The customer service Clean Way Carpet Cleaning provides is top notch and they are very accommodating. I couldn’t drop my carpets off during normal hours and the manager was more than willing to be available at a more convenient time for me. They did an exceptional job cleaning them and packing them up for storage. I highly recommend this rug/carpet cleaning in Fountain Valley!

When I needed carpet cleaning in Fountain Valley for my restaurant I gave Clean Way Carpet Cleaning the job because they quoted the best price for regularly scheduled cleanings. I have been very pleased with the service. They are always on time and do a very thorough job. Our carpets can get all kinds of spills but they always get them clean again.

Clean Way Carpet Cleaning is number one on my list of services in Fountain Valley. Carpet cleaning is something that needs to be done right the first time. Another carpet cleaning service left my carpet wet for days and when it dried the stains returned. They would not stand behind their work. Clean Way Carpet Cleaning did the job and it was dry in half a day and the stains never returned. They even followed up with a call to see if I was satisfied. I am happy to write this review.

We had some carpets in our house but they had been flooded with water. Soon after they started to get musty, We called in Clean Way Carpet Cleaning Fountain Valley to clean them and they cleaned them well. They smelled brand new after they had been cleaned thoroughly. After having my carpet cleaned by Clean Way Carpet Cleaning Fountain Valley the air in my house felt so much lighter, the carpets that had once lost their color seemed to be beaming brightly and I still had money in the bank. When we bought our home in Fountain Valley it had carpeting in two rooms. We were going to tear it out but we had used all of our money to buy the house. Instead we called Clean Way Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpeting temporarily. They did such a good job we decided to keep it a while. We have had them back several times since and we still have the carpeting that we were going to throw out years later.

Clean Way Carpet Cleaning of Fountain Valley got the stains out of our Carpet last month after several other carpet cleaning companies could not. The others cleaned the carpeting and left and the stains returned in two weeks. When I called to tell them they wanted to charge for a second service call. They got the stains out and they never came back. From now on we rely on Clean Way.

Called and got a reasonable price for a full house carpet cleaning. They sent out someone from a different company who pushed sell ups and refused to honor the agreed upon price, ended up having to pay extra to get the job done because we were in a bind.

Terrible, Terrible service. This place is a real rip off. They quoted me a price of 59.00 charged me 69.00. I only have a small living room with dining room.When the person, Dave, who was 45 mins late to my house. He only took 10 mins to clean the carpet. Still spots left on my carpet. This room is hardly used. I called to speak to the supervisor still waiting for the call back.Do not use this carpet service if you want your carpet clean.

This place is not located in fountain Valley, they are misrepresenting this is an outfit that has some sort of listing so that when you look them up on the Internet any keywords come up on their site and they sub out to anybody. I specifically asked the lady if this was a business in fountain Valley and she assured me that it was after speaking with the technician on the phone the next morning and seeing where his area code was from on the phone number that came in on my phone I knew right away that it wasn’t so I canceled. Immediately I called the outfit back to let them know I was disappointed that they told me this was a company local here in fountain Valley. She tried to tell me that they were a small business in fountain Valley but they also sub out. This is miss leading and untrue being in the business of contracting and subbing out myself this is blowing smoke up your ass which is what I told her, immediately went to the defense of not treating her with disrespect I only used the word ass and it was about my ass and not blowing smoke up it. I told her I would be writing a review and she asked me to make sure that I put in there my vulgarity that I used with her so I did. To sum up, all she had to do was be honest this is not a local fountain Valley business and then this review would never even have appeared.
