I’ve been working with this brokerage for a few years, and it’s an amazing brokerage that offers their agents all the tools they need to be a successful producing agent. The broker Scott is amazing he coaches his agents and provides value. His management team Monica and KJ are also amazing and are always supporting their agents. Ive been with Circle for over 2 years and I couldnt imagine being with any other brokerage. Scott and his team run an extremely smooth office. Not only do they provide us agents with great classes and trainings. I know that Scott is a call/text away if I need help with a difficult transaction. That alone is priceless! I was recommended Circle Real Estate by an old college friend of mine. As a realtor, it is a big decision to make. I definitely wanted to meet Scott Kato (Broker) and hear more about his vision for Circle. What stands out to me is his clear understanding of systems and how Circle agents can leverage the tech and support offered at Circle to guarantee results. Scott and the tech aside, the office itself looks spectacular, and the people (the realtors, the teams, the in-house lenders, the graphic designer, office coordinator, etc.) have an energy about them thats incredible. Theyre so supportive, and I just love coming in to work everyday. The onboarding has been amazing. And as a newer agent, the tech, the support, and the training are exactly what Ive been looking for. I recently joined script training not knowing what to expect. They make videos of the script sessions available on our Slack workspace. After watching a few episodes, I learned Scott (Broker) and Hugo Avalos (training lead) are in these sessions giving authentic and critical (yet encouraging) feedback that I found genuinely helpful. And my fellow Circle agents are in these script sessions giving courageous performances, really committing to the message and goal. I find them inspirational and hearing them motivated me to participate in todays session. I just opened escrow a couple days ago for a property in Whittier, and Im so excited for clients and how much better Ill be able to serve them with the Circle team behind me. Making the move to Circle Real Estate is already one of the best decisions of my life and definitely my career.
