Wayne is amazing 👏 nothing short of it.I never thought Id go to a dealership to get a car, but my friend Susan vouched for him, so I took into consideration. And Im happy with my choice. I got my 2007 honda Civic, and even after it got totaled, he was still willing to lend a helping hand to flip it. If you want a real human being that actually cares. I vouch for him. Anthony and the rest of the employees are amazing, too. I deeply appreciate you guys for everything. I wish I could show more gratitude. This place is amazing. Absolutely incredible and refreshing experience with Choices. Dealt with Wayne (owner) and Anthony on a truly remote purchase. They went out of their way to be transparent and answer all my questions, when I was not able to come drive the vehicle and see it myself. Everything represented turned out to be true. No shady tactics were used as you find so often with dealerships these days. Numbers were clearly explained and everything spoken was honored on the paperwork. We were going to see a Honda Civic from a guy across the street but came here on accident. When we were done looking at the Civic we came back and spoke with Wayne. He was the most friendly and real guy ever. You could tell he was an honest salesman. Very fair prices, and my Corolla has been running great since February. I wanted to get a Hummer for my wife since we returned her Jeep under the lemon law. I looked around and found a few for sale, but they were in rough conditions. I contacted Wayne and told him what I was looking for. After our conversation, he sent me a few options he found a different auctions. After reviewing the information with my wife, she picked one. Immediately, we received the vehicle reports for our review. Wayne got the vehicle at a great price for us. When he received the SUV, he sent it for a full mechanical inspection.Wayne called us when he received the inspection report, and told us that it had transmission problems. He sent the vehicle to a transmission shop to get it repaired. Once it was completed, we drove from San Diego to Temecula to see the Hummer. It was in excellent condition!One thing that impressed us was the transparency of the transaction. He sent us not only the CarFax report but also VIN check report. He explained a few things on those reports when we were at the office. He then casted the numbers to a big screen and showed us the invoices for the inspection and transmission repair. The repair has a 1 year warranty for piece of mind. There were no hidden screens, games, or anything you usually get at a dealership. He was up front with the vehicles mechanical condition, cost, etc. The financing was also straight forward. Wayne even had the Hummer delivered to us in San Diego!We definitely recommend Choices to anyone. They stand behind the vehicles they sell without any gimmicks or games. Keep up the outstanding work! Was looking for a car for my teen son, was having a difficult time finding what we were looking for plus having the worry of finding an honest and trustworthy dealer. Ended up at Choices and our experience couldn’t have been any better, from the moment we walked in, the owner, Wayne, took the time to educate us on how dealers usually work and giving us tips on what to look out for when purchasing a car. Had a great experience here. Wayne and Anthony helped us to get our first minivan (we are a growing family).They are not pushy at all and they dont try to BS you at all. They are up front and honest. If you want to buy a car, they are awesome. If you just want to look and have questions, they are also awesome.I would HIGHLY recommend them. If they dont have something on the lot that you want, ask them and they may be able to find what youre looking for.Also, if you are looking to sell a car, dont go straight to FB marketplace, CarMax, or Carvana etc... What a refreshing, stressless, reassuring experience I had at Choices purchasing a car for my son away at college. Before I even walked in, I felt confident due to Wayne, the owner (which whom is also a marine veteran), providing me with honest and clear communication. I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to work with Wayne for the 2009 Honda Civic I had my eye on. Wayne was to the point, honest, and even encouraged me to fix some other things within my credit score. As an individual and car dealer he is impeccable! He laid everything out, and showed me EVERYTHING that had to do with this car (of which these big dealerships BS us on). Amazing honestly no complaints! I told them I can only afford a certain amount so they adjusted everything for me to walk out keys in hand. They did things like check my oil and brakes. I bought a car from these guys in 2019!! Honda fit, my first car bought, and its still running great.Because of my experience with the other dealerships, had a slew of questions prepared for this guy.... But he literally showed me his computer and was as straight forward as can be.Not to mention how CLEAN the car was!!! It was like I was buying it brand new. Really took care of what he had. If you want an honest car dealership this is where you should go! My daughter bought her dream car here and it was amazing. Unfortunately she passed away 8 months later unexpectedly. We were crushed and since she still owed a small amount we had to contact Wayne to figure out how to handle this. He stepped in immediately and took care of everything. He took the responsibility off our minds during such a difficult time and quickly resold the car. He knew she left behind five children and this money would be split between all of them so he got a really fair price in a short amount of time. I purchased a 2006 Mini Cooper from here, hasn’t even been a year yet and the transmission goes out and costs more to fix than the cars worth. Wouldn’t recommend here, thank you for reaching out but it’s 4500$ for the car to be fixed including parts and labor i’ve been suggested a new transmission by 2 different mechanics sorry for the blow just frustration thank you for responding.

Wayne went above an beyond to help us purchase our van. We live in AZ, but Choices had the best price and quality of van that we needed for our family. The whole crew was great, very accommodating, and extremely patient with my gremlins who immediately took over their office!!! The initial car we were looking at ended up selling before we could finalize our loan but the crew knew what our needs were and landed us a better car in our price range. This review is long overdue... like almost 2 years overdue but to this day I have never forgotten the incredible experience I got at Choices Auto Dealership, which is why I am taking the time to write this review years later. My husband and I had to temporarily move to another state for work and we left one of our cars back at our house in Temecula so we could have it when we visited our home. Well after some time, we decided it was unnecessary to keep that car and on one of my quick trips home found Choices Auto dealership and Wayne quickly helped me sell my car and gave me a great price on it. Bought my 2003 Camry for couple months. First off, the entire staff is very friendly and professional. Nobody tries to force you into buying anything. Theyve even told me that it is worse time to buy cars right now. Being faced with a very daunting and overwhelming task of buying a used car, being a single female, I felt very vulnerable and a little scared. I called an auto transport company and was told my car would be picked up on the 3rd of the month, however they could not find a driver and it was stated in the contract that my deposit was non-refundable. I needed a used car because my other car had repairs that cost more then the car was worth. Other dealerships and mechanics heard my situation and basically told me they all required money I didnt have. So when I walked into Choices Auto Dealership I was expecting more of the same thing. Pretty disappointed with the integrity of this shop. Purchased a car 1 month ago (paid cash in full 7500$) strictly for a road trip, wanted something reliable and ready to go (which was made clear upon purchase) Anthony helped us out (he was great to work with, so thanks Anthony!)The day we left for the road trip we were 3 hours into driving and the car started smoking heavily! Pulled off onto the side of the road and realized we were still within the warranty of purchase, we had the car towed into the city which cost a total of $550, the repair was $230.Long story short, the car was sold to us with 2.5 quarts of transmission fluid OVERFILLED. And after driving for a few hours the heat and pressure caused it to start spewing out of the vent creating a serious fire hazard. “Choices” claimed that their cars are inspected and tested at Firestone Auto before they are sold.The reason I am upset and writing this review is there was no additional coverage for the cost of towing, not one bit of help! I would’ve settled and been happy even if they offered to cover half of it! The owner Wayne told me the car did not have to be towed?! That thing was about to catch fire and we were in the middle of the desert what else were we supposed to do with it?? He also said over the phone that he “doesn’t think they had Firestone inspect/work on the transmission fluid”? It’s something so simple yet it wasn’t performed? Either way I feel they should have been partly responsible in helping with the cost of towing especially for customers who paid thousands of dollars in full.I tried to do you guys a favor and pay full price instead of monthly payments. No love and positivity coming back my way. Wouldn’t recommend buying used cars from a small time lot like this.

Weve been going around every dealearship looking for a good SUV for a good price, as usual every dealership your just a body to them and all they want is just your money. We wasted so much time trying to get a car from a dealership we got lied and got tricked into doing an application which got a big pull on our credit scores . Until we saw this place which they are doing exactly opposite of all the dealership (dirty tricks and lies).What we really like about Choices auto dealership is at first is that we get to test drive out all the cars that were interested with no problem (tell them what car you want and they will give you the key or pull out the car for you). The owner Mr. Wayne help us out with the whole process he was very patient with us and even gave us life advices about military since he is a retired marine and I myself is an active member. The very first car dealer that I have run into that is NOT a crook! Very transparent and honest. We bought a Chevy Cruze that was on consignment. We left the car for a day so that he could remove and replace some bad window tint. He drove the car and found a couple of minor things wrong. I drove down from the 626 to look at a car my dad wanted to buy. As I was not familiar with the area, the shop was difficult to find, and after doing two loops trying to find the address. He began this business because after seeing what the auto industry was like, he wanted to make the car buying experience more honest, in a way, you could say, make it more transparent.I followed him over to the new location, and the car was ready for me to test drive. I gave him my DL, and I took the car out by myself! No pressure, no limitations.After my test drive, he told me all the things he had to do to get the car sale worthy, like adding brakes, struts, tires, and even told me what his margin was. It was reasonable, the car was priced under blue book, and I saw no reason to haggle over price, because it was fair.The car buying experience was very enjoyable and brief. The hardest thing was waiting for the car to arrive by car carrier from Temecula to San Gabriel Valley. I thought AAA would tow the car, but because there was nothing wrong with it, AAA refused to tow it.Anyhow, I appreciate the car buying experience so much, because Wayne seems to be an honest, hard working guy, that I would give Choices the first shot at selling me my next car, even though they are nearly 2 hours away from where I live.I do not regret the time it took to get there and back, nor do I regret making the purchase. I had my eye on a Honda Accord coupe and an Acura sedan and when I arrived early, Wayne was busy with a couple who were purchasing a sporty roadster so he had Jesse drive me to the overflow storage location where I drove both cars. A couple of weeks ago we bought a 2005 Sierra from Wayne. Only 45,000 miles on it. The next day I noticed a leak of tranny fluid while parked on the incline of our driveway. He paid for the seals and yoke bushing to be installed, fixing the problem. Wayne is a very honest man, retired Marine and truly tries to go the extra distance to see that the vehicle you purchase is safe and reliable. Due to being out of town Luis made videos to show me the car and even a video when he test drove the vechicle. Luis, was completely honest and showed all of the cars flaws so I knew what I was buying..Luis, made the transaction super easy all paper work ready no hassle in and out tops 45 min.. The car was in fantastic condition all report were made accessible to view history of vechicle so you knew what you were getting and he even stressed to take it for a few hours and have our own mechanic look the car over.. The truck I wanted got sold the next day but I ended buying my 2nd choice in which I think was best overall. Where can i start ? If you want someone real, someone authentic and thats not out here like oceanside dealers. Then you did the right thing by even checking to see if hes legit and reading this post.
