We started working with Click Convert about a year ago now after looking for a new company to help improve our SEO and PPC initiatives. Since the very beginning our account managers, Gary and Aidan, have been extremely helpful. They have completely restructured and rebuilt our campaigns and we have seen a drastic increase in qualified leads and repeat traffic to our site. They provide detailed insight and a willingness to thoroughly explain exactly whats being done on your account. Its the first time Ive seen our ad budget used with such precision. We worked with Click Convert Marketing for consulting and management of our Google Ads account. We mainly worked with Gary Dutton, who is fantastic at what he does. He is always very responsive with answers to questions and provides helpful recommendations for improvement to our web campaigns. Through our professional relationship and with Garys guidance we were able to improve our web visibility and increase conversions all while significantly reducing our monthly spending. Working with Carly was one of the best experiences I have had at any company Ive worked for. Her ideas are wonderful and she is so easy to collaborate with. She is organized and never forgetful. She was on time to every meeting (even the ones I missed) and always keeps in close contact whether it was by email or phone. We had record breaking sales every month in 2020 and I know much of those sales were due to Carlys work on our Google AdWords. She is phenomenal. Due to corporate streamlining marketing companies, we have to make the switch to someone else. There is nothing Carly or Click Convert did to lose our account, they only did great things the 11 months we worked together. We will miss you all dearly! Thanks again for everything!

It took a long time for me to switch over to click convert, but im glad that I did. I appreciate that we have comfortable and casual meetings that compare exactly where I am to where I was. The team has been very responsive to my own questions (some would say paranoia) to make sure we do what is best for my business, especially as it pertains to seasonal adjustments. I would recommend them to anyone trying to sift through all of the noise of different SEM / SEO companies. I definitely feel more comfortable than previously, and I feel theyre actually using the time to improve things as opposed to resting on their laurels after a month or two of setting up.

My Account Executive, Carly, gets special Kudos. Both knowledgable and thoughtful, she consistently produces and executes effective digital marketing plans that are custom tailored to my business and the needs of the moment, focusing on what works and the biggest bang for the buck. One final note, they are always willing to delve into their significant expertise and bench strength to offer guidance on issues that are not necessarily what you are paying for. Click Convert is the BEST! David Winter is our account advisor who has optimized our search and shopping campaigns resulting in a 30% sales increase in 6 months. He is running experiments to test new ideas for further refinement. I worked with 3 other agencies and none have come close to Click Convert Marketing. Run from those other companies that want a 6 month commitment. If they were as good as Click Convert they would not need a long commitment.

Dont do it! PIC ATTACHED! They destroyed our online presence. They got ALL 4K of our products disapproved by google, and they stopped tracking conversions. This ruins google campaigns for the long run since AI uses conversions and products to alter your campaigns. This took place over several months, but they just ignored it and continued to take our money. The CEO, Jamison Hollister, just sent me an email telling me that I am a liar and that it was my fault... for real.
