Chris and his team were EXCELLENT every single step of the way.Buying a home was about a 5-6 month long process for me. I was introduced to Chris and his team in the early stages of that process. It all started with a very streamlined pre-approval process online. From there it was ON.House after house after house that I saw and was interested in, Chris and team would pull some numbers and give me 3 different payment scenarios based on my preferences communicated during some of our initial calls. With the crazy market and bidding wars going on in Southern California, this meant re strategizing 2 or 3 times with 3 payment scenarios each time, FOR ONE HOUSE. We must have gone through this process for some 15-20 houses total. Every single time it was done with the same professionalism and positive attitude as the first time.Once we found our house and got an offer accepted, communications with Chris and his team increased a little. We would have frequent calls where he would explain the next steps of the process with as much or as little detail as I needed. As a first time home buyer this eased a lot of the stress and uncertainty. Pieces would fall into place pretty much as described with no unpleasant surprises. This made the overall escrow portion a breeze.I would use Chris and his team all over again and would highly encourage anyone thinking about buying a home in the near future to engage them as well.

I just closed on my house all the way in 29 palms and I am so thankful I had Chris and his team on my side. I spent two years with a previous Mortgage Lender provider looking for the perfect home. I found out later that I was not able to close on some home offers due to the following:1). They could never guarantee the lowest Interest rate2). My Loan officer was never available on weekends3). Delayed answers on time sensitive paperworkI was referred to Chris through a fellow co-worker. Was not too sure about making the call given that I had been working with my previous loan officer for a few years.
