Antwon was so helpful and patient explaining everything I needed on my iMac for it to run optimally. He had great deals on laptops as well that once my MacBook Pro dies I know exactly where to come. Great service, will definitely be back!

I had been planning to save for an imac since 2019, and struggled once COVID-19 swept the country to save and contribute to my art creations.If you do not read the rest of this review, please read this: ANTOINE HOOKED IT UP WITH AN EXTRA 2GB OF MEMORY, FREE SELFIE STICK, FREE MOUSEPAD with the iMac computer, magic mouse, and keyboard - PLUS the Adobe Suite Premiere AND final cut pro ALL FOR $300 EVEN!!! (What!? I prayed to be able to afford all of these items through budgeting and saving; this shop is a blessing to anyone in need of affordable tech)I found CHYNCO on Offerup and was astounded to witness an iMac at an extremely reasonable price of $275! My original budget to save up for the COMPUTER ALONE was between $2.5k-3k; not including the savings necessary to purchase Final Cut pro for video editing, the Adobe software programs I desired (which was only Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop), and any other accessories. Not only was the iMac featured at an extremely reasonable price, Antoine included the extras; such a memory and accessories complimentary.He was friendly, answered any questions/concerns I had, and was patient! 5 stars for Excellent customer service. This was my 2nd time here and definitely won’t be the last! Stopped by to purchase my daughter a laptop for christmas and got an excellent deal. Antoine is always so happy and very patient … he answered all our questions with a great attitude. The first time I stopped by, I purchased an Apple Computer and it works flawlessly. Antoine knows all you need to know about computers and accessories. They helped reboot a computer I had and got it running perfectly. Besides their amazing technical knowledge, they have multiple types of monitors, keyboards, and computers for sale. Its a virtual IT Heaven. Ask for Antoine and you will get excellent service.And by the way, besides the display of various types of computer equipment, there are the most incredible artistic panoramic murals throughout the store that will blow you away in the depiction of their scenes and creativity. I discovered this computer store about 3 years ago and I feel like its a hidden gem. Antoine has fixed my computer as well as my mother and fathers. My company also purchased computers from Antoine. When you find a small business doing a good job and providing high quality service/products, it helps everyone to get the word out. I found Chynco / Antoine via Facebook marketplace and really happy that I did. I purchased two refurb i5 Dell SSF computers to replace some aging units at my office and have been happy ever since. For about $100 or so each, these units look and perform LIKE NEW and my staff comment on how well (and fast!) they work from the older units we had. People are shocked to find out they are used/refurbed computers. The beauty is not skin deep either as I am a computer hardware expert and have completely taken apart both computers. They have been fully cleaned inside and prepared properly for their next life. This is a high degree of attention that I have not found in other refurbed purchases. ADDITIONALLY the computers were filled with a complete software suite of EVERY MAJOR bit of software needed for an office to function (wont mention it here) so not just the latest OS. That sends the value proposition of my purchase through the roof. Oh and yes, Antoine is very friendly and knowledgeable, taking his time to really explain/check everything and even presenting some options along the way. In conclusion - Beyond 5 Stars! Thank You! Will buy more!!

I went to buy a computer but also to have my Macbook repaired ! the turnaround time was very quick and my laptop is working at even better speeds than before he also put in some editing programs on my laptop that was a WONDERFUL surprise !! I was looking for a screw to mount a monitor. I didnt realize it was a specialized screw that Home Depot would not have. I ended up going to Chynco on the way home. While unfortunately they didnt sell screws, the employee (owner?) went out of his way, searching in the back, to find me some that would work. He even gave them to me at no charge. Who does that? A really nice guy, I wish I got his name. Great customer service! Above and beyond!

This is a great place for service however their Saturday schedule is wrong they do not open at 1030A they open at 11A I submitted a suggestion update to google since this wrong info. Also they are closed on Sundays not sure why they haven’t updated their hours it cause people to visit the business and be a waste of time. Owners please fix this, Thanks

Got a bad chromebook and these guys are great stick to the warranty i ended up geting a laptop that i wanted to get in the first place that was ten dollars more would have been cool if they would have comped the ten bucks for the headache but hey i get it the little guys got to eat as well so still really cool of them would recommend if you need tech but have dont a lot of cash they are worth the drive
