Where do I start. These guys are amazing, specifically Mario. I wrote what I consider to be one of the most important papers of all science. The theory of everything, the grand unification of General Relativity, Quantum Mechanic and the God equation, something that no man has been able to formulate. Which lead to Einstein Quantum Riddle. Im no one significant such as a business, but when I reached out to Cohen IP Law Group and left a voicemail, they reached back to me in probably less than 30 minutes. The gentleman I spoke with was highly informed, very easy personality to get along with, kind, patient, and even took the time to look up the trademark that I was interested in and walk me through all of my options, at no cost to myself. Based on this sole experience, I will probably never use another law group for IP matters. Ive found the one, and I cant recommend them highly enough. 10/5 stars!

The legal system is a complex web to navigate through and you have to have the knowledge and experience to tackle all sorts of accusations in a delicate and professional manner. Being a first-time business owner and being hit with a baseless and frivolous trademark infringement lawsuit me and my business partners thought we were going to close our doors. Before contacting Cohen IP Law Firm I spoke to several other attorneys and almost hired one. I wasnt getting what I was looking for from these other attorneys they sounded like robots to me machines repeating the same words and phrases over and over with the very first being consultation fee. My gut feeling told me to contact Cohen IP Law Firm to get one last advice before hiring someone. Michael Cohen himself spoke for close to 45 minutes with me and I noticed that he was being very sincere and from the heart and giving me information that I did not request or knew how to ask. We hired Michael due to a patent issue - he was able to guide us and provide great advice over the course of the 2-3 years this case took to resolve. Michael was was the only attorney involved who seemed to know what was going. I initially hired this firm to file a trademark application for my clothing line. The process was straight forward and fast. Mr. Cohen and staff were very professional and kept me updated. A few months after the application was filed, a large third party clothing company attempted to oppose my trademark. Mr. Cohen negotiated a deal and settlement, turning the complicated situation into a very favorable one for me and got my trademark issued. This was my first rodeo in the world of patenting an invention, and Michael Cohen and crew absolutely crushed it - the timeline and expectations were clearly laid out from the beginning, and they were able to navigate a submission deadline timecrunch issue (my fault) without complications. I was expecting a far longer and more expensive back and forth with the patent office, but Cohen & crew secured the patent way ahead of schedule. I hired Michael to register a few trademarks for me over 10 years ago, and so far so good: none of my trademarks have been challenged to date. Doing it right the first time is exactly what I wanted. When I first spoke to Michael I knew right away he was the guy to hire. He explained that not only did your trademark application have to be correctly worded, it also had to be filed in the right category. There are also office actions from the trademark office that have to answered, or otherwise your application can stall. He was right there for me all the way through the process, and his office sends reminders when the trademark renewals are due. Im very happy with his service.

Extremely poor quality atty. probably one of the worst decisions I ever made was to hire this attorney to handle a very simple case for me. he lost the IP case to a disbarred attorney who didn’t even practice IP law. the loss was so bad that it was quoted in law literature. all in all, I suffered tremendously as a result of this attorney’ incompetence.
