We had the best experience with Chris. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and considerate. Not only is he an expert in his field as one of the top ranking agents in the SoCal area, but he is also a kind, genuine and wonderful person to boot. This was our first time selling our home and we were nervous about the process, but Chris really took his time to explain the selling process that was easy for us to understand and answered the many questions we had along the way. It was a quick, easy and seamless process and we are so lucky to have worked with Chris to sell our home. He truly cares for all his clients and he goes above and beyond what a traditional realtor does. We trust him fully and will be working with him again to purchase a home in the near future. Chris is the best! Chris was recommended to us by a very close friend and we couldn’t be happier!He listened to our needs in a home and understood what we were looking for. Based on his knowledge and experience of the Chino Hills area, we were able to find our dream home with within a couple of weeks, despite the competitive market. He provided lender recommendations as well. We appreciated how he was detailed oriented when we were touring different homes by showing us parts of each house we would have overlooked.He was always quick to respond to any of our calls, texts and emails. He treats us like family and we appreciated how he was there throughout this home buying process and ensuring escrow went smoothly. During the day of our inspections, my husband and I were very sick and Chris, without hesitation went for us! He called us the next day went through the extensive report with us to ensure we were making the right decision. Even after the close of escrow, he’s helped us get our home ready by recommending painters, internet providers, etc! We highly recommend Chris!!

Mr. Chris is absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped us sell our home in Ventura CA in the year 2022. He’s a genuine experienced real estate consultant who deeply focuses on building a relationship over transactions. I honestly feel like having an honest friend who continuously guided us on every step of the process with key data insights, assessments with rationales, checking all the boxes, sharing past experiences & possible risks which makes the decisions very easy. I can’t speak highly enough of Chris as our Consultant to sell our home. I just bought my first house with Chris and I felt super lucky to have found him! Hes very patient and responsive to my concerns and questions. I started working with him when I started house hunting in 2020 when the market was getting super crazy. Then I decided to wait till the market cools down a bit. After a year and a half I started looking again and Chris still remembers me which makes me feel like he really cares about his clients. Hes also very proactive in asking for information from the seller, HOA, escrow, etc instead of waiting for a response. Not to mention he always answers my phone calls and messages even very late at night. He never pushed me into buying the house. When I was hesitating if I should keep looking or give an offer, he assured me that if the house is mine then its not going anywhere. I tell myself that too but its hard to keep a straight head during house hunting. Im really grateful that Chris was there to remind me of that. All in all I truly believe he has the clients best interest, whether hes the sellers or the buyers agent. He is very professional, honest, efficient, and fair for both parties.

Chris is a stellar agent! My husband and I were fortunate to have been paired up with him when we started our housing search in 2021. Chris is very knowledgeable of the market in the Inland Empire, Orange County, and LA County. Our housing search was quite expansive in the beginning as we didn’t know exactly where we wanted to settle down. Chris provided us with extensive detail on the desirable locations in terms of good school districts and low crime rates. He pointed out the areas to avoid in terms of low appreciation rates. Given that this is the biggest purchase of our lives, we were picky on finding the ideal home for us. Chris was very patient along the way and never rushed us in order to quickly close a deal. In fact, there were homes that I liked that Chris discouraged us from pursuing due to the home being in close proximity to high traffic areas or going under contract with a seller who didn’t have an agent representing him, which would have caused major stress down the line. Bidding in a very competitive market, Chris provided us with advice on how to make our offer stand out, but at the same time, not lose sight of our budget or compromise on certain contingencies. When we finally found a home that we both like, Chris helped us find the best rate with our credit score and loan type. He helped us along every step of the way through the escrow process, was always available to answer any of our questions, and provided reminders of our deadlines. He was very thorough when he went through the extensive home inspection with us to ensure that we were familiar with the potential repairs needed to be done on the house. Chris went greatly above and beyond our expectations of a real estate agent’s duties. After we closed on our house, we couldn’t move in right away as we were out of state and had last minute work projects to finish up. Chris volunteered to drive past our home every now and then on his way to his other showings to make sure everything looked good. He even lent us his lockbox to keep our keys secure while we had various contractors come to the house. We highly recommend Chris! Chris is the best real estate agent there is and we would not hesitate to use him again in the future as well as recommend him to our friends/family.

Hands down the best realtor, period. Chris is not only an expert in his field, but he also cares about us as individuals. He treated it as if he were buying his own home but with our wants and needs. We were first time buyers and he made the process so seamless and easy. From the beginning until the end, he was always there, providing important information and updating us every step of the way. He went above and beyond for us. It was amazing to work with such an honest, caring, and intelligent person.
