company grew and we hired more staff, we needed more space. The CoLab team worked with us to secure an office and gave us an awesome deal to help with the transition. Several months later we ran out of space again, Pauline and her rock star team Jessie and Destiny came through and helped us secure a warehouse. Again they worked with us and to meet our budget and we now have 2600 sq ft warehouse that has helped our business take off. More than just a desk rental, the CoLab team offers much more value. They care about you and whatever your business needs are. They have been an instrumental partner in our success and we are so grateful for all the help they have provided us. Thanks CoLab team, keep up the good work. I would highly recommend this work space. By the way these ladies are amazing at decorating and optimizing space. I have been a member at CoLab for a few months now and it has been a great work environment. Perfect for entrepreneurs and remote workers like me, who can feel isolated when working from home. At CoLab there is a great community. The staff does a wonderful job of putting on social events for the members and making everyone feel connected. Ive been a member of the coLAB since shortly after they opened. Theyve built a very modern facility which reminds me of offices I used to work out of in San Francisco. Furthermore it really feels like they treat this as a community instead of just a place to work, with regular events an happy hours (Pre-Covid, some virtual events now). Plus the free conference room hours for higher tier members makes it easy to have the occasional meeting in a professional and well equipped space. Finally, my single favorite addition is the Phone Booths. Free, well sound proofed, tiny rooms that make it possible to take calls without background noise or turning the office into a cacophony of sound. Finally I need to shout-out to Jessie and Destiny for being fantastic and responsive hosts for this community.

I am really loving it here so far and glad I made the decision to make this home base for my business! Wonderful staff and very friendly people all around the office. Great co-working area (A+ WiFi and lots of plug sockets under each desk) with ample work space. Unlimited coffee and tea are a great option (coffee machine makes many types of drinks) for those who like their morning tea/coffee and have it be easy to access and free for members. There are also offerings like the occasional member events (like breakfast).Looking forward to continuing to use coLab to help me network and work on expanding my business!

Jessie and Destiny run everything so efficiently and are always quick to answer questions and assist on requests. I really enjoy working here! My company has been in an office here for over three months and it has been a really good situation for us. The staff is professional and proactive about addressing any issues that may come up. As an avid coffee drinker, their coffee machine helps me get through my day! Also, their happy hour is a great way to meet other professionals in the space. The location is easy walking distance to anything downtown Santa Rosa. Before settling on CoLAB, my company did a thorough search of similar office spaces around Santa Rosa and discovered that, compared to those other offices, CoLAB is a gem!

CoLab offers a safe, accommodating, and professional atmosphere where one can go to work, study, and/or hold small, socially distanced informational classes. Dess and Jess make an excellent 1-2 punch welcoming comittee and are a pleasure to work with. They truly value the space, along with its patrons.During the Pandemic, CoLab offered me an excellent dedicated space to study as I started a BootCamp program. I would recommend CoLab as the place to be if you want to get some good work done, while meeting some cool people.
