The service that I was told would take a couple of days took two weeks. Frequently my calls were not returned. I called ten times trying to get information on the status of my car. When I did get in touch with a person they kept stretching the pickup time by another day. I have my car and I am satisfied with the new battery. It’s the customer service that needs improvement. In person every one I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.

Anthony worked hard to find us the car we wanted. Although we didnt get exactly what we wanted, we got as close as he could find after trying for days. There was limited inventory in the end-of-year sale model, so it was to be expected. The staff were all courteous. I believe that Anthony did all he could and he gets an A for all his effort. My main complaints are the exorbitant markups and negotiating three times for one car. I was completely exhausted. The back and forth between salesperson and manager is an antiquated procedure. Buyers are smarter now and realize it is a way to keep the price up, so it can be quite off-putting. Once you negotiate the unnecessary paint and leather coverage that is a requirement with Coast dealerships (after negotiating the price already), you have to go to battle again in finance. I am supportive of capitalism and making money but lets be fair, stop wasting the customers time with back-and-forth with canned statements that shame the customer for asking for a better deal so they might stay within budget. I realize some of this is just industry standard, but lets see some innovation and be different. I am still giving 4 stars because Anthony P really went above and beyond anytime asked.

I got helped by Anthony P. he helped me get my new 2024 car. He was so patient with me so understanding and truly listened to all my wants and needs and he made sure I got a car that would fit in with my daily routine. All I ever hear is how people have bad experiences when it’s their first time buying and I’m glad I was able to experience Anthony P he truly made this such a great experience.He literally worked his magic and made sure I left happy. Purchased dash cam and installation from dealer thinking they’d do best working on their own. They don’t seem to know what they are doing and have not provided me with sufficient info to use the item installed. Installation quoted at nearly 3x the suggested cost on Nissan website. Waited over 4 1/2 hours while it was installed. (Took 3 weeks of calling to finally get through their phone system to make the service appointment for this item). Serious issues at this dealership.

We were at the dealership for a while and he checked in on us making sure all of our needs were met. He even drove 30 minutes away to get an additional signatures needed. The sales rep thinks I’m lying after when I said I don’t like any of the used car. The rep was ignoring everything I was being honest about, and he didn’t want to let go.Since I’m 5 ‘2, he didn’t take me seriously. I have something on me and I would’ve popped him if he tried to start something.

I had a relatively fine experience purchasing the car with the expected salesman tactics. However after purchase there was trouble getting an agreed upon fix done on my used car. The key fob needed to be replaced and when I went to the Mazda dealership to have it done Nissan refused to pay for the entirety of it. I then found out the second set of keys that they gave me was completely defective and also needed to be replaced. In total I spent several hundreds of dollars on these fixes. I reached out to the man who sold me the car as he had been my point of contact and never received a response from anyone. That was back in November. I’m now getting calls and emails about getting services at the dealership which is funny to me as I was completely ghosted after asking for some of the cost of the necessary repairs to be covered by the dealership for the defective keys that I was given when I purchased the car. Save yourself the trouble and buy your car somewhere else.

I got my Nissan Sentra at Santa Maria Nissan a couple years ago brand new. Ive had so many electrical problems since then. Every time I had a problem it was impossible to get an appointment at Santa Maria. Today, I took my car in to Coast Nissan to have it looked at. Nathan was so helpful. They reset everything & cleaned my car. It took a few hours so they got me a lyft home to Arroyo Grande and back to pick up my car. Santa Maria never did that. Very grateful. Will definitely be getting my car serviced here from now on. Highly recommend.

Ive purchased 2 cars, and have been a regular repair customer for over 3 years now. This was the first time where I questioned the service I was given. First, I kept being given a sales pitch for service when all I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. Somehow I selected the minimum and was quoted $200. This is well above the usual price. I was in a rush for work, so I agreed to the sales pitch which I believe I was taken advantage of. Then, my lyft did not come for 30 minutes. Never has it taken this long. I ended up being late for work. When I picked up my car, again I had to wait for the service guy to get my paperwork. He did not go over the work with me, and when I looked back at the paperwork I realized later they did not take off the tire rotation cost (I had purchased a maintenance package when I purchased the vehicle and had 4 left. I will call to make sure I get it placed back onto my account). Also, when the service guy was giving me a very lengthy sales pitch in the morning I asked him to look up my service history, and it did not match my records so Im questioning the honesty and integrity of Coast Nissan now. Finally, I was told my car was washed, and it wasnt. I overheard other customers ask about this and we were told that the detail guy goes on break at 2, but I was called at noon to notify my my car was ready. Another dishonest point. Im questioning if what I paid for actually got done. This is a major downturn for Coast Nissan, and will have significant impact of where we take our cars for service, and future car purchases. Youve lost my trust.

Their customer service is great until after you purchase a vehicle. Then they are hard to get a hold of. It took several emails, a stop into the dealership, and phone calls to set an appointment to get a repair done that was part of the sales agreement. When I showed up for my appointment to get chips filled in my windshield, they then called the contractor to see if he could come do the work. Not sure why that wasnt arranged beforehand since I had an appointment. I waited 45 minutes and he never showed, at which point I had to leave for another appointment. Hoping Ill eventually be able to get the repair done.

They were very welcoming, had a coffee ready for me when I arrived. Everything went great. Customer service was awesome! Only problem was they told me when running my credit it would be a soft inquiry if it showed on my credit at all. Turn out it’s a hard inquiry and stays on my credit for 25months. Which is upsetting. I just feel like they need to be more honest with their clients. Let them know the truth!

We were shopping for a new EV and hated all our experiences with Los Angeles car dealerships. All the salesmen were pushy and were not pleasant. There’s a fake nice thing they do specifically at a Nissan dealership in LA that is absolutely repulsive. I don’t know what it is but it inspired us to go back to Coast Nissan where Sarah, Chet, and Miguel were all so lovely. It was such an easy car buying experience that we can’t imagine getting our Ariya anywhere else. I believe the manner in which Coast Nissan does business could be beneficial for other dealerships to learn from.

I recently purchased a Nissan leaf. All of the marketing states it will have a 150 mile range. On my first excursion down to Santa Barbara the car almost didnt make it. Its 78 miles from my house to SB. Mostly freeway but going over the grade into SB is 55 mile per hour for a solid 20 miles. The remainder of the trip I had it set on 63 miles per hour. I brought the car back after putting 300 miles on it, they ran some test and said nothing we can do for you. I guess im stuck holding the bag. I market and sell products as well and deal with manufactures on behalf of my customers. If one of my products doesnt preform as promised I make it right. Selling me another leaf at a discount is not it. I will be pay sales tax and dealer fees on two cars in a matter on weeks for something that isnt my fault. They should have taken the car back and made the manufacture make it right with them. No chance I would purchase a car that cant make it 90 miles on the freeway at 70 miles per hour. Fixed your marketing! and figure out customer service, I will be purchasing 5 more electric cars in the next 60 days you all really missed an opportunity.Additionally their reps dont understand the rebates and incentives that go with electric cars. The California rebate is income capped, they ran my credit and asked the income questions so they should have know I would not be getting the 2,500 CA rebate. Either complete incompetence or straight deception. I had to upgrade to a Tesla given the range issues of this car and will never recommend coast Nissan to anyone.Review Update:They assisted in the sale of my leaf and made the process very easy. Although I needed to follow up on the funds a few times they did eventually arrive.

Purchased a truck from this dealership toward the end of 2022 and nearly every step of the process was dysfunctional. From the sales person discussing how much better Toyota is than Nissan to the lack of communication throughout the purchasing process. I had to call repeatedly to even find out if my newly purchased truck would be delivered that week. This has been a constant theme in the reviews for this dealership.I went to this dealership because it is my local dealership and I wanted to support local, but in hindsight I should have just purchased through the excellent Nissan website. Chet, the manager called when I scored them just okay on the Nissan evaluation form to ask if I had made a mistake. I explained why they earned the score and he hung up. When I called him out on this he pretended he had phone issues. Save time and consider purchasing elsewhere.

Was interested in purchasing a certified used car ($14k)and made it very clear that I had a specific budget ($15-17k), and that Id be traveling about an hour to get there. Upon arriving they buttered us up with Starbucks, only to break the news to us that they JUST found out the Nissan certified used car we wanted needed a new transmission. Ive been around plenty of dealerships, this is a simple bait and switch tactic. Scummy. Anyway. With the sad sad news about the car we wanted given to us we are then offered to check out this OTHER car that is WAY above our clearly stated budget. The other car was $20k, which is $6k more than what we came to spend. After being awkwardly followed back to my vehicle whilst being basically panhandled for thousands of dollars, I proceeded to drive back to Santa Maria and bought a $20k car with cash and drove it home. It wasnt the cash that was insulting, it was the principal and blatant disrespect. Do better.Reply: a copy and paste reply, Im impressed you managed to insert my name into the text. Please go back and read my full review, I have already purchased a vehicle and no longer require your services. I Scheduled a visit for a vehicle purchase. I spoke with David and Chet. They called me separately to verify my appointment, and take my starbucks coffee order for their VIP treatment. I drove for an hour to find out they did not have the vehicle for me to see or test drive. No follow up no phone calls nothing. Went in looking to get a new car and was blown away with how helpful the whole staff was in finding the right buy. I will be going back and working with them again on getting a truck here shortly. If you make a service appointment online, be sure to call to confirm they plan to do the work as scheduled. You may have to call several times because often no one answers the phone. Ive taken time off work and driven here more than once only to find out when I checked in that they did not have the right part or technician, or a recall notice received from Nissan did not apply.

I looked up the 30,000 mile service on the website. It says the cost is $499. when I arrived at the dealer they gave me an estimate of of $1200. I explained that I wanted the service required for the warranty but did not want anything extra. The service guy just kept telling me they recommended all of it but would not tell me what was REQUIRED. I feeling I wasnt listened to and I ended up paying over $800 and Im still not certain if I paid for the required maintenance. After the service I requested copies of ALL the paperwork showing what was done and the same person told the cashier I could only have a copy of the back page which is what they give with a basic oil change.I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of. That isnt a way to continue to get my business.

So we tried to get a truck with this dealership, they kept going back and forth with the dealership they were suppose to get the truck from and then told us that the other dealership sold it.. I called the other deal and they said absolutely not, your dealership doesnt want to trade the cars in order to get this truck for you mind you this was AFTER we discussed the whole deal. I told them why they lied and the salesman said that they apologize and that yes its true they did not want to do that trade of vehicles. So we didnt buy a truck that time. Now going back, after my husband did not want to, they said they couldnt get me approved and when I asked for any details or why they dont return my emails or my calls/texts... I sat for 2 hours doing nothing waiting on an update.. where I had to leave cause they said they were trying to look into it and still 2 days later NO response, no update, nothing. The detail staff really needs some help. They washed my car, it came back semi dried off. They didnt even touch the inside, didnt vacuum or anything. I found a dirty rag sitting on the the passenger seat that was totally dry so it had not been used to clean my interior. Ive only used the detail dept 4 times and this is the 2nd time this has happened. I pay for this service so to have to go pay someone else to clean my car after this was very disheartening. The service staff was however, amazing. The manager was on top of getting things done and my car runs great!

Micheal the technician was very helpful and understanding. Every time something needed to be done he would always be updating me on where we were at price range and that really was helpful because a lot of technicians dont do that. He was also helpful in who I needed to call to figure out my warranty and always got back to me in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their service and will go back again. With an appointment made an oil change took 2 hours. In another previous visit I brought my car in for an oil change and after leaving discovered my cruise control stopped working completely. Received a friendly welcome and despite it being late on a Friday they said they would take a look and see what they could do. We love Coast Nissan. As soon as you walk in, all staff are friendly and attentive. Harry Bennett was our salesman and he was amazing. As first time buyers he gave us useful information that we hadnt even thought to ask. He took the time to show us 4 different cars, all the while running (literally running) from one end of the property to the next. He gave us a great deal on the car and since it was used there were several deep scratches on the hood. He offered to try and buff them out which we accepted. He was90% successful but said if we bring the car back the next day he could go over it again and the next day he was able to get ALL the scratches out! The car looks like its brand new! We are so grateful for the extra time and effort he put into making our car look nice. I mean we had already agreed to buy it when he offered to try and detail it! We in no way felt pressured to stay and buy. We were reassured many times that if we felt uncomfortable, we could always stop to think about our options. I appreciated the fact that he was so professional and a real people person. He really is not just a great salesman, but seemed like a genuinely good and nice person. I HIGHLY recommend Coast Nissan. During the long process many of the other staff would come by and check on us offering drinks and snacks to make us feel comfortable. Living on the Central Coast I found that customer service is almost nonexistent, simple things you would expect to be normal with a positive outcome are not. Unless you press the issue it will never happen. I shouldn’t have to write a review about a simple battery that cost a couple hundred dollars compared to the price of a new vehicle, but I did. In this day and age anywhere else I would have been on my own.Thank You Michael Hansen, I purchased a new 2019 Nissan Titan Pro4x, had a dead battery at the lot and twice a week later at home. Jump started and drove to Coast Nissan on Friday, they load tested the battery and it showed good. Despite the results I informed Michael that I needed a new battery, Michael did replace the battery like I requested. Thank You, I have had no issues since. I’m sure glad, I went hiking with the family in the forest that Saturday, and if the truck failed to start afterwards it would have been a different story from me. Thanks for going above and making it right. I hope this will be the same outcome throughout my services at Coast Nissan. Thanks again, Mike Herr.

The only problem. My car was done and sitting up front for over 45 minutes. I finally had to go to the desk and ask if it was ready. I was told yes. I had just completed an 8 hour shift at Tractor Supply. I was very tired and falling asleep in the waiting room. It would have been nice if they had let me know right away so I could leave sooner. Im not sure if this is a unique experience, but nothing about my purchase worked out the way it should have.Back in September of last year I struck a deal for a new truck that was going to be brought in from another dealer. All the paperwork was filled out, all the financing was completed and I was told that my new vehicle would be ready to pick up in 4 days. Fast forward to day 4, and when I hadnt heard anything from the dealer, I called them to see what was going on. Long story short, the truck was sold to another person by the other dealership and Coast Nissan never contacted me. They ended up finding me a different truck in a different color that I agreed to purchase. When I returned to the dealership to fill out the paperwork again, I was assured that my loan would be processed by the previously agreed upon lender, who I do all my lending through. 2 days later I picked up my new truck. Keep in mind that I had a pre-approval letter sent to Coast Nissan from my bank a couple of months prior.After checking with the lender of my choice, I found that they opted not to process the loan through the lender that I filled out my paperwork for and selected a different lender of their choosing. The end result is, I had 9 separate credit checks against my credit from every lender under the sun.I assume that lender offered the dealer more of a cash incentive to file the loan with them rather than the one I filled my paperwork out for.After bringing this to Mikes attention, the general manager, I was given a service plan as a sorry for failing to keep their word at every step of the car buying process. Upon taking my truck to have it serviced for the second time, I found out that they have terminated my service agreement with no notification. When I asked the service person to look into this, he replied with the something to the extent of, the lender opted not pay for the service plan. As previously stated, this maintenance package was added at no charge 2 months after purchasing my truck, for not being able to provide the first truck I purchased and wrongly filing my loan through a lender I did not select.Anyhow, I am pleased with my truck so far, but I cannot recommend Coast Nissan. If I had to do it again, I would have gone with my second choice truck or gone out of the area to purchase this truck.

Before purchasing our Nissan Rouge, we looked at lots of brands and were unimpressed with the salespeople and their lack of knowledge (and bs answers) and service we received, At Coast Nissan, Jesse was our salesperson - He knew the vehicle well, was able to explain the features, could answer most questions, and anything he didnt know he said hed find out (and he did!) and he had a grip on the inventory. The Coast Nissan team gave great service and made the buying process easy. We recommend them and will be going there the next time we purchase a vehicle.

I love my car (thank you Danielle, she was awesome) but since she has left I feel the customer service is lacking. I feel like I am brushed off with all my concerns. Was told I could drop off my keys in a drop box and there should be envelopes (why not go fill it if you know it may have run out and know I am coming that evening). When I arrived and dropped my keys in the box realized that the lock was broken and my keys would have been left for anyone to retrieve. I had to reschedule my appointment because I couldnt leave my car. I also called to inform them about the problem, I was told sorry and was rescheduled. I didnt feel anything was going to be done so I called and spoke with the service manager who said he was going to go fix it but seemed to have no idea it was broke. Why wasnt that told to someone immediately? And again there wasnt much concern that I needed to reschedule another day because they had faulty equipment. If I had not purchased a service plan already I would take my business else where.

It was a pleasant, non stressful experience and I appreciated Celica Cervantes being friendly and she did not try to push me into making a quick decision. She was patient with me since I have never purchased or leased a vehicle on my own before. I was surprised when the final MSRP came back $3-$4000 higher than what we originally talked about. That should be brought to the buyers attention before sitting down to make a deal. I am happy with the lease agreement and look forward to returning to the dealer for free car washes and regular maintenance included in my least contract. Plus the warranty.

Went to test drive a car, which we ended up purchasing with Zach and Ryan. Zach ran everywhere (literally jogged!) to get things ready for us. Coast Nissan should not have a 4.4 average rating. It should be significantly lower. The reason it is so much higher is because they have been utilizing a service to post fake reviews. If you look at the majority of the 5 star ratings you can see they have been submitted by users who only submit 5 star review. If you take the time to audit the reviews you can see they are clearly fake. If they are dishonest with the reviews can you really expect them to be honorable when working on your car?I was planning on taking my Nissan Altima in for a transmission fluid exchange but when I was attempting to get in contact from someone in the service department no one would answer the phone. When I tried the sales option I was left on hold for 20 minutes after a sales agent said they would locate a member of the service team. I called back and was informed to leave a message. No one has called me back in regards to getting my service performed and I have spent over 2 hours trying to get through to someone at the service department. I decided to give Santa Maria Nissan a call and Omar was able to thoroughly answer my questions and get me an appointment scheduled in less than 5 minutes. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use Coast Nisan.

I do not suggest going to this dealership. It is very sad they take advantage of their customers. They do not care about their customers and do not keep to their marketing like they say. I went in a year ago and bought a brand new car and they added a extended service warranty and gap insurance. Which yes I understand the gap is important but why an extended warranty when you don’t need it or can’t use it for 3 years or 36,000 miles. My grandfather and I went in their two days to get the two removed as it is a law for them to respect and remove it per the customers request if that is what they want and they all talked to get their story the same so that they wouldn’t make the mistake of telling different stories. Then after speaking with a family friend who helps people like me who dealerships like Coast nissan take advantage of, spoke with the sales manager he told him a different story and said they were just to busy to take care of it. They are at the point of disrespecting people’s legal rights. My grandfather tried to contact them twice on December 2,2019 to get the issue resolved and no solution. Do not fall into the trap that I did, that they care about you and will get you the best deal, they lie cheat and steal from people. And legal rights are not being accepted or respected.

Bought a used Chevy Spark (a plug in electric vehicle) and it started off great, but went sour from there. The Spark was missing the charging cable and the salesman said they could get another one as part of the sale. Estimates varied from few days, the following day, a week, etc. Now, its been 5 days and still no cable. Whats worst is calls and even an email to the General Manager have gone unanswered. What a waste of my TIME! I have spent weeks, months working with the sales people at Coast Nissan and only received a slue of empty promises and wasted time. They had me come in to work my deal that they promised me on three occasions and all of their quotes fell through once I got there. I have never worked so hard to buy a car from a dealer in my life! Although she was nice, our sales person did not call us back, repeatedly and we had to contact her dad, the manager, to get a response to our request for a quote, which inevitably ended up not being anywhere close to what we were promised. On Memorial day we gave it our last effort and went to the dealership to make a purchase. We were sat in a room and left for over an hour with no service. When my husband complained he was told the sales person was busy selling cars and moved to a different office with our two small children and waited longer. He was told to call back tomorrow and someone would help him...LAST STRAW. We called Nissan of Santa Barbara the following day, had a deal done over the phone that met all of our needs by lunch and SANTA BARBARA even drove the car all the way to our house to earn our business!!! Can you believe it? Why bother with poor customer service from Coast Nissan, when SANTA BARBARA NISSAN will make your dreams come true over your lunch hour and front door service!Sorry Coast Nissan, we gave you all the opportunities in the world to sell two separate cars on more than one occasion, WE WILL NEVER WASTE OUR TIME AGAIN!!!!

Ive purchased three vehicles there in three years and the shopping and contract process has always been painless and stress free. I drove a car of Nissans main competitor for years and was completely satisfied with their product but after dealing with Coast Nissan I have no interest in doing business elsewhere. Everyone there is helpful and friendly and its a pleasure to be in the building. I believe this attitude probably starts at the top with ownership and management and think all businesses should be run this way. Their policy of washing my car whenever I bring it in puts them in a class by themselves for customer service and is smart business as it brings me on the lot occasionally and led to the purchase of my second car there. Service was terrible, I just went to check if there was any recall on the CVT on my car.. They told me my car would be covered under warranty and CVT would need replacement. I told the Service guy my car was salvage and he said it didnt matter. He gave me a rental and told me my car would be ready next day at no cost. A few months back I took my car in for an oil change and new windsheild wipers. After waiting for 3 hours with no word (and no one else in line for service) I went to see what was going on. I was informed that my initial service was needing to be Upgraded because my battery was dead and they couldnt start the car. The car had been starting fine and no problem but I believed them. So I approved the battery change. While I was doing this the sales rep was trying to instill in me the importance of a 1000 dollar service. I balked at this price, after all, my original estimate of 70 dollars had skyrocketed already to 500 and I wasnt about to shill out another 500 for service. I waited another FOUR hours for service.Ever since then the car has not quite started right. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt, but I have been afraid to take it back into them. I have read reports about how they trick people into needing service they dont (I dont have any substantiation of this evidence for my case.)Reading some of the 1 star reviews here though I start to wonder if my case was so. As it is, they -do- have a nice area to stay in and they are clean in conscientious. I had good service in the past, but thats the ONLY reason I rated as I did.I do not like how they constantly try to hawk me expensive plans whenever I go in, I dont like how they never fixed my door for months when I tried to get them to do so, and had to bring in the warranty to say hey I am still covered, fix this.Thinking back now, when I bought the car they sold it as having a few extra features (navigation) the foremost. Turns out the car couldnt do that unless they charged me more, but they did refund some of the purchase price. I didnt appreciate the extra charges for nitrogen in the tires etc. Seems like they looked for any way to make a buck even back then.I plan to find another service if possible, as I fear I might be taken advantage of. As a local, all I can say is how terribly disappointed I am.

I bought my car less than two months ago. I shouldve known when it took roughly ten minutes to be talked to on the show floor. Anyways, I bought a hardly used Chevy Equinox. Less than two months later the key fob falls a part in my ignition. I bring it to them thinking they have advise or someone that can handle simple repairs like that. They do not. I figured while i am there take advantage of the free car wash by hand while i was there. I waited over an hour and my car is slightly less dirty externally (only slightly because there are bugs everywhere on the front and still dirt lining literally every orifice of this vehicle) When you spend tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle and they make promises to you, you expect them to keep them. Would not recommend.

They said I would not receive a statement if I would trade in my lease before time was up.I sat there back in February asked them twice I will not receive a bill? Their response No you wont. Never get the person on the phone you want to talk to, only voicemail, leaving message after message, never got a return call. Wrote e-mailed, asking for a response, never got a response. Went in, in person, to talk to finance department, was promised a call for next day, its day two now, still no phonecall. Will never go there again and will not recommend either. We brought my nephews truck in to be worked on, and Coast Nissan could not fix it. Instead they tried to sell us a new truck! We had to take the truck to a local mechanic and then back to Coast Nissan to have them flash the engine, but still couldnt get the truck working. After picking the truck up the final time the mechanics left the dash out and there was missing parts from when they worked on it. Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable in fixing their own product.. I would highly recommend staying away from this Nissan dealer!

Worst vehicle service center I have come across. Overpriced, claim you need repairs that are unnecessary, and will flat out lie to you. I took my car to a real mechanic to get a second opinion for repairs the dealer recommend. My mechanic said I was charged almost double what he would have charged me for a 90K service and didnt need the repairs the dealer recommended. Went to coast nissian this past week looking to upgrade my car. Figured if I was a repeat customer theyll give me the best deal out there. Before they start negotiating they make you sign a peice of paper to show that your serious about buying a car and that you will buy a car like really. So now you feel pretty obligated on buying a car now. They told me if I would to trade in my car theyll give me 11k which I thought they would give me the best deal for it. They come back with how much would it be monthly if I trade in my car for the one it was going be this price which was higher than I expected I said I cant do that price and Ill just leave and pay down my car more or refinance my car. The car salesman says no no let me see if I can get it to this price which was only 40 dollars less but still pretty high but I was such in a hurry and was pretty naive about it. So they come back with a lower price but was asking how much more can I come up with. I ended up giving them more money and agreed to that price. Signed the contract and so now a couple days later I went on Kelly blue book and found out that they gave me the lowest amount they could give me. When they coulda gave me 11900 which would work better for me but of course not for them. Clearly they care about themselves making as much money as they can instead of making it easier on the customer making those payments. I went in and asked if I could exchange the car for a cheaper one but Shayla said no sorry its already too late and once the DMv fees have been Received your locked in. Now Im stuck with a high payment till I can refinance the car next year. Would not get my repeat business again. Cuz their only looking out for themselves and not the best interest for their customers. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention that it shoulda been a red flag not to buy the car when you know more about the car and the salesman only been working there for 2mos and doesnt really know anything about the car your trying to buy or at least look at

When I got the service department and explained the issues with my car, I believe the service agent dismissed my claims like it was no big deal. I truly think he was making up reasons off the top of his head why I was experiencing those issues. I have a 2014 Sentra and have driven many of the same make, model, and year as my own as my work has many of them so I know if something is not right. At times he was telling me why an issue happens, I would tell him that according to their website and my experience, his explanations were not accurate. He proceeded to act as if it were no big deal.

When I called back, I told them I had been disconnected and they said they were sorry, but then I was disconnected again. Took our 2005 Quest in 9/28/16 for an electronic malfunction, suggesting that the dealership check the BCM unit based on the recommendation of our mechanic. Diagnosis cost was ~$300, and service department recommended replacing the window switch assembly unit instead. When this didnt solve the problem, more electrical testing was required. Finally replaced the BCM unit, still having problems so the repair technicians worked with Nissan tech support to have the unit programmed correctly. BCM finally working, but the car key would not work and had to be reprogrammed. This dealership was only able to program one key, so the spare and valet keys do not work now. We were advised first to purchase a new battery for the spare key, which didnt work, and then received a hard time from the cashier trying to get the $6 battery cost refunded. Car was not ready for pickup until 10/18/16, thus at the dealership for 20 days for a total repair bill of $ 1,533. Only positive was service advisor Joshua kept us informed on this debacle on a regular basis, and went out of his way to get us a rental vehicle for 3 of the 20 days the vehicle was in the shop.

Im looking into it & seems shady so far, so salesman today said alot of cars on there lot have wrong codes, the ford i was at said no way, 40 years workin for ford hes never seen this bc if the owner lost both keys some how they would go to ford n get new key made n programmed with the code, same code, but i wont stop still i find the truth

Everyone there was very nice except for an older Caucasian man . Buster and Shaela were absolutely amazing ! I highly recommend them just, stay away from the older not so nice man !!!

Loved the young sales guys they were great and know their product, you never really like the finance guy because they must think we are stupid, but the final gal that handles the paperwork was great too
