A couple of years ago I came in from Tennessee missing my hearing aids. I called Clear Choice in Laguna Hills and made an appointment for the next day.Frank provide my service, which was most Professional, and had me with a new set in about an hour, hearing test and all. I came back for a tune up a year later and the improvement was spot on.This past week my left hearing aid stopped working and I gave Frank a call and sent a text. He walked me through a couple of steps and had the problem solved in no time. Parts are now on the way and I will follow-up.It does not get better than this for a long distance relationship and service when needed.Thank you Frank for great service and Thank You, Clear Choice for having Frank on your team!

If you are looking for an audiologist who is understanding and knowledgeable than look no further. I’ve been going to Frank (and Melissa) for over 10 years for annual hearing exams, new hearing aids, and hearing aid adjustments. Frank always takes the time with his patients/customers. I’m extremely happy and satisfied and so will you. :0)

Beyond the 5-star rating. Excellent service with a personal touch that left me with a strong impression. Customer service is a thing of the past. Not here at CLEAR CHOICE! This is not my first rodeo. Having been wearing aids for 13 years, I did my due diligence. Melissa runs the front office and doesnt miss a beat. Courteous, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Frank the Audiologist is on top of his game, with the latest equipment for top-notch hearing tests to available hearing aids. I needed a fix in an emergency, and the service quality was truly exceptional. The after-sale support is fundamental and cannot be beaten. This office is service-oriented, a delight to work with and they know you by name! Highly recommend Clear Choice.

Frank Parvin and Melissa are true professionals. From the moment I walked in the door of their Clear Choice clinic, I knew I was in the right place. I was greeted with friendly smiles and was given immediate attention.I needed to purchase my first set of hearing aids. I had no idea what features are best, what style is best, or how bad my hearing was.Frank Parvin greeted me with a friendly handshake and a confident smile. (He knew he was going to improve my life significantly).. He gave me a very thorough hearing test and told me my hearing loss was moderate to severe. He then sat with me for almost two hours and showed me countless types hearing aids and features. He clearly described the pros and cons of each style and feature. Frank is very knowledgable about all hearing aid styles.I originally thought I wanted in-canal hearing aids, but Frank described the cons. With no pressure, he recommended a very discrete behind-the-ear style that he said would be much better for me.Before making his recomendation, he took into consideration my own uniquely-active life style, personality, and hearing requirements.Obviously, this man knows his profession very well, so I took his advice and am very happy I did .If you need to purchase hearing aids, no need to shop around. Go directly to Frank Parvin at Clear Choice in Orange, CA. and save time. Frank wont let you go wrong.

Been going to Clear Choice Hearing for several years now. Frank, Melissa & Heather have been great. I recently started chemotherapy which can affect hearing. I need to have an audio gram every few weeks. The whole team have been very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

I got my Widex hearing aids from Frank Parvin at Clear Choice in Orange about 3 years ago. I love them! Frank makes adjustments and performs hearing tests on them periodically to keep them working perfectly. He makes you feel like you are getting the very best care possible. I highly recommend him! He is readily available and makes sure you are completely satisfied.I would never go anyplace else.

No one really wants to wear hearing aids. But, if you need them, I encourage you to choose Clear Choice Hearing. Ask for Frank. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining why you need them and how they work best for you. As much as I hate to admit it, after getting the my latest pair, I should have listened to my wife and gotten them sooner. I now know I wasnt hearing very well with my old hearing aids, often answering questions incorrectly because what I THOUGHT I heard, was not so. I can now hear so much better and am engaging more confidently with people. . .even strangers. Sounds funny, but I feel younger. Frank taught me that you lose words and can even become senile when your hearing is impaired. And Melissa, the woman who sets up your appointment. My wife and I chose Clear Choice after engaging with a couple of other companies because Melissa took her time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Very professional. I am super happy with my new hearing aids. They are some of the best on the market and can do so much more than my old pair. I am really happy with my choice of choosing Clear Choice Hearing Aid. AND bonus, it is family owned.

My husband was referred to Clear Choice by his physician. He returned from his initial appointment feeling very confident about his visit. Frank was thorough and answered all of his questions and concerns about hearing loss and his new hearing aids. Melissa was always there to answer questions about billing and appointments. Since then, I have accompanied him to several of his follow up appointments. The office atmosphere is the perfect mix of helpfulness and friendly professionalism. We feel grateful to have them in our lives.

When I went to Clear Choice Hearing Aid I was so pleased that Frank was so honest with me (Ive been to other hearing aid places) and he worked with me with my budget. I knew a little about hearing aids but once I had them in my ears I could hear so much more! I could understand my friends better, hear birds sing and participate more in my life. Who knew this one thing could make such a difference! I am not old and was afraid of the stigma of a hearing aid but all my friends were quite supportive. I recommend Clear Choice Hearing Aid 100%!

Frank and the staff do a great job at CCHA. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids and quality support.
