Cobex was professional in every aspect. I can tell they have a system dialed down while maintaining genuineness and integrity. The samples were nice to go over in helping make our decision. Once we started they did great updating us on the progress while also addressing any potential challenges. They listened to our list of concerns with care and provided valuable insight on what’s the best course forward. Thomas, I believe he’s one of the sight supervisors, did a great job continually cleaning up the debris around our home along the way which we greatly appreciated.

I called Cobex I needed a new roof on my house and my shed also I wanted to replace my 25 year old A/C unit. Mickey came out and explained everything to us in detail. We also have solar on our roof so we needed that taken off before work could start. Long story short Cobex did everything for us. They came and took the solar off so the tear off crew could do there job. The crew that came out and stripped the old roof did it fast and cleaned up everything. The crew that put on the new roof kept me informed on what was happening and answered all my questions if they didn’t know the answer they had it for me the next day. The A/C guys did a great job as well very helpful. All in all Cobex did a great job for us and did everything we asked in keeping the gate closed so our dogs could go outside and have to worry something might happen to them. I have nothing but good things to say about all the employees at Cobex who helped me in this endeavor. I highly recommend Cobex for your next roof or A/C unit. Dave Allen

We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our recent roof replacement. The people at Cobex were at all times professional, courteous, and thorough. From the meeting with the sales staff in the beginning, to the last day of final cleanup we found the experience to be exactly as promised in the beginning. Fast, efficient, polite, and extremely conscientious about our property and our neighbors property. Do not sign a contract with this company until someone with construction experience has looked at it.There are two things at play here, a roofing company that does good work on roofs, and a roofing company that cant get anything else straight.Our relationship with Cobex has been long and arduous. Given the choice to do it again, I would stay far away from them.Negative Motivation begets negative reviews. I just received a Mechanics Lien on my home because of Cobex. The issue is that they are billing me $1000 too much, and I have contacted their sales VP and account manager(5/16 and 5/30), the workers that serviced my home, or anyone who can help. I received no replies despite having a simple 2 page contract that says exactly how much I owe. It is very clear.Other than their back office mistakes, their painting team was the worst I have ever seen. Their team showed up late each day, with two guys in two vans. I swear this isnt a riddle. The first guy would get out of his van and put around all day doing little and the second guy would put in a little bit of work before disappearing until after lunch. When I called to talk to leadership, they said they would put more guys on it so it would get done faster. That never happened, and the guys got even worse. At the end of the job, I walked around and showed the very obvious mistakes, but am still expected to pay with an extra rack on top. Thats fine, I really dont mind paying up just to get them out of our lives for good, but Im not paying that $1000 overage.This will get sorted out with Dmitriy Matushevskiy, as his name is on the Lien. But I wanted to take the frustration and disappointment I felt today, and channel it towards helping others.Do yourself a favor and go with a company that has an established track record of success, that doesnt bribe customers for positive yelp and google reviews.

Excellent work! And the workers cleaned up the yard and driveway up afterwards removing all loose nails.I have had neighbors comment on how they like the new color of our roof, White. Which helps keep the house cooler and air conditioner use down.If I would have known….. I would have a new roof installed years ago!

We checked out two companies who had a BBB+ rating and a review rating by BBB over 110. I chose COBEX for several reasons. The representative was straight forward and already knew the square footage of the roof and gave a bid. He ask me if I was veteran, a senior and discounted the quote. I was impressed by the reasonable quote. Based on that I did not need to finance the job and pay cash. That reduced the bid. I also was impressed by the materials that were used. I highly recommend this company. They kept everything protected with tarps and cleaned area each day

Had some wind damage on my roof, and these guys just made the process so quick and easy and a great price as well. They were super quick to come look at it and have it all repaired before the next rain. Amazing job. Great communication, great service, quality work and very professional. Sure I found a guy that gave me a cheaper price, but the cheaper guy could not give me his company name or license information. These guys are very organized and quick. Worth the extra few hundred.

Im only giving 2 stars because of their sales rep Alex who was the only reason I stayed with this company. I had a new roof installed and looks great but I have already had a problem and never got a call back. See how far that 50 year warranty gets me? The communication through out the process was horrible, too many cooks in the kitchen, I did not know who to go to. After many miss communications and damage to my house the roof finally got finished. I love the roof but not a fan of this company

I highly recommend Cobex for your roof replacement and specifically I recommend working with Mickey B.We had wind damage to our 21 year old roof and filed an initial claim with our insurance. The insurance adjuster wanted to just patch a couple dozen shingles rather than replace everything which was what clearly needed to be done. In fact their estimate wasnt even enough to get past our deductible. We knew we needed a whole roof replacement no matter what so we got several quotes for the job from different companies and decided to replace the whole roof.Initially we were going with a different company primarily based on them giving a quote that was a few thousand dollars cheaper. However, after some less than professional dealings with the first company and their unwillingness to work on our behalf in any way to help with the insurance claim, it became clear why they were cheaper and I suspected would end up costing more in the end as they kept trying to sneak in other necessary charges.As for Cobex; Mickey had given the initial quote to my wife and had made a very strong impression. Based on his professionalism, how upfront he was with everything, how willing he was to provide more details and answer any questions that came up, we decided to revisit his quote. He also made it clear that they have a strong process for working with insurance companies and providing what they need to meet their claim requirements. Based on the initial impression with my wife as well as followup interactions we both had, we ultimately decided that this is who we wanted to do business with.While in reality, it was Mickey that initially won us over; Cobexs clear breakdown of the job, upfront pricing and communication made it easy to work with them. As the job moved forward, Mickey stayed in constant communication with us and worked with our insurance to provide them with samples, photos and analysis of why our roof could not just be patched and instead needed to be completely replaced. Cobex was easy to work with and always easy to get ahold of.In the end, we were happy to work with Mickey and Cobex whether we got anything from our insurance or not. The job was finished when promised, the work was done very professionally and all our dealings with Cobex were great. Even 2 months after the job was completed, Mickey was still following up with some final things with our insurance which blew me away. And...the insurance was ultimately convinced of the need to fully replace the roof and paid for a complete roof replacement. We were happy with our experience either way, but of course that takes it over the top when someone works that hard for you even when the job was already done. If I could give more than 5★s I would.

The roof looks good, but the customer service was HORRIBLE! It took 4 months with no communication. Never returned calls, never knew what was going on. Workers left door open and my indoor cat escaped. They did nothing, not even an apology. Still do not have my inspection permit, now they wont even return calls. Find someone else. They are a dime a dozen. Dont waste your time with Cobex.

We used Cobex to re-do our roof, windows and siding. After getting several bids on all 3 projects, we felt Cobexs bid was reasonably priced, thorough and they were clearly experts. Throughout the project, Cobex was excellent at communicating with us (Yuriy was the project manager and he was GREAT), the work they did was quality work and they finished within the timeframe they promised. It did take a while to come back to do the minor final things, so I would recommend not sending the last payment until the project is completely finished, but that wasnt a big deal. A month after the project was finished, we thought there was an issue with a window. We reached out to Cobex and had an appointment for someone to come look at the issue within a couple hours. It turns out, there wasnt a problem, but it was reassuring to know they stand behind their work even when the project is complete and all money has been paid.

I recently had Cobex install new windows and paint my house. It is from 1937, so it was in need of some love. I met with Chris, the sales rep, who was very helpful and informative to get the job going. The windows were installed faster than the original 2-day install estimate, which was fantastic. The paint, however, did take a little longer than expected. This was only due to them making sure they did the job right, since my older house took some TLC. They were thorough and did not miss one spot. Overall, the job turned out fantastic and I am very pleased with it.

I strongly advise that you do not use this company. Their employee Mason displayed racist attitude towards me. Mason has a racist agenda and refused to do the roofing estimate because he seen that the home owners were black. Do not support businesses like this.Aftet posting this review, Mason was able to obtain my contact information. He has been sending harassing text messages he is threatening to press charges after he was in the wrong. I do not understand why this busineses is this way. Definitely do not support this business.

I regret hiring Cobex to install a new roof on my house. They took five months to begin work and took twice as long as expected to complete. We asked the sales crew for custom skylights and to repair dry rot on the architectural details of the house. None of these details were passed to the construction crew and during construction, we were told the custom skylights would not be covered under warranty. It also became apparent that they did not have the expertise to handle the carpentry work for the dry rot repair. I had to manage the project daily to direct the repair work and point out corrections. In the end, we didnt get the skylights we agreed to and the dry rot repair and detail work was subpar. They missed areas of dry rot and used inferior wood. Also, Cobex did not tarp the roof before a predicted rain storm and damage was done to the interior ceiling, walls, furniture and carpet. Five other homes they were working on were also affected. I hired another contractor and did work myself to make repairs they missed since I did not trust Cobexs workmanship. We were given a discount but that did not cover the cost of additional repairs and rainwater damage.

Cobex did our roof the summer of 2023. The sales team were great and personable but unfortunately everything after that was pretty poor. We had zero communication from our project manager. We had to keep calling the sales guy back to get updates. The roof was done decently but it is quite wavy and bumpy and they left a huge mess all over our property. We also got hit with 4k add on for gutter guards which were apparently required but we didnt hear of that until install day. After it was installed we had guys just show up without warning to inspect. They had cobex shirts on so I know it wasnt the inspector. Just a really rough experience. Guess I expected a bit more after giving a company almost 40k.

My experience with Cobex is a mixed one. Intial introductions went well, the representative from Cobex that came out to perform the inspection and estimate was nice and professional.Once the job was agreed upon the work was suppose to start within 6-8 weeks. During that period I felt Cobex dropped the ball in regards to updating me when the job my begin since the work was delayed due to weather. Not their fault but again communication is needed.Once the work began the everything seemed to be going smoothly until they removed my entire roof before letting me know there would be an additional $9,000 dollars in work needed due to missed items on the inspection/estimate. After going back and forth that $9,000 turned into $3,500 and we were able to continue.Once again everything was going smooth until coming home to see a cracked window in my kitchen. After speaking with the representative from Cobex they agreed to take care of the window they damaged.After everything was complete the new roof on my house does look amazing.Overall the experience was a little tiresome dealing with the back and forth but the quality of work was great. They definitely do quality work, just make sure they do a proper inspection/estimate before work begins.

Dmitry, the designer, came in and guided us through the process of selecting materials for our remodel. He is very helpful and knowledgable about the intended work. When the job began, he brought in his crew, Alex and Alzhan to meet us and go over the plan.The crew came in everyday on time and worked through until 4 pm because we had asked them to not work past 4 pm. When they left each day, the work area was secured and clean. Usually we were gone by the time they came in but we came in just before quiting time to see what all had taken place that day. At that time, Alex would explain what had been done and what the next steps would include. At that time he would ask us if there were any other things we wanted to know about.The crew was very respectful of our home, protecting the flooring in the traffic areas, neatly stacking materials and equipment by the end of the work day.Our master bathroom is only 5X10 and this job took 2 weeks. Sub contractors were used even though I was assured only Cobex employees would do the work.I requested white drip edge, brown was installed.The sub who installed the flashing and painted the vent pipes did a sloppy job.The flashing and vent pipes were painted dark brown, which is not a good match for the amber roof shingles.The flat roof portion was not swept well before installing the TPO material. Several areas show debris bulging up from underneath.I have brought these issues to the attention of Cobex’ production supervisor. Waiting for their response and resolution plan.

Cobex Construction replaced old and outdated windows in my house and guest house. I cant say enough good things about Cobex Construction. Vaz came out to the house and very carefully explained all of the changes in the technology of how windows are made. I had no idea what a difference it would make. The looks are fantastic and get this. You cant feel the cold air on the glass. Im sure i will see a difference in my PG@E bill.Huge props to Uri on the installation. It only too 20 minutes for my big front window. The takeaway here is they did everything they said they were going to do and I couldnt be happier. I definitely will use them again.

I am thoroughly pleased with Cobex and all of their team members. My experience started with there sales associate who was kind and patient. He spent ample time going over all there products and explained the process should I decide to go forward. He wrote up several quotes for me and gave me time to consider my options. After I chose to have my roof replaced, I was contacted by a project manager who seamlessly took the project over. He walked me through the demolition phase and finally the reroofing phase. I was truly amazed by how fast and efficient their demo and roofing teams were. In 3 days I went from a 20 year old roof to a beautiful brand new 4300 sq ft roof. I found Cobex Construction to be honest, hard working, reliable. They promised to treat my home as if it was their own and that’s exactly what they did.

My husband and I recently moved into a home in Orangevale. During all the recent rains, there was a lot of sand looking material coming off the roofs shingles. We thought for sure we needed a new roof so I contacted the Cobex Roofing company. David Leal came out to our home and asked a lot of questions, then climbed up on our roof and did a thorough inspection with pictures to show me when he was through. *Updated Review*Prior to this review I had 5 stars I would of added more if I could but after what my wife and I went through with this company as far as financing I believe there was some deceitfulness on their end.I sat down and discussed our payment plans with one of their representatives who I later found out is no longer employed by the company and he filled out their company formed that indicated what the loan amount will be as well as the interest rate, and monthly payment fee. He signed off on it as well as my wife who was financing this project and he told us we were going to get an email as well to sign off on aswell. In good faith of a company that has great reviews and we just physically sign a contract we agreed on. To our fault we trusted the would uphold what we signed off on initially but just yesterday it was brought to our attention that they up the overall cost of the project in the email sent to us that we signed off on in good faith that it would be what discussed same time. It was on us to read the the email contract in its full. But when you operate in good faith of a compay who has excellent reviews and the come out and give a contract to sign physically which we did read and both parties signed and say they also need and email signature, you dont think they would do ch deceitful actions. And when our frustration with the situation was brought to one of their employees all they were concerned about was collecting their deposit that they had no idea tgey hadnt received but because I operate in good faith I brought it to their attention Prior to them informings that the physical contract we signed off on ment nothing.I was actually excited to do moreibusiness with this company but Ill just have to search elsewhere base off of principle.

We had a few days of high winds and it was crazy with fences being blown down, roofs getting damaged, and trees everywhere out in the streets. We called insurance for how roof repair, filed a claim, and they sent out a quote. We decided to look around because we did not have to go with the insurance repair company.We came across several construction companies with quotes all over the map. Keep in mind that these were general quotes. The quotes would be applicable to changes once the roof got inspected. So, we understood that as we did our research.The reason why Cobex won our research is because (1) they were willing to travel to our location for the repair (2) they offered great customer service, super responsive, pleasant over the phone, (3) they offered a warranty on the roof, which is huge because if something were to mess up right after it was fixed I would want it taken care of - peace of mind, and (4) they had a social media presence so I was able to see the type of work they did and get a feel of what to expect.So, it all came down to cost. We had quotes all over the map. And, to be honest Cobex was not the cheapest, but we did not want to sacrifice quality for cost. We felt that if we are going to live in the house for a while it would be better to have something last vs potentially bleed money throughout the years with repairs - you get what you pay for.We explained our budget situation to Cobex and the amount that insurance was covering. So, anything beyond the insurance amount we would have to pay. We were able to get to a reasonable price that we could afford and move forward with Cobex.Once the staff came out, they worked non stop. They took care of all the permits, all the debris, all the cleaning, setup the inspections with the county, and literally handled the repair like a mini project. I did not have to run repairs, leave my home, or be involved. The workers were super nice, answered questions that I had, and got the job done in a few days.Im very satisfied with my roof, as you can tell by this long review.Here is a bonus tip: the only additional thing I would add is that if you are in a similar situation like I am, figure out how the insurance company releases funds. For me, it was not a normal process, I had to fill out forms, mail it to my lender, get their signature on the check, to then have the check be sent back, to then finally deposit it.Nonetheless, I appreciate all the hard work and effort from the Cobex team for making my roof repair a simple and hassle free process. I am in the Rescue/Shingle Springs area and was having a very difficult time finding a contractor here in the foothills that would even give me a quote. I notice the temperature difference already we have several picture windows that would make are home very hot in my house. My house feel much cooler during this time of the year. Turns out our manufacturer decided to have door sizes that only they made, and of course, they are long gone. I worked with Max and Alex...we all knew it would be a challenge and would involve cutting in to the siding of our home, but we knew Cobex was determined to do this job no matter what...and they did! Alex is a true craftsman at his work - his detail is so precise that he even moved a door stopper to our new interior door from our old interior door. I have been gathering quotes to get a new roof, i Contacted cobex and the process of making the appointment was quick and easy . Who doesn’t love that ? A mom of 4 that goes to school full time anything that saves time I appreciate . They needed to reschedule for a few hours later which was fine I get things happen. He arrived and we sat down and began to talk. I found it odd he wanted to sit down first before going and double checking his measurements and or for further repairs he let me know he already had the measurements through an areal shot (which the other quotes I was getting did too) and then proceeded to tell me what the price was going to be . I told him I don’t know if he wanted to continue with the process as the other quotes I got were significantly less and he proceeded to pretty much say in other words you get what you pay for. I felt a sense of judgement . The other companies are reputable companies with great reviews . He then said he didn’t want to waste either of our time and left. All that could’ve been done through an email if that’s all that was going to be done and could’ve saved all of our time . A $6000-$8000 price difference but couldn’t even put shoe covers on before stepping in to my families home. Could just be me but a 6-8 thousand dollar difference from multiple other quotes is a bit steep . I really didn’t like that guys attitude making it seem like his company is superior then everyone else’s trying to justify the drastic price difference . To me it sounds like trying to take advantage . Even if they offered to price match I solely wouldn’t go through them just based off this experience . If you read all of this please take the time to get multiple quotes before choosing a company . Do your research . If I could do 2.5 stars I would but since I didn’t actually use the company I rounded up to 3

I refinanced my house and took a few extra dollars out, I also requested bids on line for a roof replacement. I received several bids for the roof, But then I decided to add rain gutters all around the house, and A/C to the request, most of my previous bids dropped out. Cobex walked into my life and gave me prices for everything I wanted done. So I went with Cobex, everything was written down in the contract, Start date, finish date, and they explained to me what was going to happen. They also said it would only take three days to do it all. Three days? It took four days, so what? I received a new roof, A/C and heating unit on the roof, rain gutters all the way around the house, and any and all wood rot removed, In four days. Two guys did most of the work, two more guys for the A/C and Heater, and four guys for the rain gutters, all finished in four days. Im impressed, I look at my roof and smile every time I come home. We recently had a leak in our roof during the last storm, so I called Cobex and had them come out to give an estimate. They came out the next day, at the arranged time. They were very reasonably priced so we decided to go ahead and have them do the work. Within 24 hours they had set up a time to come out immediately, so they could get the work finished before the next rain. We got the estimate on Tuesday and Thursday they showed up on time and completed the work in about 3 hours. They discovered cracked tiles near my solar panels and took pictures. I went ahead and had them replace the broken tiles, clean the valley, and fix the leak. They were very friendly, professional, and thorough. They even brought some trash off the roof the solar guys had left behind and blew the leaves off of my front porch. Since they are also a construction company, I will definitely be calling them again in the future for other maintenance.

The crew was on time and quick to install. They were willing to make the roof aesthetically pleasing when we requested small alterations. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because a few areas of the fascia board needed to be tightened after the initial install. They did fix areas when pointed out, but it could have been tighter if done before the shingles were installed. All in all the roof looks great and the house pops with improved curb appeal because of the roof.

Cobex replaced the 56-year-old roof on my just-purchased home all the way down to the rafters. I needed a new HVAC system badly. No heat. I was going through a refi though and had to wait for it to close before I could make a major purchase or finance. Because everyone was doing refinances the loan took 2 months longer to close.Cobex knew I was going to need the HVAC installed the minute I could. Vazgen and his team very extremely professional, patient, and adaptive to changing circumstances. I had a massive remodeling of two balconies of 3000 square feet in El Dorado hills. I had dry rot everywhere beyond repair. So we needed to rip it all out and start all over. Cobex wasn’t my cheapest option but they were definitely worth the cost. The took over the project from start to finish including all the strenuous permit process with the city. Most important of all Vazgen and his project leaders were honest honest honest. I can’t stress enough. I own over a dozen real estate and that’s a rare gem to come by in construction business. They instead of hiding their mistake or blaming others would accept and took responsibility for any minor (fortunately nothing major) errors along the way. I recommend them without hesitation.

Would like to take a moment to write a review regarding our experience with Cobex. My wife and I consulted with them during the Sacramento Home & Garden Expo this year and initially scheduled an in-home consultation with them for a couple of weeks out. We never received a phone call to confirm but didnt think much of it because after multiple consultations with other contractors and other home improvement businesses and only receiving confirmations around half the time, we thought this was normal but at least these other folks actually showed up. We waited around and nobody ever showed up so we called the general business line and they didnt have us scheduled in their system for whatever reason. While that was disappointing cause we took time off from our work and life schedules, we were forgiving and understand mistakes happen so used it as an opportunity to reschedule with them for the following week. A week passes and its appointment day and the consultant scheduled to visit us calls on the day of the appointment 15 mins after our scheduled time saying he was going to be 45 mins late so we rescheduled again. Another 2 weeks pass and we finally have our appointment in home which happens again 45 mins after our scheduled time but since weve had scheduling challenges, we obliged to waiting around for him to arrive. Upon arrival, we describe to our consultant what we want to do (new interior doors throughout, crown molding and new baseboards upstairs along with helping us enhance our exterior balcony upstairs to make it a more useable space). The person we met with was quite friendly and we felt good about the initial consultation and even potentially doing business with Cobex if the price was within our budget. We were really looking forward to seeing what he would come up with in terms of pricing which he said he would get to us 2 days later. We met on a Monday and dont like to rush people but by Saturday we still hadnt heard from him via phone or email so I emailed him directly hoping for a response. Its now going on almost 2 weeks since the consultation and still no word or follow up so weve given up out of frustration and decided to take our home improvement projects elsewhere. Its disappointing considering how great the other reviews Ive read are about Cobex. Were not sure what happened or their business justification for not following up with potential customers but if one thing Ive learned in my professional experience in selling is that you never leave a customer hanging. If they arent a good fit for whatever reason, at least have common business courtesy to let them know. Thats just good business practice. For anyone else looking to leverage Cobex for their home improvements, hopefully this review provides some additional insight / visibility into what you may or may not expect in terms of your experience with them.

I have looked at few companies for quotes for roofing, fascia root and HVAC had three different leak in the house from last raining season and my HVAC was a old unit could not keep my house cool when it 97 or hotter. some Quotes are high and some low but extra fee if you dont read the small line and financing was one part of it. He was able to answer all my questions and concern the price was good it what you be paying no hidden fee average not to low or high. I was able to get financing from them for the project at a good rate as my credit union.they always in contact with you as project and inspection are being work on you can always call them with question with there cell number. We had a patio cover installed and it is beautiful! It went up in one day but It took 3 inspections for them to get the electrical up to code. This was a very easy project that took WAY longer than it should have. They did see it through and make all the corrections but it was a major inconvenience. The other issue that we had is lack of communication. If I didnt call every few days to check in on the status up to the installation I dont know that I ever would have heard from anyone.

My wife and I contracted with Cobex Construction Group to make improvements, upgrades and repairs to our home in the Ridgewiew Neighborhood El Dorado Hills. The house is a one of one design by the architect owner that we have owned for 4 years.My review will be in several parts because the projects will take time during the winter months. I cant say enough good things about their estimating and contracting process, workmanship and follow up on all aspects of the work.From the beginning, getting an initial estimate and many discussions about what would look best from design through construction was informative and excellent. Everything was covered, no guess work and full disclosure if there were issues spotted and how we wanted to proceed.The project consisted of updating the kitchen with new Quartzite surfaces and some appliances. The Quartzite is a natural stone from Brazil and the backslash is glass subway tile that we purchased from Bedrosians. We had the electrical switches and plugs updated with Legrand Adorna. A new Sharp drawer microwave, Bosch dishwasher and a GE Profile cook top hood. The microwave required cabinet modifications and the hood required cutting the stone surround to fit the vent which it was done perfectly. The cabinet modifications were completed with precision and even the touch up paint for the farm house cabinets matched perfectly.Our kitchen had solid granite counter tops that were installed when the house was new, 2001. The counter tops had seams in the granite that went through the sinks and were not level or really match up.The COBEX crew came in an put down heavy duty paper to protect our Hickory floors. They put up a sheet plastic wall around the kitchen to keep the dust from going into the dining area and family room. They removed all of the granite counter tops, the island and back splash behind the cook top.Afterward, everything was spotlessly vacuumed up and taken away. Next they put down new plywood counter top base and backer board for the tile back splash, nearly 70 SQ feet. They made all of their templates and off to the fabricator.The fabricator returned and removed more of the stone surround for the cook top and one wall cabinet. He had fabricated the counters all, without any seams. He and his crew worked tirelessly to fit these huge pieces in perfectly. FYI. The quartzite is a very hard natural stone and it took extra time to cut and shape. The tile setter did an amazing job with the glass subway tile and moving the electrical boxes to a high level on the wall. It sparkles and looks fantastic.We stood in the kitchen just admiring the stone and the craftsmanship. We had a party two weeks ago and everyone was impressed with the kitchen and their amazing craftsmanship.We had all of the rain gutters replaced as the old one were in poor shape. The COBEX construction group had the sub contractor measure everything and consulted me all along the way. After the gutters were installed, Alex from COBEX walked the entire perimeter with the gutter fabricator to insure everything was perfect.We also had the eaves inspected for dry rot, the COBEX crew came though, stripped back 2 rows of tile, removed the damaged areas and replaced everything very nicely. Alex walked the entire roof with the sub-contractor to follow up on all of the repairs and to insure everything was perfect.Last will be the upgrade of the 2 HVAC units in a very tight a difficult area.Ill be writing as these next projects get completed. With the rainy weather it will take a little longer.Alex, Vaz and the COBEX team are fantastic and respond to every email or question we have had.

I so appreciate their quick response, punctuality, easy to understand communication, thoroughness of plan, a fair estimate, attention to detail, and the work done to perfection. I will not hesitate to call them for future projects.Heres my story. After looking for two years and against my better judgement I bought a flipped house. The home inspection was clean for a 60 year old house, but of course the house has since revealed more problems than I had been led to believe.Last winter after heavy rains, I noticed some discoloration and dampness on a small section of baseboard. No major wetness, but something wasnt right. During the summer I decided to get some bids before winter returned. Two companies came out, but the solutions they proposed didnt make sense to me and on top of that, both were late for the appointment, one by four hours. Neither one suggested taking off the baseboard to see what may be happening behind it.Then Alex from Cobex came out. He was on time, personable and quickly pinpointed what was most likely the source of the problem and explained it in a way that made sense to me. From there he scheduled an appointment to have one of his experienced associates come out to take off the interior baseboard and to peek behind the exterior siding. He corroborated what Alex suspected was shoddy installation of two new windows and a new slider by the previous owner. The same afternoon, Alex came out and really spent time discussing a solution and a very detailed plan of action that was easy for me to visualize. The following morning I received an email from Alex that thoroughly depicted the plan including proposal, materials and timeframe, from start to finish and even included possible contingency plans, in case when further into the walls, the damage was more than anticipated, along with what I thought was a fair estimate for a lot of work that included pulling up and re-stretching carpet, mold remediation, removing and reinstalling base board and exterior siding and trim, sealing badly installed windows and slider, caulking and painting inside and out.Alex quickly fit me in to his busy schedule and was sensitive that winter was fast approaching and wanted to get the work done for me before the wet season returned. His workers were friendly, respectful, trustworthy, showed up on time and did exactly what I expected and cleaned up beautifully. Everything looked flawless, neat and tidy and completed on time. After they left, Alex came out to inspect the work. He found a few slight imperfections, that I didnt even notice, and had someone come out the following day for a touch up. Just wonderful!
