Had Paul at CK service my sprinter. Was super friendly and accommodating. Very professional as well. Friendly staff as well. Great experience and will definitely have all my future work done by them. Knew he was a standout when I originally met with him to have him reset a sensor error message and he told me to take it to a MB Service and that they had a “recall” on the sensor and they have to do the work for me…and that I would receive around $3,000 from the dealers due to class action suit. All worked out as he stated! Not your typical shop!

I have been taking my car to CK motors for approximately a year now and have never been disappointed. They go to extra Mile to, make sure everything works fine and if theres a small glitch and something that Was previously worked on They fix it for free, the loner car that they gave me was very helpful. As I was able to work while my car was in their shop. They are very informative. And take the time to explain and answer questions. I would recommend this business to anybody who owns a Mercedes and I give them a 10 out of 10 rating.

If you own a Mercedes the only place you should have your Mercedes serviced is CK Auto Exclusive. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and fair. I brought my vehicle in for a problem that seemed major but it was so minor I wasn’t even charged. CK Auto Exclusive only works on Mercedes!

I first went there after getting the run around from the dealership, being told I needed a repair costing many thousands of dollars and - surprise - not covered by the extended warranty. My E350 limped its way into CK Auto flashing an inoperable message and involuntarily shutting down. It was noisy and driving rough. I figured I was in for an expensive repair bill. There are not enough nice things I can say about this place & Paul! I moved away for 2yrs. and was forced to take my vehicle to the dealership. My car was old never would have thought there was and warranty or recall. He called the dealer and confirmed it. It was a $3,500.00 repair covered by recall. He could have repaired it himself and made the money. I would have never known. As a woman I am leery of being taken advantage of. Not here! I have been taking my Mercedes to Paul at CK for years. Every time I take my car in, all issues are taken care of and always at a reasonable price. I bought from the dealership, and it had been my experience that the studs from the dealerships who start their own businesses successfully have the knowledge and access to the high tech information needed to do top work. In Pauls case, he has been in business for more years than I can count and on one occasion he replaced a cracked head for $400 where the dealer wanted $2200. I feel that at least I am being treated fairly and when something special has to be done and beyond, I can trust that not only it will be done top quality, but for a fair price. That is all I ask as a consumer. I wholeheartedly recommend CK auto.

Paul and his team at CK Auto are above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I wish I lived closer to be able to have them as my regular mechanic. While at a wedding in the Santa Rosa area my car suddenly wouldnt start, we tried to get a jump and it did nothing. So with no idea what the problem was we got the car towed to CK Auto and not only did they figure out the problem quickly but ordered the replacement parts and got us back on the road in impeccable time. We could have been stranded for so much longer if CK Auto hadnt been there. They were so knowledgeable, communicated with us every step of the way and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They have an amazing team.

We were traveling from out of state when a crazy tapping noise started, on the weekend of course. A quick Google search brought up CK Auto. Their reviews seemed too good to be true but I emailed them and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. They got us right in, diagnosed the problem and found a few others with the FREE 100pt inspection. Paul helped us prioritize issues and repaired those at the top. He gave us the necessary information on needed repairs that we can address in the future. No pressure at all. I will remember this as a positive experience. I purchased my GL450 from a private party and less than 3 weeks later my check engine light came on. I expected to put some money into the car as it is used and had came from a private party. However the vehicle has very low mileage on it, for the year of the vehicle. (It was garaged for most of the time). Anyway, check engine light came on, I planned on taking it in to someone to have it checked out anyway, just to make sure everything is in working condition. So it was a perfect time to check the check engine light issue. I knew it had something to do with the gas cap because the “empty gas tank” indicator would blink every now and again, even though there was gas in the tank (more than half). I’d also already changed the gas cap before taking it in...Called the dealership, told them what was going on - they gave me an entire speech about smoking the exhaust lines and the engine to see what’s going on - was going to cost me $399. Fine. Do what you need to do.Also, my 3rd row seat isn’t locking when I put it in the down position. - $195 (that they didn’t tell me until they had already pulled the seat apart - couldn’t find the issue - supposedly fixed the seat but 5 days later the issue came back)They called me for the 3rd time (After 2 days) to tell me that some computer portion of my car that reads whether there are fumes being released into the air, isn’t functioning and it would cost me $3k for them to fix it. (Uh - no thank you) Mind you, this was the THIRD phone call. The THIRD time my price point went up and the last time they called me, they’d already proceeded with “fixing” the issue, so I couldn’t even refuse the $195 service to “fix” a chair that wasn’t even really a big deal to begin with. I refused the $3k service and picked up my car. (Mind you the vehicle is driving PERFECTLY fine - just the engine light claiming something is wrong) The service rep at Benz told me, verbatim, “that’s what you get when you buy from a private party” - and he was very condescending about it. I was offended and felt a sense of me not being worthy to bring my used Benz to the dealership for repairs.I continue to drive the GL for a couple days and now I hear air leaking when I go over bumps while I drive. I notice a “malfunction” display on my dash with the 4matic symbol - basically telling me something’s wrong with my air suspension. Obviously, that’s where the air is being released from.I would rather sell my GL than take it back to the dealership to be treated so poorly. I stumble across “CK Auto Exclusive” while driving on Petaluma Hill one day, looked them up, read their reviews, called in, spoke to Paul and told him my story. Not only was he understanding and empathetic to my poor service at the dealership but he talked me through everything they were going to do to my car and honestly - I would have HAPPILY given Paul $3k to do whatever needed to be done. Money wasn’t the issue at the dealership, it was their poor service, their continuous price jacking and the way they kept changing the issue every time they called me.To say I had the most easiest, friendliest and trustworthy experience at a car repair shop - is an understatement. I only spoke to Paul 3X but I’d take my car back to him in a heartbeat and I’d recommend anyone to him. All in all, Paul repaired everything that needed attention for LESS THAN HALF what the dealership was claiming and he did it in less than 8 hours.Thank you Paul, John and the rest of the crew at CK. Paul and his team are always ready and willing to help with any problems that may come up for me. I’m a local teacher who is on a tight budget and I don’t always take the best care of my car (under statement). Despite the fact that Paul works on $60-70,000 well maintained Benzes on a regular basis he is always 100% accommodating when I roll up with my funky (and old) E320. Paul and his team always do more than what I asked them to do (check my fluids, re-attach small cosmetic gadgets, fix my back seat etc.) Recently, my starter just went out and I had to have my car towed to CK Automotive at 6 pm on a Friday during active fire evacuations. Paul stayed open so AAA was able to drop my car off at his shop. I would not have been able to tow my car to his shop had he not been there to sign off for it. He cut me a deal on the cost of the repairs and had me back on the road at 11am on Monday morning! I have been coming to CK Automotive for years because of the first-class treatment I get! No regrets! These guys are genuinely good guys!

Paul Duckworth, owner of CK Auto Exclusive, has been taking care of my Mercedes CK 350 since I bought it in 2011. Over the past 3 years, I have had the most wonderful experience working with Paul. He treats you like family, and is truly an expert when it comes to Mercedes. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and his no nonsense approach is refreshing. He is honest, and takes time to explain what is going on with my car when I dont understand, never impatient and always so knowledgeable!When I was unsure if my mechanical issue was covered by my warranty, he led me in the right direction and the entire repair was covered! I also recently got into a bad situation with an alignment company. I took my car to someone to do the alignment, not knowing that Paul did them also, and they took my money and said that they could not align my car because of the Mercedes default settings, and it simply was untrue! Paul talked to the company on my behalf and helped to work everything out for me just because he truly cares for his customers.I would recommend Paul to anyone, without ever giving it a second thought. While commuting from San Francisco to Santa Rosa, the dreadful “Check Engine” came on. We have taken our Mercedes to Paul for Routine maintenance as well as a couple of somewhat major repairs. Paul’s efforts are always diligent, even When it’s difficult finding out what the problem is. He is a master mechanic and excellent at troubleshooting issues, and more importantly correcting it. He does all this for a fair and minimal cost to the customer. On 08/05/2020, at 7pm driving on Hwy 101 near College ave, the serpentine belt on my 09 E350 decided to commit suicide and jump off the pulley out on to the freeway. I coasted to a nearby by Shell gas station that was closed. I called CK and left a message for Paul, the owner, regarding what took place. The next morning at 7:30 am Paul called me back and told me to bring him my vehicle to assess the situation. I had the car towed first thing. At 11am Paul said the repair would cost approximately 630.00 and he would order the parts and hopefully have it completed by the end of the day or the next day. I asked if it all possible, Id be grateful to get the car back today, being my only vehicle. Paul understood and said he would do his best. At 3pm, Paul called and said my car was ready and I could come pick it up. The same exact scenario, belt, new tensioner and new pulley plus labor through Mercedes was 1300.00 and I had to wait until Monday, 5 days later to bring it in.
