Chipotle Mexican Grill, what can I say? The food is amazing. Ive been to plenty of different locations, and this one is really no different than the rest. I typically order the bowl with double protein and a bag of tortilla chips. The only complaint I have about this location is the workers rush you to complete your order, they do it in a polite way but you do feel rushed.

This was my first time going into this location. The fellas were friendly, thats fantastic! I was greeted with a smile 😊 and was asked what would I like to start? If you know me I love to be greeted and asked what can I help you with?The food was nice and fresh, the chips were perfect! Someone knew how the chips should taste and look (Im going back today)there was a lot to choose from.It was amazing, no attitudes just good old customers interaction. Walked into chipotle and the service was just off. The food server lady just had a little sass. We asked for 2 tacos de asada and one only had 4 pcs of meat so when I asked for more to match the 2nd taco she gave me literally 2pcs. When folding a burrito on my order she made it way too wide and too small. Looks like a can of soda.

Sometimes rice isnt cooked all the way or the double portions seem skimped but the staff is always super cool and ive never had a bad experience until today because of the rude manager. I went in to inquire about a position they posted on an online job board and manager was very rude about it. In their defense, i did go in during the lunch rush but had made it clear that i had no problem waiting until they were done. as soon as i uttered saw you posted a position online i was instantly cut off and met with the generic apply online response before explaining that I had already applied online and was checking to see if the position had already been filled or not. the manager then proceeded to explain that no applications were submitted, then assumed i applied to the wrong location, before admitting that she hadnt actually checked the submitted applications yet. Because of this, i simply showed her the same courtesy she showed me by cutting her offf mid-speech and saying never mind. needless to say, i withdrew my application to this location.

Great burritos, but you need to clean up the fat from the steak. The steak option comes at a premium price compared to chicken. However, the premium price doesnt match the premium quality of the meat. Every other bite had fat in it to the point that I lost my appetite. Dont take my word for it. Look at the picture. Thats a lot of fat. 😒

Go to the one on Baseline near the Whole Foods. At this location the employees must collectively pay for the proteins with their paychecks since they are so stingy with it. The one on Baseline gives you a scoop of protein not a half hearted scoop.Been multiple times after a workout. I’ve tried 😁 I’ve tried playing it 😎 and I’ve tried 😖 every single time I get a half hearted scoop of protein. I’m sorry it comes out of your paychecks.Update: Place is still stingy just go to the one on Baseline or walk out mid order.

I dont often come to this location as it is out of the way of my normal commute but i was in the area on halloween and remembered their promotion when purchasing a burrito via the mobile app and decided to stop by. i expected it to be a little busy but luckily when i arrived there was only 1 person in the lobby area. the staff was quick and attentive as soon as i walked in asking if i needed assistance. i told them my name for the order i made and they quickly brought it to me as i walked up the counter. the burrito was made exactly how i ordered it and the ingredients were all of a good serving size even for a busy day like that promotion.

Unbelievable, I ordered a steak burrito with beans, they skimped me big time on the steak and gave me the very last of the beans, barely even had beans, it was mostly juice, then wrapped it with 2 tortillas because the first one had a hole in it, and it cost me $15 . it’s crazy to think they would even do all this right in-front of the customer. Get it together!

Fast food is becoming too darn expensive lately for me to order my two chicken burritos to go, only to come home to find I have a burrito with chicken fat pieces and crunchy rice. I couldnt even get through half of the burrito - every bite was crunchy rice and it just ruined my appetite. Such a waste. We thought the quality of food was down during our last visit here but thought maybe it was a one time deal. Todays visit and crunchy rice only confirms this place is going downhill. its not the worth the visit or my money.

The food from chipotle doesn’t vary much from location to location but the service for this specific location was very disappointing. The employees serving the food seemed relatively new which is fine but doesn’t excuse the unprofessionalism and lack of communication with their line chef. They were low on multiple proteins yet didn’t communicate. Unfortunately there was a hair in one of my bowls, I assume from one of the employees with long hair and no hairnet. They seemed lost and the work environment seemed very tense. Nonetheless I was respectful but my bowls were wrapped in foil due to the lids, “not fitting correctly” I personally didn’t mind but it seemed out of compliance. Luckily it was corrected by a more experienced associate that saw the mistake. Overall this location could benefit from better trained and attentive employees.

Stood at the register for a few minutes before an employee came from the back to ask if I needed help. I don’t see why she had to do so when I was looking at 2 guys who didn’t even greet me. They were to busy talking talking about who was better Superman or Batman. Literally. The cook was touching his face. Granted he did put on gloves after, but with the gloves on he began to scratch his arms and wipe his head under his hat, before continuing to cook.

I gotta say…..Customer Service isAlive & Well at the Chipotle in Upland! I selected my daughters burrito bowl in error on the App, then proceeded to call to complain that they got my order wrong. The manager, Patty was so amazing and immediately offered to make it again for FREE! Soon after, I realized that it was my error & apologized for the mixup and confusion. Patty insisted that I take the new one, even though it was my fault and they had done nothing wrong!!Patty you made my day & you certainly exemplified what real Customer Service means. 👏🏾👏🏾😆😋

Better than most. Its nice you can ask for extra of most things to fill a burrito up, for those that dont get filler (lettuce/veggies). Queso seems too expensive, sometimes its really thick and they blob it in the middle and dont try to spread it out a little. By request adding a couple small torts to a bowl was complimentary and free, now they charge which is lame.

We received horrible service from the employee helping us and the closing manager last night. They forgot to give us the drink cup, among other things that had already happened and when my daughter asked for it, the guy slammed the counter door and threw towards her a large container, the one they use for a large guacamole and it landed on the counter and turned around and left. My daughter told him that she needed the cup for her soda not an empty container. He grabbed one, slammed it on the counter then proceeded to charge her for it again. We had to remind him that we had already paid for it, that he never gave us the drink cup. He had just left us standing there in front of the counter after they rung us up. And took off. The closing manager was really rude too and she saw what this guy was doing to us, right in front of her and she didnt say or do a thing about it. There was one employee that seem embarrassed by the way these 2 acted and he tried to be nice to us.We are encouraged to support our local businesses and when we do, this is what happen often.

Also cannot scan in store or add receipt manually. Needed to go to web site to add receipt info. No one in store knows anything. Bad app! I did not appreciate the I roles and attitude when I had a large order especially because there was no one behind me. And then they gave me something that I didnt ask for and I got more attitude when they start had to start over. Standard Chipotle with great parking. The food is consistent and is similar to other Chipotles. Serving size is also standard. I usually go for dinner or late-night and the place is moderately crowded. Service is quick and friendly. Pro tip: Chipotle doesnt charge extra for extra cheese.

I have eaten at Chipotle many times, however, this particular location squeezes too much lime juice in everything, and over seasons in general. I thought it was a one time thing, but it is not. Im not a fan of medium to hot spicy food. Thats why God invented salsa and hot sauce, for those folks who love hot stuff. So I dont understand why Chipolte has added jalapenos to almost every ingredient. Why do you need to add jalapenos to corn? Guacamole? Soy meat??? Bunch of amateurs working here. I asked for a cheese quesadilla (add steak) and was given just the quesadilla. I asked where the drink and fruit were and I was told those came with the kids meal. I told them thats what I wanted especially seeing how the ONLY QUESADILLA option thats on the menu. The front employees just looked at each other and said nothing to me. I was so annoyed with them that I told the register guy just forget it and walked away. Never coming here again or any other Chipotle after this. Gave you guys way more chances than you deserved.
