Tony and Bill of Clarkson-Santoro provided excellent advice and guidance when selling our home. They were both easy to work with, always available, and very knowledgeable about the area, the market, and resources. Tony was a pleasure to work with. He was always willing and able to put in the extra effort to make our home dreams come true! We were out of state clients and he went out of his way to do video showings for us and relay any critical information that wouldnt be visible through the video expressing concerns for properties as he saw them candidly. I would recommend him to anyone!

Tony and Bill were incredible to work with and really made the process of selling our home as stress-free as possible. We found our dream home on a Sunday and contacted Bill about listing our house that same day! Bill came over Sunday evening to review steps to get the house on market. We needed to do quickly since we made an offer on other house which was contingent on the sale of our home.Bill and Tony advised us on steps to show our house in the best possible way. They worked quickly to get all marketing materials ready and had our house listed in a week. They held the brokers tour on Thursday, open house Sat/Sun and we reviewed 4 offers the following Tuesday!Bill and Tony were incredibly patient, professional, answered all our questions and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. Tony is a wonderful agent, super patient and really worked hard to help us find a place! We were very picky buyers and had a specific home in mind to buy. He never pushed us to close a deal but instead always kept our interests as his priority. He listened to our needs and always put in extra effort to ensure our interests were met. He even contacted city agencies and contractors for us when we had questions regarding building codes, permits, etc. All around, Tony is a wonderful agent!

My wife and I started working with Bill in 2000 when we first moved to CA from WI. In those days, there was no Zillow and I had to make a home selection for my wife and me. Bill found a great place for us, and he took pictures, printed them and literally taped them together so my wife could get some idea of what the place looked like. That was service above and beyond.Recently, my wife and I decided to retire and move back to WI. Bill is now working with his son-in-law, Tony Santoro, and Tony is every bit the professional as Bill. Tony put together a brilliant marketing plan for our townhome, using video and pictures. We had an offer within 5 days for $41k OVER the listing price!Tony stayed on top of everything as we moved through the process to close of escrow.
