A rated restaurant. Plenty of parking. Cash and credit accepted. This place wasnt busy on Saturday so I liked it.😁 And, of course, the little ones love it🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️🤸. Friendly employees. Fast service. Pizza🍕🍟🍪 came out perfect. And this place is well maintained. They really do a good job of keeping it clean.💫👍

Love how they placed new arcade machines. The salad bar is decent but doesn’t provide dried cranberries, boiled eggs, sun flower seeds, nor ceaser salad or my favorite cold macaroni salad but over all it’s still yummy and fresh 8/10 I do recommend

I had my daughters fifth birthday here and the service was amazing. The communication was very proactive also the lead staff assigned to my event was so courteous and attentive. So much fun cute goodie bags, good food, fun performance from chucky, just an amazing experience overall. If you are looking to celebrate a kiddos event I highly recommend their party services 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

This was a nice CEC. The woman at the counter (a manager, I believe) was very polite. Food was nice and fresh. I loved how it had lots of the old designs up. Very nice and felt nostalgic.

Great Customer Service. I had questions in regards to my daughter future birthday party event the manager took her time and actually talked to me about each package && the perks each package included.Salad Bar was EXTREMELY clean && FULLY stocked.Restroom was clean as well.

Very clean, spacious, friendly, lots of different games, not usually packed with people, even on weekends its decently packed. Parking is great. The food is delicious. Pizza & wings delicious, they dont look weird or suspicious looking, it looks fresh. Overall very fun experience, even for me and Im over 18yrs old haha.

Food was pretty good. The cake was tasty. Almost all the machines work. The staff were courteous. They helped me when the games ran out of tickets. It is a good spot to take the kids to run free when you just cant deal with the chaos that is kids.

I came around 8pm on a friday night was full of families but we had an amazing time and there was one particular employee that just seem to always be around helping with the games believe his name was George. Such a polite gentleman and even though he was running like crazy he always had a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend coming In but maybe not so much on the weekends...

This Location is always a pleasure to bring the kids.... Maybe one day Chuck E. Cheese will come out and mingle with the kids instead of power walking out 3 or 4 maybe even 5 times a day and throw Tickets in the air while gradually increasing his speed to get the Hell out of dodge from all the kids running to pick up those few tickets that was thrown! 😂😂 BTW... This VIP section has been dry the entire day! No problem though because all the kids utilized the area 😊

My family and I have visited several Chuck E Cheese and this one was the worst. Food inconsistent. After being so impressed by staff in San Jose this was a let down. Had tickets from Lakewood and San Jose. Tried to redeem them for 2 big items for my 5 and 8 year old and we had to leave with them crying. Will not ever go to this location again. Bad job!!

Pretty well maintained, clean and operated... Kitchens a little slow getting out orders when its busy, oh and ticket eaters were either full or not working at all... I think there was one maybe a couple of them properly functional ((slow kitchen & ticket eater issues is the reason for my 4 not 5 stars)) but overall good experience and kiddos had a blast!!

Been coming here since I was small now. Now I bring my neices and nephews. They actually make food pretty fast and delicious. Theres a lot of games for kids to play with and interact with others. Highly recommend here very fun and social environment.

Horrible horrible horrible place, altercations are bound to happen when you have a place full of kids no doubt. But the staff honestly does nothing to help regulate the saftey in this place. And i come here alot for my little cousins birthdays and was going to have my daughters birthday here but i changed my mind. Ive honestly been here 4 times in the last month for birthday parties im sure a handful of staff already recognize who my entire family is. Anf there are some very nice staff there. But for the most part when things need to be dealt with properly there are not. For one i had just bought 120 tokens. Literally got jacked in less then 5 mins. Poor niece had no tokens. She got jacked for 40 tokens i immediatley went to explain my situation. Nothing. No help. Manager came oit and pretty much said oh well cant fo nothing unless u know who stole it. If i knew who stole ot do u think i would have went to the manager. No i woulda made that little kid or whoever give it back. The manager was not helpful what so ever. Even after seeing that we were that ladt family there counting tickets trying to get our kids there toys before we leave. Didnt even try to give us fee tickets or a toy. Like wth those toys r cheap asf c mon have a little more consideration for the children. Especially after all the money im spending there. There are more issues i dont even wana begin. But honestly ef this place

This place is awesome. Whoever complains is because they forget that its mostly 17-20yr olds working here. Theyre human, mistakes happen. Especially because 50 kids are running around unsupervised by the parents and they have to take care of the parents because they dont follow rules. Oh and the salad bar is the best! As a customer, I am thoroughly disappointed. It was my god daughters 1st birthday, we paid for the whole nine yards. Pizza, game cards, drinks. It all. We recived nothing in return. With repeatedly asking about our food, the staff just ignored us. When we finally forced them to give us the play cards, they were stolen off our table shortly after getting them, along with our. 8 dollars in change and recipet. And when we asked the manager if they could check the tapes we were met with the cameras dont work. And on top of that, when it was time for Chuck E Cheese to pass out tickets, we inquired if my god daughter could have some since he was trowing them in the air. We were told if she wanted some tickets, that she would have to join in the swarm of 8 and 9 years olds kicking and pushing and grab her own tickets. I am very disapointed with this establishment, if anyone thinks about coming here, DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Place is ok. Just had a bit of a bad experience with a staff member. (We are a BIRACIAL family). So we are waiting in line and clearly she (staff member) saw my husband pick my infant up from the stroller Im pushing. As he grabs my toddlers hand and gets the 3 of their hands stamp she lets them pass by, and closes the rope so I cant pass. Keep in mind Im pushing a childless stroller and there is NO ONE behind me. She looks me dead in the face and says she has to stamp me separately. I asked her why and she replied, because each family gets a different number. I let her know that in fact that is my family. No apology of any kind just an ok and a stamp. Never have I felt so hurt, confused and mad. I hope maybe she was just that blind or clueless.

Staff ratio to clients is horrible. There was only one cashier that was doing everything from cashier, to stamping and checking the people that were leaving. In the middle of us playing games we went back to our table and all our food was gone! When we went to get our prizes the African American woman at the counter kept on asking us the amount of tickets that what we wanted cost! Shouldnt she be the one to know this? She is the one who works there! And we would ask for something 40% of the time she would say that she couldnt find it after she spent 30 seconds looking for it! Chucke cheese was enjoyable for the kids. I havent been in a while, and i was suprised at the New changes. They now use a play card which turned out to b much more convinient than tokens! On their website, they have coupons that you can use and there are a few to choose from to accomodate your party size. For 9 children 3 adults food, drinks and play for an hour we spent 180.00 that was awesome.

Let me tell you that as soon as you walk-in this establishment, there is a stench in the air that cannot be ignored and Im not just referring to the staff. There is putrid smell as if the carpet has not been cleaned or sanitized since this place was inaugurated. To add insult to injury, half of the rides/video games dont function properly or are out of service. Its a very nice place to spend time with the family, its a little expensive but its worth it because the kids can have fun playing the variations of games, the only reason or inconvenience and the reason Im not giving it 5 stars its because theres 4 or 5 (dont remember so good) registers and theres only one person attending the register, this makes a long line and you will get frustrated, the same thing happens when you go get the prizes after playing.

When we went to cut it we found that mold on the bottom of the cake. We took it back and they gave us a full refund but that spoiled the party for all of us. Went on a Wednesday afternoon, as soon as you walk in it Stinks like dirty moldy carpet. The bathroom sinks are dirty, considering it was early and with very few customers, I would expect a cleaner place.
