I loved everything about my experience with Cinnamon Wine Tours, I was able to know the price of everything up front well in advance of my trip. I was traveling with a friend from San Francisco and Cinnamon suggested taking the Ferry to Vallejo. Great Choice. Our driver was there waiting for us at the Vallejo Ferry pickup. We took pictures at the Welcome To Napa Sign. Our driver Tiffany assisted with getting the best photos. We had 3 stops on our wine tour that we chose. Cinnamon did have options and suggestions on winery to visit but there was no pressure or insistence of choosing them. We chose all of our own wineries. Tiffany was there and ready whenever we let her know we were finished. Overall it was a great experience for a reason price. I would definitely use again.

Cinnamon was fantastic on our recent trip. Always on time getting us to and from the different tastings and making the travel in between fun and enjoyable. She was also a huge help going out of her way when we had a last minute transportation issue with a different company.

The little missus and I just made a trip to Napa from Colorado to experience our first serious Napa wine tasting. Wanted an expert limo-type service to drive us and schedule private tastings at boutique wineries that are off the beaten path.The challenge was deciding on which service to use (there are many touring services to compare and a few websites that rate a bunch of them). The costs were similar across the board and reviews were mostly positive for each.After considering the quality of reviews, vehicles, and timeliness and quality of email responses, I selected Cinnamons wine tours. I worked with Cinnamon exclusively after booking to design what kind of wine tour we would have, communicating via text with her. Based on my experience with her, I was confident we would have a rewarding tour, and we were not disappointed!We were picked up promptly at the appointed time at our hotel in a beautiful black Cadillac Escalade, and were greeted warmly with a cooler full of cold water and bubbly. What a great way to start a day of drinking and no thinking!We found Cinnamon to be highly knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. The wineries she selected turned out to be better than what I selected, and each were vastly different from the other.She saved the very best for last (Patland), for the tasting occurred on the beautiful outdoor patio at the winery owners home. What an amazing experience that tasting was on the top of the mountain overlooking the vineyards, the valley, and even the cityscape of San Francisco in the distance.At the end of the day, Cinnamon gave us a longer tour than scheduled, drove us to pick up our dogs, and didnt charge us for the last 1.5 hours. We were totally reinforced for selecting Cinnamon as our guide and plan to go on a two day wine tour with this service next year. If youre reading reviews and searching for a quality tour company, based on my experience, you need look no further than Cinnamons Wine Tours. You will be glad you did, just like we were! Cinnamon is amazing!!! She is very knowledgeable of Napa Valley. She always goes above and beyond with her service, even recommending and reserving the best restaurants. Her recommendations for wineries and dining have been outstanding. She is very professional and friendly. If you are new to Wine Country, booking a tour with Cinnamon is the way to go. You will definitely leave more knowledgeable and having had the best experience ever.

Cinnamon does a superb job of matching the client and the wine. After a short conversation, she was able to select a few of the most beautiful wineries and places to eat that would suit us. I highly recommend others to Cinnamons Wine Tours for their next visit!

We were lined up with another company who bailed out at the last minute and sent us to Cinnamon. What a blessing in disguise. She was prompt, courteous, and came in a fully appointed van complete with lights and a wonderful sound system. She had an in at nearly all of the places we wanted to go, and even when someone had incorrectly booked us, she was able to find us another fantastic spot last minute. I cannot recommend Cinnamon strongly enough; she did a FANTASTIC job.

All I can say is book with them! I can’t say enough great things about our experience with this company. Tiffany was our driver and she had some amazing recommendations. We had a wardrobe malfunction and she even went to the convenience story to pick up a sewing kit for us. We had a lovely day in Napa, and a huge part of what made it so was our transportation. I used Cinnamons limosuine service for a night out to SF with some friends last month. What a blast we had! The Escalade was beautiful and clean. Our driver Tiba was awesome and was so much fun. He got us there safely to our destination and our drop off. I will definitely use Cinnamon Wine Tours for any future transportation needs. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I have used Cinnamons wine tours a few times and have had an awesome experience. Cinnamons wine tours has a great relationship with a lot of the wineries and because of that you as the customer get great treatment and some perks here and there. I will continue to use Cinnamons Wine Tours for all my special moments.
