I have gone here now on 3 different occasions. Once for my 2 teen boys and twice for myself all with Dr. Holly .She is amazing . She listens to understand concerns and needs. All three of us have seen great changes in our skin and it’s only been 2 months.Would recommend to all ! Staff is very nice, follows up as needed .

I arrived at 1:30 for an appointment at 1:40 that I made 2 weeks prior. When I got there, they did not have me on the schedule at all. Thankfully, there was an available slot at 2:50. I had to reschedule something else that I had at 3pm. I ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours for an appointment that took 6 min of MD time. But I am happy that they were able to see me that day.

Marti was great! Excellent customer service! However, the gal that took me into the room and told me to put on my own numbing creme, without any instructions, and then left, was terrible. She clearly didn’t want to be there. Not good for the amount of money charged for your services.

How many ways can I say Thank You, for such a professional friendly atmosphere. When you walk through the double doors each time, each day I got such a warm friendly welcome. Coming to a new medical school is not always easy for a pt.And my first visit with Nurse Practioner Holly was absolutely amazing. She put my mind to rest about my issue. Her nurse returned my call in the shortest amount of time, like the very next day. The tx She suggested which I started on the first day in the light room is really working. Thanks to the entire team for such a professional and friendly atmosphere. 👏

I called this place prior to making an appointment to MAKE SURE they did allergy patch testing as I had already seen an allergist before assuming they did the testing and paid a copay to find out they didnt. So I called this place and the lady who answered the phone told me they did do the allergy patch testing but the first appointment would be a consultation first and then I could book for the patch testing after. I paid a copay once again, for them to tell me they dont do the patch testing?? Staff was very unhelpful/rude when I explained that was the only reason I booked the appt, because I called to make sure beforehand! I saw Holly Antonyan & she seemed in such a hurry to see me and get out in 5min. I felt like I wasnt being listened to & she was brushing off my symptoms. She didnt even give me named recommendations for products to use to ease my eczema. Just creams & lotions is what I was told. When I asked to speak to her again for specific products that I should use, I was told by her aid shes with another patient & has other patientsUnbelievable that I would have to remind her Im a patient too. I work in healthcare. This is not how you treat patients.

NP Holly was the best medical professional I’ve ever encountered. She’s smart, expeditious, funny, caring and super knowledgeable— I will seek out her and Coast Dermatology for my dermatological needs going forward.I’ve since returned 5-6 times and my experience with Holly is always as great as it was the first time. The Doctors and nurses and support staff are all very nice yet professional. I had a cancerous mole and they explained everything to me clearly and with compassion and took care of me asap. Great job. Really kind people. Im cancer free now thanks to them discovering the problem them removing it! For something that was kind of serious, it was a wonderful experience.I feel confident that Coast Dermatology is really there for me, a partner in the health of my skin.

After calling, I was told that appointments normally start right on time and since I had other activities going on that day, I had mine rescheduled 45 minutes earlier. Unfortunately, after arriving, I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes.After that everything was wonderful.On the call, I was told that the assistant they scheduled me with, was just as good as the nurse. I’m not sure about that… I didn’t see her certificate on the wall, but she was very friendly and seemed thorough, and I have no problem walking away, thinking that I received good service.

Long time patient and always impressed.Another great appointment with Dr. and attending staff.Upon leaving I was asked for full payment as I questioned why and what about insurance adjustments I was told that had been taken care of and this is now the new policy.While I understand policy’s change, I don’t like being talked down to and brushed off with an attitude. This was the first time I left the office thinking I need to make a change!If one of my employees treated one of my clients like that they would have been immediately terminated.I am just a small client, however my wife spends thousands of dollars as well as others we have referred and my experience will be passed on in the future. Perhaps they have so much business they could care less.Shows how one employee can ruin an otherwise perfect visit.!

Dr. was very nice and bubbly, but after waiting 4 weeks for an appointment to only see the doctor for 2 minutes was disappointing as I thought I would get a lot more out of the appt but it seemed like I was another number in her busy day before she quickly moved onto the next patient. It would have been nice to ask me if I had any questions or if there was anything else I came in for.

Loved this office so much, so quick and the staff was friendly and they were very on top of all my concerns when it came to my skin. I was in and out of there in less than half an hour and even had an annoying mole removed the same day! The scheduling and patient records technology there is awesome. I was able to fill out all of my pre-appointment docs ahead of time on my phone. Then once I got there they needed to verify some prescriptions. They simply linked to my pharmacy and I could verify then on the tablet. Very convenient.And, the folks there are very friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone from the person that greeted me, to the people that treated me to the person who scheduled my follow up were excellent.

Really such a professional medical office to be in their care. The entire team so far inspires confidence, competence and personal care. The only negative, if any, is that getting a timely appointment is difficult. I guess it’s evidence of their quality of care. Don’t be hesitant to see their nurse practitioner instead of a doctor if you can’t get a current appointment. Many times and for many cases this could be a more expedient alternative.

Unfortunately, I am agreeing with almost every comment that is posted for this facility. Office has a lot of work to do in evaluating if they have the right team to service their patients. Very disappointing to see Healthcare workers with so low professionalism and empathy.I work at a Healthcare facility where this type of behavior or appearance is not tolerated. It all comes from higher up, our staff is a reflection of us. I’m hoping to not go back to this office, if I do I will seek change.

The office staff was wonderful about getting me in last minute. I was told I may have to wait a while because I was being double booked to see the physician assistant but once I arrived I was taken in immediately and only had to wait two minutes in the room before being seen. The PA was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all my medical needs quickly and efficiently. In a hole where I can’t ever get in last minute to see a doctor, even for an emergency, this was a wonderful experience at Coast Dermatology!

When I checked in, I was informed any payments would be collected on the same day. Highly unusual, but okay. I asked if I would have any out of pocket for my appointment and was told “No, your insurance will take care of your consultation. You will only be charged if any procedures are done”.Sure enough, a very rude staff member named Katrina said I had to pay full price for my consultation. I asked why I was told otherwise and she shrugged and said the person who told me that was new and misinformed. She was not happy to provide a receipt either and refused to break down the costs for me.

I cannot say enough good things about Holly. I followed her from Beverly Hills to Coastal Dermatology. Professionally I work in the aesthetic category, so I know all the top injectors in the country. I have had cosmetic injections from the East Coat to the West, over decades.Holly is without a doubt the best aesthetic injector I have ever experienced. She also has the softest hand, and has the most incredible bedside manner. I dont have enough superlatives to describe how wonderful she is.I dont get much done, but a little here and a little there makes me feel refreshed and happy. The trick is to go every 3 months. Ive also booked an IPL laser with Marty, who is also in demand and books months out.I drive 2 hours to see Holly, which is sometimes long on the way home with the traffic going north to LA. Its totally work it, though.

First off, I had a bear of a time even trying to find their office in the immense Skypark complex. After driving around the lot for 15 minutes, I ended up parking my car by the Torrance Memorial - Cedars Sinai building. When I phoned the office they were very kind but very unhelpful as far as pinpointing exactly where they were located. Turns out I was parked just around the corner but I ended up going on a wild goose chase for 20 minutes in the opposite direction 😱Secondly when I did find it, I rode up the elevator with a woman who was also going to their office. When we approached the door there was a sign that said masks are required. We both checked in and were handed masks. I put mine on and she did not, and proceeded to sit down across from me in the waiting room. I asked her why she was not wearing a mask and her response was “I don’t think they work“. This should’ve tipped me off as to her mindset, but I innocently followed up with “Then I assume you are vaccinated and boosted? And she said no (of course). A woman Sitting next to her who was half wearing a mask interjected and said “everybody’s entitled to their beliefs”and then the two of them promptly engaged in telling each other their hard luck life stories. (Luckily I had my AirPods and played some soothing music to drown them out). Meanwhile, no one from the desk said boo to her regarding her non-mask wearing status. But then again what would I expect when I saw two of the receptionists wearing their own masks underneath their noses.Finally, when I asked which doctor I would be seeing I was told the PA would be examining me today which is not what I expected, but since I was there I figured I would give her a shot. BTW, even though this was my first time at the office, I was not asked for my medical history. That’s never happened in all my years of going to doctors offices. I happen to have had skin cancer in the past but needed to volunteer that information.Vicky the PA, who looked to me like she was in her early 30s, started out nice enough and seemed competent but there was something in her manner that was very condescending IMHO. She did not seem to take my concerns very seriously, and seemed surprised that an older woman would want the skin on various parts of her body (Back, stomach, behind the knee) to look good and be healthy. She acted as if I were a child and she was my teacher. I have been seeing dermatologists probably for as long as she’s been alive! I know a little bit about the methodology. To top it all off, she literally ordered me to get dressed at the end to avoid any further discussion. I would say she spent all of 15 minutes with me. PS when she did the mole check, she commented “you have a lot of hair“. She also looked at a little cut I had on my hand and asked what’s this? Like it was some kind of skin abnormality.Needless to say, I will be asking my PCP for a referral to a different office.

Really bad experience I always see Dr Horowitz but he was booked for the rest of the month, I decided to see the new Dr Divya Sachdev, I explained the issue I have always had with my skin tags on my neck, which has caused itchiness and inflammation, she didn’t want to remove them with laser, as I explained to her my insurance has paid before never had issues when I seen Dr Horowitz he done it before, she said I have to pay $150 dollars which I ended up paying because the itchiness was unbearable. She not only saw me for less than 5 minutes. I also wanted to try a new medication which my current medication was too strong for my psoriasis, she didn’t give me any new recommendations to try or a new alternative to the medication I’m currently taking. I would not recommend her to anyone, I know my PPO insurance will pay for my services .

I’ve been going to Coast Dermatology for the past 13 years…initially to have Mohs surgery done on my forehead for a basal cell carcinoma and then twice a year checks from that point forward. I really had an exceptional experience at Coast Dermatology. I went in and was greeted by friendly office personnel. Very nice office by the way, and I appreciated the wait time to be short and the visit to be on time.Initially is was thinking of going a different route to accomplish what I am seeking, but after the consultation I realize that consulting with Dr. Mark Horowitz was the best decision I have made in a long time.I am excited to see what results are attained and will be scheduling for further procedures.Thanks to a great staff and also Dr. Mark Horowitz.

The staff including the front office, medical technician, and dermatologist were all friendly and professional. However, the appointment felt very rushed. The doctor only gave me one option for treatment of my keloid scar, a steroid injection, and when I said I was not interested because I had a fear of needles, she offered suggestions, but I never received a summary of my appointment with those suggestions.

I have been going to Coast Dermatology for over 15 years. The doctors there are the very best. They are extremely knowledgeable and highly trained to provide you the very best dermatological medical treatment. I know from personal experience after having numerous melanomas found and successfully removed. The entire medical team are simply the best.
