We ordered online food from our favorite Indian restaurant. The order did not go through to the restaurant but our card was charged. We even called the restaurant at the time and they said the order did not go to them. We called cloder which is what the restaurant recommended. They were very hard to communicate with. They said they would look into it and get back with us to refund our money. We are a large family so it was a lot of money. Never heard back. We called at least 5 times in 2 weeks and we only heard you will be refunded in a day or 2 over and over again. We had to call and dispute the charge with our bank, which seems to be a theme in the reviews I read.They are a horrible company. Please don’t use them for your online restaurant orders!

Third time I ordered delivery, received confirmation but only after dinner was overdue I got a message that the order was cancelled. I will not order from restaurants that use closer.

Ordered $170 worth of food of a lunch meeting at 11:30am the following day. On the day of the meeting at 11am, got a text saying order is good with live tracking update portal. At 11:15, the order showed picked up. At 11:28, I called the driver to see if shes pulling up. She told me she didnt have the food. She said she went to the cafe, and the food wasnt ready. I called the cafe, and they wouldnt answer. Finally, at 11:48, 18 minutes after my meeting was supposed to begin, someone finally picked up and told me that the driver never showed up. I ended up leaving the meeting, driving to the cafe, picking up the food and driving back to the office. I got back there at 12:30 - 1 hour late to the meeting, with the lunch hour closed. I have called Clorder 4 times already in the past 20 days, and each time I have to explain the problem, after which I am promised a refund, but theres still no refund. Now it seems they have placed me on a do not answer list, as they wont even pick up my calls anymore. This is the worst ever service. EVER! I will never order from here again. Calling my CC fraud department now.

This is def not a serious company. Please be careful doing business with them. Half of their reviews are fake. This is the real one. They promise to help you with your business but they keep all your content hostage and refuse to give you access to your own facebook page!!UPDATE: I finally got access after 3 weeks of numerous hours on the phone. I must of called them at least 15 times until I got this resolved. Very bad experience for us.

If I could give this company a ZERO star, I would. I ordered from my favorite restaurant at 11:41 am specifying delivery to be at 12:30. The restaurant is in Santa Monica, and so is my job location.At 12:36, I called the restaurant to ask about my food, and I was told that it was not picked up yet. At 12:58, the restaurant manager told me that the food had been picked up. At 1:07 pm I receive a text telling me the food has arrived. I wait and wait and wait... it is 1:38 pm as I write this and my food had not been delivered. When I called to complain and ask for a refund, the lady who talked to me said that she would get back to me instead of taking FULL responsibility for their mistake.Also, as a third party delivery service, I expect someone from their end to deliver my food, not DoorDash. Had I known they were delivering with DoorDash, I would’ve ordered straight with DoorDash.When a customer requests delivery, we expect the food to come to us. We don’t want to follow up and make calls to check on our order status. This is very unacceptable.I know how the restaurant I ordered from works and how they are punctual. But CL Order are extremely unprofessional and do not take responsibility.I DO NOT recommend them to anyone, and I WILL NEVER use them again.

I have called 5 times over the last 2 weeks to get a refund for an order that never went through. I have still not received it, every time I call they tell me something different. Apparently the first 3 times I called they did absolutely nothing because the last person I called said my complaint was just registered from my 4th call. Still haven’t received a refund and they’re still not giving me any answers about an update.

I am an old fashioned lady who owns a small restaurant in the city. I always enjoyed a good flow of customers at my restaurant, but with time things slowed down a bit. Reason? A revolution called “online food delivery & takeouts”. I was amazed to see how many of my customers chose to order food online rather than dining in. So, I decided to take my restaurant online as well to avoid losing out on customers.Now, when I look back, I thank god and my dear friend who referred Clorder to me. I had no idea about setting up an online food ordering website or anything related to it. But the people at Clorder made it so easy for me. Thanks to them, I had my site up and running in no time. Now I have a new customer base and my sales have almost doubled. So loving this new experience and thanks to Clorder. I will recommend it!
