Chris should be your go to guy for insurance. I am a first time home buyer and Chris did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the process. I was able to not only save money on my auto but also get a great deal with the protection I wanted for my new home. I highly recommend you stop looking around and give Chris a call. My family has been with Chris as our insurance agent for close to a decade now. Chris and his team are always responsive, up front and look for ways to add value and be supportive. Chris makes you feel that you’re important and that he always has your back. Every time I have a question, Chris takes the time to explain and guides us like he would his own family. I would recommend anyone to go to Chris for their insurance needs. While most companies seem the same, not all agents are and that makes a huge difference!

I have been working with Chris for my home insurance needs for the past few years and he has been great. Unfortunately my insurance company dropped us because our location is considered high fire risk, however Chris was awesome during this time. He gave me some options to consider even though it meant losing me as a client. Should his products become available to me once again, I will definitely drop my new insurance provider and come back. Chris has been my insurance agent for 15 years. He is by far the best insurance agent I have ever had! He takes the time to understand your needs, optimizes your coverages, adds and drops coverages as needed by you, the customer, and consciously works to maximize the value you receive for your premiums. Chris Timmons has been our Allstate agent for more years than I can count. His response to any questions or problems we have are always prompt and thoughtful. We consider his input important and he makes us feel like we matter and we are never just a Policy #. He is thorough and explains any questions in language we can understand. We have had claims which he has helped us navigate through and its always been an easy process. His customer service would always get an A+ rating from us. Chris will always make us aware of changes we can make to our Auto or Homeowners policies which will give us added protection which he would like us to consider and ways for us to even save money. Chris is hands down one of the best agents I’ve worked with. He’s always very responsive to any request and always follows up with me when my policies are up for renewal. It’s so reassuring to know I have an insurance agent that has my best interest and will educate me on what policies and coverages I need. Chris is an amazing agent. We have carried our homeowner and auto insurance policies with him for over 10 years. He is always looking for ways to help lower our premiums and is in constant contact with us. When he knows we have a life event coming up, he will check in on a regular basis to make sure everything is okay and our policy is updated appropriately. All phone calls are returned in a prompt manner. He now has Tom working with him and he provides excellent service as well. No matter which of the two you are on the phone with, you feel as if you matter. Chris runs a good business. He answers the phone and responds quick to your questions. I recently changed my insurance to a family member and after a month I returned to Chris. Good prices and good service. I highly recommend!
