We were looking forward working with the Chris Heller team, due to their endorsement by Barbara Corcoran from Shark Tank. And they did not disappoint!Their office staff was great at communicating with us. When we didn’t connect well with the first agent, they sent another one, Steve DonVito, who was great!Steve pointed out areas we could work on to make the home more sellable. He also helped with fire codes and repairs that needed to be done, giving us a list of very professional contractors (termites, roof repair, painting, etc.).And when it was time to sell, the first weekend we had six offers from two days of open houses. And he worked to get a month rent free for us while we waited to move, and he was able to get $50K above asking price!The escrow process went smoothly as well. We met Jean Whearty early on when she came over to help move furniture, certainly above the call of duty. She answered all our questions as we waded through the escrow documents and docusigned everything.
