Hands down, or should I say thumbs up clean threads is the best laundromat Ive been to from LA to Florida to Michigan. Its exceptionally clean and organized, free pinball for kids and wizards, & great tunes. But by far the greatest asset to clean threads is the young lady Nicole who takes care of all her clients with a smile and determination to deliver the best service I have ever seen. Dont trust your clothes and all the time you spend at the laundromat with any other place, Clean Threads is where you need to be.

This Place was Amazing from Customer service to cleanliness. There was fun and games for the kids while I folded our clothes. Howard was a great help from the time I arrived till finish he made sure everything went smooth and that I had tide pods. My first time experience here at Clean Threads was great, clothes came out fresh and clean altogether worth 10 stars! Oh and I did not need coins or cash they have an app or just pay with a card!

We recently moved to a new place that doesn’t have on-site laundry facilities. As such, we looked for a local laundry facility that provides a drop-off service, where we could drop-off the laundry and (hopefully) pick it up later in the day.This was just the facility for that!I’ve been here twice now with drop-off orders to be laundered. Both times I experienced excellent customer service, including a friendly and warm reception, laundry completed both ahead of promises and expectations, and the simple (but significant) service of helping to carry the properly packaged parcels of laundry out to the car. The blue ribbons were a nice plus.My previous experience at a Simi Valley laundry was very far from this new reality. They advertised on their website a rate for laundry service (and implied that it was same day), only to mark it up 67%... and not have it ready the same day.We’ll be bringing our laundry here from now on. Should anything change, I’ll let y’all know. For now, this is an A++ establishment.Dont forget to squeeze the pig.

Amazing laundromat and staff!. Howard and Nichole are the best and kindest humans ever. Nichole has been so sweet, helpful, and overall a joy each and every time we come back to do our laundry! I came from a bit of a distance, laundry love. Been here once before, it was great. This time however it was a huge waste of time effort and gas. Arrived at 5:30 and was told no more church people were leaving. Im not doing well financially and the money I spent on gas for nothing really hurts. To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I appreciate the effort by the community. This should have been planed out better. To avoid this kind of waste

My husband and I travel a lot! Finding a clean laundromat can be difficult. Clean Threads is an A1 laundromat! Extremely clean, all new washers and dryers. The bathroom is always clean. It’s kid friendly, lots of seating, TV’s in every direction. And benches that turn into a desk!! We love coming to Clean Threads Laundry!! And!!! The staff is extremely friendly and available if needed!! 😊

I had an outstanding experience at Clean Threads Laundry! Howard’s attentive customer service, from unloading our laundry to explaining the points reward system, was top-notch. The facility was impeccably clean, machines in excellent condition, and even the restroom maintained high standards. The added bonus of a free pinball machine and board games for entertainment made our visit exceptional. We’ll definitely be returning! My Dad just recently went and he’s in his 70’s. The staff here are so friendly and helped him with which washers are better to use and even told him about the app they have here. They are really friendly here and try to know everyone who comes in. I have other family members who come here all the way from Northridge because of the staff here and the cleanliness. Such a great place, definitely come in and do your laundry here.

It was my first time trying this laundry shop under the new management and I was very impressed and pleased that all machines are new!!! On top of that, there’s an attendant always present wearing a black uniform with the shop name on it, so you can easily identify them . I am very impressed with the customer service and all the new machines. I will do my laundry here more often. I highly recommend this place!!!

Clean Threads Laundry is a shinning star of Simi Valley, its one of the small businesses that gives people hope in America. From always offering a helping hand to constantly cleaning the machines and facilities. Its a cheerful friendly environment that takes on a charm from the good ole days when people still cared. Games and puzzles for the kids free hangers and a bell people ring when they finish. Did I mention the free doughnuts and pin ball game? This place is one of a kind. Doing laundry is a chore but when you come to Clean Threads its like stopping at your aunts house that has 80 clean top notch machines. I been coming here often and on for years I love the new owners it is clean and safe . Howard and Aurora were wonderful . Blankets and Bedspread and comforters to wash not only did they help me unload my car but also showed me the most economical washers to use and also helped me load them .They truly made doing my wash alot easier and fun doing it. I highly recommend this business and will come back when ever I need to or just pop in to say hello.

She’s always willing to help, no matter what it is: poring the soap, bleach, etc in (I’m short!!), help bringing in the laundry, assists with the app to get the machines going, always has a smile on her face! First time using a laundromat and the experience was great. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and gave me great tips on how to wash and even taught me how to fold a fitted sheet! The laundry pay app is great! I earned free drying for all my clothes and I love the alarm option that keeps track of which machines that I’m using and the amount of time left.

It is always clean, organized, all the machines work, clean bathroom, free games to entertain yourself or the kids, free and fast Wi-Fi and management is always nice and happy to help. So I tried Clean Threads Laundry today after such glowing reviews.The people that work there are super nice (and patient) helping me work the app. Being able to load $$ on the app and scan to pay for washers & driers made things streamline.I love the different size washers (small to huge) AND being able to adjust temp settings, extra dirty, extra rinse. Also the app tells you how much longer you have until your load is complete.I have ALWAYS ended up with permanent stains (even after spraying my clothes) at all other laundromats I have gone to. Not the case here!The place was absolutely clean and well cared for. Plenty of parking.The only (slight) negative is that it is a bit pricey. I spent $20 to wash & dry 2 large loads (using hot water, extra dirty & extra rinse).But I will definitely be using Clean Threads in the future … can’t beat the quality.

Ive been to laundromats in all 50 states and this is one of the nicest Ive been to. Everything was clean and working. The washers do an amazing job. The dryers didnt take long on high heat.It was the hottest day of the year thus far and the owner was handing out waters. This is a top tier business and highly recommended.

This is the only laundry mat I will go to now!! It’s so clean, the machines are amazing, the reward system when you use the app is a plus and the staff is so friendly! Love that it’s a family operated business. I’m excited to have found this place!!Only thing I think they should change is there weekly hours (Monday thru Friday they are only open until 7pm) they should be open later as this isn’t enough time for anyone needing to a load after work

Friendly and helpful owner and staff,, clean machines and wall-mounted fans to the back to maintain air flow.Clients pay via quarters or an app, and there’s audio and visual background entertainment. For my big loads, washers may take approx-40 minutes and dryers take about 35 minutes. Depends on volume and fabric care. There’s a drop off and pick up option (haven’t tried) but I appreciate Mr. Howard showing up for his business, and being mindful of his client base. He greets the regulars by name. The space is well maintained so I’ll be back. Thank you for providing this service for folks to complete their laundry tasks.

If you have any questions or concerns, they are happy to help. I highly suggest the laundromat over any other in the Simi Valley area.Update: After living in Simi Valley temporarily, we moved up to Castaic, Ca. We attempted to find a laundromat closer to home, and visited a couple, but now we still drive to Simi once a week to do our laundry.

This is a hidden gem of a laundromat with an amazing staff. You’re actually greeted when you first walk in and asked if you need any help. This is a completely unique experience when entering any establishment.I first went there a couple weeks ago and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable young man named Danny. At the time, I was amazed at how helpful and accommodating he was, not only at his young age, but at any age!I went in again today and was greeted by a gentleman named Harold, who was equally friendly and helpful. We spoke for a bit and he told me he was the owner. I then praised the young man who helped me last time and he mentioned that was his son!This is a very clean laundromat with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a phone app that you can use for payment and will take their time to walk you through the entire process.Awesome place and staff!

I haven’t use a laundromat in years bur with a broken drier I came from Thousand Oaks here because of the reviews & # of machines. It is so immaculate & high tech and Nicole was outstanding helping me do 5 washes & dry each of them. They have machines of all sizes so the next time a comforter needs to be washed this is where I’ll come instead of the dry cleaners.

The BEST laundromat I have ever been to. I have a large family with 5 children still at home and I always have to worry about finding someone to watch my kids while I do laundry. This place right here is the first place I have ever brought my daughters while doing laundry. Found this amazing service on a Facebook mom blog, and I love it! It is perfect for moms, or anyone on the go when you need to drop off big linens for a wash. The owner/staff greet you at your car with a laundry cart for your items, with a huge smile. They are polite, very helpful, professional, and accommodating. I use their service for my King size comforter, that does not fit in my apartment washer. But, now Im looking for more items to to take, just to use their amazing service!

We are full-time RVers. We have used a lot of laundromats in our travels. Clean Threads is by far the best one we have used. So many times we have come across locatios with half the machines are out of order, but not at Clean Threads. I saw 1 dryer that had an error code. Howard, the owner and his youngest son fixed it right then and there. Howard and staff are super friendly and helpful. Whenever we are in Simi Valley we will definitely do our laundry at Clean Threads.

Im an avid quilter and needed to wash a Ca King size quilt with a drop for the first time. I was concerned because of the time and expense invested in this quilt. I found Clean Threads Laundry and read great reviews. I was wanting a laundry mat that had newer machines and clean premises was a priority. Clean Threads fit the bill 100%.I spoke to Howard, the owner who was reassuring and very helpful.Upon arriving, Doreen was able to walk me thru the procedures. Everyone in the laundry mat was so nice and kind. They have plenty of washers and dryers both regular and oversized if needed. I will never go anywhere else and I will recommend this laundry mat to our local Simi Quilt Guild and all quilters that shop Quilty Pleasures in the Simi Town Center. They even will wash, dry and fold your laundry if you desire. Top notch place!!

Very clean, with super friendly service if you need help. All sideways machines which makes washing pillows or stuffed animals safe, no tearing or catching.The washer and dryer machines come in more than one size and are priced accordingly so if its a small load you dont get price gouged. But you also have washer capable of holding any comforters too.Also, while this laundry mat does have a quarter machine it supports the laundry pay app which makes paying significantly easier so you dont have to bring cash for quarters.And every machine has a timer so if you want to walk away to sit on one of the benches you know exactly how long until you need to switch out you loads.

First time coming to Clean Thread Laundry since my dryer broke and it was such a great experience. As I walked into this place it was such a good atmosphere, It did not feel like a business. I felt like I was visiting Howards home. He introduced himself, welcomed me and made me feel like home. He is very helpful and makes sure that service is good and specially everyone is safe. First of all, it’s really clean! It smells really good in there and they have several machines for any kind of load! The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. There is even a place on the front page where you can see how many washing machines are available so I watch it until the number is high and then I head over to use the machines. First time at this laundry at this location! Had such great customer service and the cleanest/ user friendly laundry mat I’ve ever been too.If you forgot to take out cash before coming no worries! They have an app where you can pay with a card and earn money back. Washes 3 small loads and a large load and earned about $5 back that we used to dry our clothes!Never been to a place that gave you money back to wash. Will definitely be back (:

Early in the morning before we even got to the door, Howard had come out with a laundry cart, a smile a super greeting! LOL! We were looking at each other like umm, where are we?! The greatness continued inside. The establishment was immaculate. CTL had everything you could possibly need. (Except dirty clothes.). Prices were reasonable. You wouldn’t even have to stop at the store to buy soap or get quarters etc. All machines worked and you can pay from your phone! Whaaaa?!! I don’t do that. But how cool to have the option! And there are so many washers (different sizes) dryers and carts that even with all the people in there, none of us had to wait around for anything! The staff is so nice and accommodating, it’s nuts! They were even serving conversation, donuts and had a FREE pinball machine, TV AND WIFI !!!! Service from the good ole days! This place is worth passing by other places and driving further if necessary for the top notch experience! I just hope it doesn’t change.

Owner and attendants are super friendly, everything is always clean and theres open washers and dryers. The machines are all updated frontloaders and theyre all connected to an app so you can pay through that if you want. Super convenient and pleasant. Makes spending the afternoon washing laundry a bit more fun than just it being a chore. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for about a year now and the recently got new owners! Howard was awesome and very helpful. The LaundryPay app was great and I was able to dry all of my clothes for free with loyalty points. Coming here is cheaper than doing my laundry at my apartment. This is a well-maintained, always-staffed, cleaning of everything all day long operation.The equipment is all brand new, and the temperature of the dryers is perfect for drying not shrinking, the washers always get the clothes perfectly cleaned without the mystery stains from dirty, misused machines. I have been a custmer of Clean Threads Laundry for several years using their services to launder my clothes on nearly a every other week basis. I have always been treated respectfully and fairly.During Covid they had a shut down period and I used another service that was not as efficient and was more expensive, so I returnd as soon as they reopened. Last year they remodeled adding more efficient equipment and improved the layout.Howard the new owner is continuing with more small but efficient improvements.
