I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Love. He removed a metal splinter from my iris with great skill and professionalism. Despite my extreme anxiety about medical offices, Dr. Loves calm and reassuring manner helped me stay relaxed throughout the procedure. His expertise and kindness were outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Love to anyone needing an optometrist. Hes truly exceptional!

Dr. Love and the Clear Sight Staff are absolutely TOP NOTCH. Highly recommended. in addition to a great exam, Dr. Love diagnosed an issue that 2 other doctors (including my ophthalmologist from Orange County) failed to even see, much less diagnose. The staff is exceptional, kind and enthusiastic- and will absolutely help you find great frames from a very good selection. Everyone is kind and generous with their time. I cannot praise this team enough.

Dr. Love and his staff are the best! Making an appointment was easy and my exam was enjoyable. Dr. Love took the time to explain things that no other optometrist has. His staff helped me pick out the best frame and explained all of the different types of lenses. The best part, I left with an amazing pair of silhouette frames and Varilux lenses. Dr. Love and the office staff were excellent! I havent been to the eye doctor in years. It was a very pleasant experience, quick and painless. Dr. Love is very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me, and even walked me outside to see how my vision could improve with the model glasses he made on the spot. We have been with Dr. love office for many years. He is very patient, thorough and always very friendly. He explains everything and makes it easy to understand. He recently saw my 5 y/o w/ autism. We were very skeptical not because of the provider but because she does not like doctors office. She has sensory issues and gets very overwhelmed. When it was time for her to see Dr.Love I was nervous about her reaction but the way he approached her and gained her trust was amazing. He took her into a room and the way that he treated exceeded my expectations. She actually doing pretty well. His staff is also amazing. Everyone there is great.

I had a great experience here. The doc was excellent about educating me on what was going on with my eyes. He was friendly and my appointment moved along at a good pace. The front staff was very friendly and the lady over the eyeglass counter was extremely helpful in picking out glasses. You can tell she enjoyed her job and she puts lots of effort into it…without being pushy. I never felt upsold or like my time was being wasted which I greatly appreciate. Will be bringing the rest of my family here.

Ive needed occasional updated eyeglasses ever since I had cataract surgery in both eyes. The previous sets of eyeglasses I got from other optometrists were all disappointing. They were better than not wearing glasses, but not nearly as clear as I had hoped. The first set of eyeglasses prescribed by Dr. Love are AWESOME! Crystal clear with everything in sharp focus. I had forgotten how much I enjoy seeing everything in crisp detail. Basically... Dr. Love NAILED IT! I plan to get a set of backup eyeglasses and some prescription sunglasses next. Also, Carmen is VERY good at her job of helping you sort through the options for frames and picking a set you actually like. Hopefully, Dr. Love knows that already. :-)

Wow. I have never been able to wear contacts and tried many times but due to having astigmatism, my previous optometrists just couldn’t find the right fit. Dr. Love nailed it on my first visit and I am thrilled! The office was nice, with friendly personnel and they had a great selection of frames too. I’m happy I found Clear Sight!

Amazing customer service! I showed up with broken glasses on a Friday afternoon and Carmen fixed my glasses after checking with home optometrist if I still had warrantee on my glasses to make sure I will not pay out-of-pocket if not neccessary. Ive informed him that my eyes become easily dry and irritated so Id like the most comfortable option possible. Dr. Kim gave me some sample contact lenses to try, I came back the following week, felt unsure about them, and he knew immediately that the other contacts (Acuvue Oaysys w/ HydraLuxe) would be the best solution for me. I loved the contacts the moment I put them on! Dr. Kim also mentioned that Acuvue had a great promotion going on. High quality lenses at a discounted price was music to my frugal ears! It was a great experience right from initially walking into the office and meeting Ashley and Olivia.I had not been to an optometrist in 15 years so I had a few questions. Dr. Love answered them in great detail. And he took a great deal of time explaining some of the best approaches to treat dry eye. I finished with Carmen helping me to select a frame and answer all of my questions on progressive lenses. Awesome optometrist! Thanks Yelp for guiding me here. Scheduling online was ridiculously easy and I got an appointment within 2 days. The receptionists were hilarious and nice and answered promptly when I had questions. Dr. Love is super nice and professional, which is much needed when you have to sit so close to someone staring at your eyes for 30 minutes. He did a thorough examination for concerns I had and Im thankful for the time he took, I didnt feel brushed over at all. Ordering my prescription glasses was a breeze after with frames they have there (cute ones included, mostly ranging 120-200 from what I looked at). There was no hard selling on up charges, the lady that helped me listed all the options clearly from cheapest to expensive for upgrades and I felt no pressure if I wanted to go with the cheapest one, I.e. No anti glare etc. I hadnt been to the optometrist for a few years and had put off finding one locally, but will happily be back annually and refer my friends/family!

Today was my 6 yo daughter’s first eye exam. She was nervous about the experience and what to expect, but all the nerves went away as soon as Dr. Love started the appointment. He explained what he was going to do every step of the way and tailored many of the tests to be kid friendly. By the end of the appointment my daughter was smiling and could not stop talking about how much fun it was. The princess sticker she received at the end was very much appreciated too! This was my first time visiting Clear Sight. I had just moved back into the Temecula/Murrieta area and needed a new Optometry location closer to home. Its never an easy step walking into an unfamiliar office. However, the staff and Dr. Love were all so welcoming. Took my sister for her very first eye exam. We were greeted by Megan with a smile. They were very understanding because we did arrive 15 minutes late. And they still saw her, which we were very grateful. Dr. Kim was very thorough, informative, and attentive. At the end of the appointment I was very surprised with how great of service they have that I had Peggy check to see if I was able to do MY annual EYE EXAM . I had a great experience at Clear Sight Optometry. My first visit with them and also my two children of age 8 and 11. They were kind and friendly with my children. They made their experience joyful and comfortable. The doctor was very thorough and recommended products that would help improve my tired vision and my daughters allergies. They had numerous glasses within budget of my insurance coverage. I loved that the doctor emailed me after my appointment with a recap of our conversation. I recently just moved to the area and had to find a new Optometrists. I chose Clear Sights because of how many amazing reviews they had, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt extremely welcomed. Not only did the front desk greet me, but Dr. Kim was also in the front office to welcome me himself. They checked me in and brought me back right away. One of the girls (I didnt get a chance to get her name) brought me back and while she was getting my eye measurements and all the basic stuff, we were chatting and laughing. She is extremely kind and personable. Once it was time to do my vision test, Dr. Kim came in and introduced himself. He was very professional and you can tell he truly cared about what is best for his patients and that he was not there just to make money. Dr. Kim and his staff are awesome !I came to the office because I had a really bad eye irritation, other places did not want to see me because they needed an approval from my insurance, even though my insurance said to let them know it was urgent. I did go to the urgent care but it was not much help. I came to Dr. Kim based on the great reviews, he took me in the same day I called, he took care of my irritation and did an eye exam as well. Since my eye exam I have visited his office a few more times with my kids and their experience has also been awesome. I recommend Dr Kim to anyone !!!

Booking an appointment time thats convenient for you is very easy and they dont keep you sitting around and waiting like some other offices do (which is nice). I personally have very finicky eyes and I had quite a few questions and concerns to speak about with Dr. Kim which made me a little nervous, but he was very attentive and addressed them all with patience and a smile. The prescription I had before was too high and I had a whole bunch of issues going on that are now fixed thanks to him. Also, he gave me options that were tailored for my specific needs/wants which was nice. Hes an all around great guy who actually cares about his patients and what he does (hes an excellent optometrist). I highly recommend paying him a visit if your having any eye related issues.

When we moved from San Jacinto to Menifee in 2015 we needed to find an optometrist that was closer to home. Our present doctor in Hemet was fantastic but we did not want to travel that far. We tried Doctor Love and were hooked. He was very knowledgeable and professional as well as compassionate. At that time he was at a practice in Menifee but after a few years opened his own practice in Temecula. Well after two years of settling for care at the old practice in Menifee after Dr. Love left, we decided it was worth the drive to Temecula. Dr. Kim did a great job assessing my vision needs and even told me about reading glasses, which I didnt know could help. Usually I only have contacts and back up glasses, but given how much time I am on the computer for work, he was able to give me a 3rd prescription for reading glasses that could help with blue light. I dont live in the country, so having a reliable optometrist I can go to annually gives me peace of mind. Definitely recommend!

WOW!!!! I was looking for a new place for glasses and contacts and after seeing many post about Dr. Kim, I gave Clear Sight a call on Monday afternoon. I got a call from Megan by 10:30 Tuesday morning. She had apt. available same day, which didnt work but also afternoon apt. Today (Wednesday). My apt was 2:30, I arrived at 2:26, was promptly greeted with the standard health history form to fill out. I was walked back immediately after filling out form and pre-exam began.I was then seen by Dr. Kim who was waiting for me, not bouncing from patient to patient. Dr. Kim is amazing! I have dealt with red eyes and discomfort for years with nothing ever working. He offered a long term resolution to the inflammation, which I was happy to purchase. He did his exam, and did not push buying anything. I told him, i wanted a back up pair of glasses in addition to my contacts. He introduced me to Peggy, who was a sweetheart and gave me all my options. I had frames ranging from 135-350 and it didnt matter to her what I bought. She gave me a breakdown of what I asked for, no pushy upsale of this coating and that coating. She asked, what I wanted.All in all, I was in and out in an hour, had multiple options for glasses, going to look back through my photos to see which I like best, AND my eyes are clear again! Long post, I know but Dr. Kim and his staff are EPIC and would highly recommend Clear Sight Optometry any day.

. Dr. Kim did my eye exam, but didnt tell me anything about whether my vision was worsening, or if the results from the tests were positive or negative. I just told him my eyes get dry sometimes, and he took that information and tried selling me more expensive specialty contact lenses. I really wanted to see a doctor to make sure my eyes were healthy as I had scarring in the back of my eye and he didnt even mention anything except for that I needed to come back in a week after trying out the new contacts. I had to ask him what my prescription was because all he was talking about was buying contacts from him during the entire exam. He mentioned that my current lenses, Aquacomfort Dailies, were subpar to the specialty lenses which are $100 a box as opposed to my usual $60. I kept feeling like he was trying to sell me. When I asked how much it would be to order them through him, I was first upfront by saying I normally order online and use the prescription you give me because Ive gotten a better price. And he continues to scoff, Well well definitely beat their prices because we have rebates. Peggy, his other associate, was trying to say it would cost $490 out of pocket and I could hear him in the back asking her, Are you sure about this price? Making me feel even more unconfident in their establishment. I told him it usually comes down to price for me, so I didnt want to leave without knowing the cost comparison, so I can make an informed decision, try out the contact samples he gave me and decide whether to come back or order online. He then said, Well can I have those samples back then? with an attitude, grabbing at my hands. He then asked, How are you going to get a rebate when you buy online? Ive never had an issue with an optometrys front desk giving me the rebate as a patient of theirs! Instead, he tried to use it as a selling tactic to force me to make a decision with him. I started crying because he made me feel like I was wasting his time or not worth his time, which is unfair considering I paid a $60 lense fitting and he billed my Kaiser and UNH insurance (which he said it took a long time to figure out the cost of the contacts because of my insurance, and I said Why is it bad?, and he said honestly, yes). He then tried to talk nicer as he could realize I was upset, and finally gave me my prescription receipt. I am a 22 year old female, and from the outside it could appear like you could pressure and take advantage of me. I felt like he was trying to intimidate me, thinking I would trust what he was doing even if it wasnt in my best financial interest. Ive never had the doctor also be the check-in person, the billing person and the ordering person. Maybe hes a little overstretched. I understand he has a family and makes money off of the products he sells, but Im 21 weeks pregnant and $500 for upgrading my contacts requires a lot of contemplation as Im starting my new family. Instead of empathizing with my concerns, he made me feel minimized for having them. The biggest suggestion I can make is to just do your job, be the doctor, be thorough in your examination, ask me if Im wearing proper eye wear, how often I wear contacts or glasses... not if Im willing to spend more for better contacts. Let the other people do their jobs. Its hard to trust a doctor whos acting as a salesperson. If you care about honesty, transparency, your health and pricing... I wouldnt come here. Unless youre okay with being directed without getting to ask questions and less being belittled then just go somewhere that has an office with professional staffing.

So much of healthcare has gone corporate and I’m realizing it’s not a great thing for us patients, other than maybe convenience or $99 specials. I used to go to Walmart, or Lens Crafters, or Costco for years just to get my contacts/glasses renewed. I would always see a different person on shift and always felt pretty rushed. It was fine for a while but I never knew that I was actually supposed to be getting dilated exams yearly! Come to find out at even the young age of 36 I actually may have glaucoma and this may never have been detected without a proper retinal exam. I was so impressed with Dr. Kim. He is knowledgeable and experienced but also reassuring. He actually takes the time to know me as an individual. I have decided to stop going to shopping malls for my eyes. Only thing I had a problem with is I bout two pairs and one frame was from the display case and they never fit right. I had to take them back. Why would you sell a floor display product? Every one tries them on…..

Professional and expert. I had a problem with my eye glasses which my old doctor told me there’s no need to change it but I still have a headache & eyes pain but when I came here the doctor said there’s a big change happened in your glass descriptions it’s not the same like before and now I’m better. So please before you choose any doctor look up online first and see the reviews like I did thank you .
