I was in a car accident and was hurt however I was already hurt. Thaisha referred me to her Law firm to talk to one of the attorneys.. Aran was great! The whole team was great.Had it not been for Thaisha I would have never gone through with the case but she assured me I was in good hands. I do have neck surgery.. I was in a roll over accident due to a person running a stop sign. I was not majorly injured and so thought I’d work with the insurance company myself – because many years before my wife had been in a major accident, we retained a lawyer, but in the end we were disappointed with him and the law firm.Within days I began to notice physical issues that were not initially there, and I didn’t have an assurance that the insurance company had my best interest in mind after speaking to them a few times.A friend recommended Aran Wong at Coast Law Group; Aran was very helpful in answering my questions and moving me forward to get medical attention.My case was handled by Brian Felton. Dave Peck one of the partners at Coast Law helped us so much when we were in a pickle with Geico Insurance . Geico insured the wrong car for my wife and it was their fault full stop, yet they would not admit it when the car got into an accident and was a total loss, Until Dave came in and said, really, ok lets go to court then and then they admitted they were wrong and all was made right ! This case was taken on basically as a form of ethics to challenge big corporations that have systems in place that do not allow their own employees to do the right thing . Very grateful to have a good neighbor Lawyer like Dave that cares about fighting the good fight .

I discovered Coast Law Group several years ago after I was involved in a crash on the freeway in North County. The young girl that was at fault in the rear-end collision had an insurance company that played games, offering me $4,000 for my totaled car and three months of Chiropractic care for whiplash. Ridiculous!I met with Aran at CLG and was impressed by his relaxed professionalism. In no time, Aran was explaining a new approach that Im sure made the insurance company regret their gamble, raising the settlement into the 6-Figure range.In the past four years, Ive been involved in two more rear-end collisions while I was stopped at red lights, one was an uninsured motorist. Immediatly the insurance companies began playing their low-ball games (including my own uninsured motorist coverage) at which point I turned them over to Aran.Both were awarded settlements well in excess of what I would have been given, (the insurance offered barely enough to repair my car. They told me it was because I have good medical insurance).As a retired Law Enforcement officer, I believe in doing the right thing. I also believe in being treated fairly, as well as treating others fairly and with integrity. Ive walked away from other law firms in the past that were a shady when it came to personal injury cases, manipulating reports and treatment plans to pad their case.I have to say, in all my years-long experience with Coast Law Group, I have never observed any practices that I would suspect as unethical. You can stop looking, this is the one you want. After watching my body shop fight to get my Insurance company to fix my car for anything resembling the actual cost, I knew getting them to pay to fix my bodily injuries was going to be a nightmare. After being injured in a car accident, I really didnt want to have to deal with the dirty game of tug of war with the insurance company with them trying to pay a little as possible and me trying to heal so could go back to work and be a productive business owner again.I was referred to Aran at coast law group by a friend who had used him before and the experience was great. I no longer had to argue with the insurance company over if I was really hurt. I left that to them, my job was to heal. And I did.It took a while, the insurance company really didnt want to pay my claim-My insurance company by the way, this was an uninsured motorist accident-But I was glad someone else who knew how this game is played was working as my advocate because there is no way they would have treated me anywhere close to fairly without a lawyer.In the end I was very satisfied with the result. I was in a really bad accident towards the end of 2018. One that left me with a grade 3 concussion, a skull fracture, brain bleed, broken nose, I was deaf in my left ear, the list of injuries goes on. I had three surgeries because of that accident. I couldnt drive for months. I had to stop working, and essentially put my life on hold.When it came time to seeking legal action, which is not something I take lightly, Coast Law Group (and Aran Wong) was there and made every single step, decision, and action item as easy as it could possibly be. I was extremely hesitant because taking legal action meant I would most likely have to relive the experience over and over again. I cannot stress enough that throughout the entire process, my case and story was handled with such care and professionalism. We met in person for the first meeting, and handled the rest via phone call and zoom. In the end, they fought for me even though my case was tricky, and I ended up receiving almost double what I expected.I cannot recommend Coast Law Group enough. A few years ago, I was on my way home from my internship at the court house and I was rear ended. The impact, ambulance ride, and the recovery all created so much weight especially for being a full time college student.
