So glad I did this project with Closet World! My assigned Sales Rep was knowledgeable. She came and did all the measurements according to the design/lay out I wanted. Then the installers just did that! Smooth process from start to finish. I also ordered more shelves after the installation and they came out perfect.

I have to say after reading all the mixed reviews, I was very skeptical about the whole process but I cannot thank closet world for making it so smooth. Initially I was given a designer who took the measurements and my time but never got back, so I got another designer Bhoomika, who helped me redesign the closet and it was way more faster and quicker. She was more experienced and gave me a lot of ideas how to set the room up. The company gave me extra discount for the inconvenience caused earlier and also the closets were delivered and installed before time. The installer Rico was so cooperative and well knowledgeable. I had a great experience and everything was done on time without any glitch. Definitely will order again in future. Thank you!

The installer Rico was amazing. Very polite, quick and let me know what was going on the whole time. I love how everything turned out am look forward to future projects! Now to paint!

Don’t let the Hayward installers into your home. They robbed me. Closet World has done nothing to retrieve my missing property, update me or reassure me on an investigation (because they didn’t do one) I have an email stating they allowed the installers to continue working after my complaint jeopardizing the safety of other customers! They are putting you at risk. I pleaded with the manager to call the installers to tell them the cost of the items and that it’s a felony (maybe they didn’t know and would do right by me once they realize this) he refused to help and became adversarial saying I was making threats. Isn’t he supposed to be helping me? Wouldn’t he want to help his employees out of this situation? Why would he become adversarial? Shouldn’t customer safety be top priority and they should be called off their route for further investigation? Did he already know about the theft? Was he part of theft? The way they handle their customers complaints is suspicious. DONT do Business with them.

This review is not for closet world as a company but only for the designer we were sent for initial consultation, Stephanie Ramos. She was on time and spent a lot of time with us measuring and designing while asking questions and giving recommendations. We were very happy with her design and she made sure she didn’t miss anything and measured as many times as needed. The whole consultation was about 4 hours. We had another vendor come in for consultation as well. Design wise they were both great. We looked at the company reviews and didn’t want to take chance with this company after reading the reviews. If it was for the design, I would have picked Stephanie any day without a doubt but as a company, I just liked the other option a little better. A general remark I want to make for closet world: move away from the paper based system please. Your designers can be more efficient if you moved away and small changes can be made easily. Also for us as a client, it is easy to visualize.

Our designer was Dezirae. We had a great experience with her. Got the walk-in closet system designed and installed in our master bedroom.We were able to give her some feedback into what we wanted and she also provided some suggestions on paint colors for the walls. She was super helpfulThe installer was Rico. He worked his butt off. Didn’t have a helper and the closet was on the second floor. We are so extremely happy with the final product.Note: pay close attention to what you’re picking out and ordering. Our closet didn’t have backer boards so we painted the walls behind the shelves a similar/blending color so it wouldn’t be noticeable. Also, they are ONLY doing the closet system. Paint, patch, flooring, lights, etc is all on you. We got everything dialed in and ready before the install date. Ripped out old carpet, put in new floors, painted walls and ceilings and added can lights to highlight the shelves. It looks so good!

I wont know for sure until the closets are installed, but my experience with Queen, my designer, was excellent. She listened carefully and was happy to make changes to her design when I realized I needed more drawers.

Kristen was kind and very professional. She knew exactly what she was doing and was very helpful in the entire process. She was knowledgeable about design, helpful when I couldn’t come to a decision on certain matters, and seemed to care most about making sure I got what I wanted and within our budget. We have a ton of projects we are working on in our new home so we are still deciding on the order of importance. However, even if we don’t move forward with closet world in the immediate, I still highly recommend the company. Tom also seems like a standup guy :)

When we were designing the sliding door, we specifically requested that we want matte materials and a def no-no for glossy materials. The door we received, from the frame, the tracks and to the glass, they are all glossy. I dont know what to say and what we can do about it.In contrast, Matthew did a great job installing it. He is also very respectful to our space, keeping it clean and as mess free as possible!
