The girl is rude. They don’t hold on to their word. They are not professional. When I went with two MacBooks one bricked (just software issues) and one with just a faulty screen to swap the screens so that I can use the unbricked one, they said they’d charge me for two screen change. Which was cheaper than getting a new screen so I agreed. After doing the labor the screens turned out to be incompatible. They should have checked all this before proceeding with this swap. They had serial numbers and model numbers to check it without even opening them up. Completely incompetent. In the end I ended up buying a new refurbished screen which works but now the bricked laptop has a faulty screen which I won’t be able to use even if I unbrick it. To change it back they are asking for another screen change labor.TLDR: went with one broken laptop and one with no hardware issues. Came back $650 less with the broken one now working but the other one that had no hardware issues now has with a faulty screen. 🙄
