Chris is very experienced at what he does which allowed for me to feel prepared and supported through my journey as a first time home buyer! Chris not only listened to my needs but he also provided tools and resources to help me better comprehend each phase of the process, which I needed. Working with Chris was amazing!When I started thinking to buy a house I meet a couple of brokers but I got the feeling they were so aggressive and I did not wanted to share my personal information with everybody.Then I was very lucky to meet Chris, Chris was very respectful of my information, he just requested a few data and I was pre-approved. He guided me through all the process, when something was not clear Chris helped me to understand what was happening.Making and offer for a house is hard, so Chris worked directly with my Agent and he told me the pros and cons, and make some recommendations on the decisions I had to take, the decisions were mine but it is better to make informed decisions.After we got the offer accepted Chris just did his magic and I got my keys, all I can say is thanks Chris for all your hard work to make this happen!

The moniker “Broker For Life” should be synonymous with Chris Hudson when it comes to purchasing a home or investment property in California. Rather you’re purchasing or refinancing, if you’re in California I highly recommend Chris. My wife and I were both first-time home buyers and mostly novice when entering the home buying process, but after meeting Chris we quickly realized we met a broker who truly understands how to break down the financial side of purchasing a home, investing in yourself, in our case investing in both our family’s future and real estate.Chris’ platform allowed for us to engage in the process via a touch-less environment where we rarely physically needed to be in-person with anyone. In fact, the only time we saw someone in-person for 15 or more minutes on the financial side, was when we met with the notary to sign the papers and close on our home.Chris a offers a service where all of the numbers associated with purchasing are presented in a clear and concise manner so that the buyer is educated throughout the process. We were able to take advantage of an incredible interest rate that Chris was able to obtain in a very transparent fashion. We always truly felt Chris was giving us the most accurate and up-to-date information. If I had to describe Chris in one word it would be, thorough.The house buying process was extremely challenging for my husband and me. My husband had experienced foreclosure and bankruptcy and we were a bit cautious after the whole housing crash a few years ago. Chris took such good care of us. He took his time and was very realistic about what we could afford. He made sure that we received the best loan for us to be able to actually maintain our home, not just get into it.Due to the complication with our credit and the crazy Bay Area housing market, it took three years for us to finally be in position to buy a house. Chris was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond by communicating with our lawyer and talking us through every step of the process. In addition, he is very well connected. Chris connected us with our realtor, insurance agent, and other professionals that we needed. He is a your one stop shop for house buying!My family and I will forever be grateful for Chris and the attention he brought to our home buying efforts. He secured an unbeatable rate and managed the process on our behalf from beginning to end - attending to every detail. What can I say? Chris is hands down the best Mortgage Broker in the bay area. He has relationships with countless banks and is extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to find the loan that best suited my spouse and Is needs. He held our hand the whole way through the transaction, taking time to explain the fine details. It was clear that he was in the drivers seat the whole time communicating with both the Listing Agent as well as my agent, and making sure everybody was on the same page. Chris had everything wrapped up and ready to close in less than 30 days. I must comment on my recent refi experience with Chris Hudson. It has been fabulous!! I have had the opportunity to engage in this process 5 times over the years and one of the challenges has been my self employed status. I shared this up front with Chris, not wanting to waste his time or mine. He was open to gathering all of the facts and moving forward optimistically with a package that worked for my very specific needs. I could not be more pleased with his professionalism and especially his responsiveness. His willingness and ability to articulate the process via all modes - phone, text, email and video was extremely helpful in allowing me to understand all of the intricacies of this financial process and which option was the best suited for my needs. During our home buying process Chris was extremely helpful to my husband and me. He took the time to walk us through the loan process and set up conference calls with our agent before we bid on any house so we can get an approval letter and know all information necessary to increase our bidding power.He also accommodated to my husbands requests to do multiple estimates based on various down payments, closing costs and interest rates for us to find the monthly payment that best fit our current situation.The day we closed, Chris was there to walk us through all the papers we had to sign and make sure all of our questions were answered.Furthermore, after we had already been living in our home for a few months, we had some tax and escrow related questions and Chris made sure we were well informed. There was an escrow over collection during closing and with Chriss help we were able to track down where our money went and was able to get an escrow analysis for a refund.If you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and extremely thorough broker for your future home loan, Chris is definitely your guy!

Chris is very efficient in everything he does! What I appreciate most; I was asking him for his opinion on my loan terms with a different agency and he presented me with a better option! Chris saved me over $10,000 dollars from a previous quote while also saving me over $1500 a month in my mortgage payment. My loan was not easy as there were several road blocks that had to be overcome such as the lender forgot to add the termite report and Chris asked the lender for an extension on our rate lock due to their mistake! Bottom line, Chris went the extra mile for us, saved us money and made the the process so easy! I would highly recommend him to handle your personal fiances among anyone else in the business!!
