Ive known Ken and Kevin for at least a decade, and have used them for many projects in that time frame (and still do). When I ask How do I get [insert techie IT question] accomplished?, they have the answer, and can recommend solutions within my budget. They follow up with me when things need to be upgraded or renewed, and make sure we stay current with our tech. Ive recommended CMIT Pleasanton to several of my clients, and my clients are happy to have an IT company that takes care of their needs. *Highly recommended.*

Great IT support is rarely (if ever) having to call our IT provider because they proactively keep us updated and safe, before issues occur. This is the daily peace of mind we get from being supported by CMIT Solutions of Pleasanton. Ken and Kevin helped us get 3 new computers, with accessories, and a network set up in our office that we moved in to last January. Jim came to the office and spent 2 days with us transferring data and uploading software. Everyone was professional and thorough and we didnt miss a beat keeping the business running. Weve been on a maintenance contract the past 18 months just to insure that we dont go down due to a threat/virus that seem to be more and more prevalent everyday!!!

The CMIT team has been outstanding to work with. We have purchased all our computers from them along with back-up and support. The best part is the service team always answers the phone when you call and fixes the problem quickly.

Ive know Kevin and Ken for many years, and they are my go-to guys for anything IT related. Im no slouch when it comes to IT, but their team is who I get help from when I get stuck. Ive referred many of my own clients to them, because I know they will take good care of them, and they absolutely do. Highly recommended!
