After working with several POS systems, my CPA introduced me to Tigran at Cocard. After reviewing my recent charges, we quickly found that I had been overpaying for card transactions and switched our business to work with cocard. I am very happy that we did. The transition was very smooth - we had step by step instructions and guidance; any issues were quickly resolved. Functionality is great and allows us to take cards in person, over the phone, or through our website. We have also found it very useful and easy to use the installment and subscription options. One of the biggest benefits has been to have a contact person that we can reach out for questions. Overall, great experience.
