Purchased a Citizen CT-S310ii through Amazon and I tried to install with help from our ShipRite Software Support but could not access the correct driver, so I finally managed to contact Citizen Technological Support, with the PT vs ET time change and availability being a challenge. I manage to get a Tech last night in California and everything worked out. My old Citizen CT-S801 lasted for over 11.5 years as I kept on getting low voltage error messages forcing the replacement. Thank you.

Unhappy with the service from this company. I have been unable to order new ribbons and every time I call in, I get a different number or a redirect to either someone who is unavailable or someone who does not know what they are speaking about. They referred me to a provider in the area who supposedly had the ribbons, I called them and even sent my employee over there and they said they do not. I wonder how Im supposed to test the product further and order more printers if I cant even get ribbons ordered?
