I placed an order online tonight 5/8/24 at 8:30 pm one bowl and one burrito. The bowl was half full, I even tipped for the order and your employees put half a scoop for everything. If you’re advertising full scoops and a full bowl online in pictures your customers should be receiving this same experience. I will be speaking with corporate tomorrow along with providing them with the date and time of this experience. I want my money back this is not okay. We ended up sharing my food because it wasn’t enough. This is ridiculous service and not the first time this has happened. I didn’t complain last time but best believe I will this time. I will no longer be visiting this location.

Horrible service. Management staff is a joke and mistakes are more common than the right order. I understand the occasional mistake can happen but that isnt the case with this location. My bowl was missing salsa and found this cap in the bottom of the bowl I ordered today.

Have ordered from this Chiplotle twice now. Both times I used the online ordering from he website. Once for a large group order and once just for myself. Both times the ordering process was easy and pickup was a breeze at the side pickup window. No need to wait in line! I also received a free burrito bowl for signing up for the points program on the website. Staff is friendly and the food is fresh! Definitely recommended .

This is one of the DIRTIEST chipotles I’ve been to! The like is horribly dirty, there is barely any selections. The dishes are stacked high but there is no food…the lobby is filthy! The steak was over cooked the onions were huge!!! The drink station was depleted! The sprite tasted like soda water as well as the coke! I spent 21 dollars and this place is so nasty I don’t even know if I trust how clean the food is ! This place should be inspected by the health department!

Worst service I’ve ever encountered at a fast food establishment. They do not acknowledge guests when they come in and will have one person working the food line when there are multiple workers walking around. This has happened on multiples occasions. There was a time when there was 10 person line and one worker on the line just wiping around the food, not acknowledging anybody for over 5 minutes. All the other guests and I were baffled. Why in the world did they get a raise to $20 an hour? There laziness really shows

Because its busy, the staff rush at times. They can just plop cheese and meat, such as my quesadilla, without properly folding the tortilla or putting the proper proportion of ingredients. Im a recent, my quesadilla had too much cheese, not enough chicken and it fell apart.The counters are also sloppy with lettuce and beans. The chairs are out of place. Theres not enough utensils. And the trash is overflowing. I noticed there seems to be too many people in back kitchen and not enough people keeping the place tidy.Please keep the counters clean and the whole place properly stocked and tidy. Also, please properly proportion the ingredients in an order and properly fold the tortilla. And one time a staff came out to help CO worker at cashier while holding a plate of rice and meat. Not sure if he was eating it or placing an order, but this looks unprofessional.

This place really needs to up their game! One of their sides was missing entirely. I asked for fajitas but they didn’t have them. This alone tells a lot about their lack of preparation. Also, their customer service is another area that needs a whole lot of improvement. The workers were busy talking amongst themselves that they didn’t acknowledge a customer or politely ask them to wait while they refilled their ingredients. I felt like they didn’t have the mindset to serve, but cared more about socializing with their coworkers. I left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Never go to this chipotle they are super understaffed and super slow and when they don’t have enough condiments they give you what’s left and charge u a full amount. They had over 10 people today and only one was working the food while the other stands at the register doing nothing but charging. No one knows how to coordinate the restaurant at all and there would be a long line and send them on their breaks while customers just keep coming in. This is why no one chooses to eat there.

We were there on a Thursday. It looked short staffed. Only 2 behind the counter. 2 of my 3 tacos fell apart before I even ate them. The Carne asada was tough and hard to chew. My sons quesadilla didnt look like one. The pieces were square, although tasted fine. Youve got to keep up with the trash on tables. We bussed our own. Overall, for $ 41.00, not that impressed with this Chipotle.

Food was fine. But really disappointed with how nasty dirty this location was. Looking for a table, passed by muliple booths - all of them dirty with debris and remnants from prior diners. The last table on the row looked clean enough to sit down at. When we left 30 minutes later, those other tables still hadn’t been wiped down. Three employees at the front. Not busy at all.And then the bathroom… yuck. Unfortunately had to take my little daughter. Unflushed toilet and urinal, paper towels overflowing the waste basket and building up on the floor, the stench… apparently there is no effort to keep it clean. Really takes away from the dining experience to say the least.I expect more from Chipotle. This chipotle location is always dirty! Management needs to do a better job at training and ensuring workers to follow restaurants standards. Most of the kids working here don’t seem happy which I understand and I’m not asking for them to be friendly or have a positive attitude, all I’m asking if for them to perform at their job with knowing that even if working sucks they are being paid to run a restaurant and that involves having the initiative to quickly clean and keep things organized. The management’s lack of making this clear, highly reflects in how they maintain and run this place. BAD. They clearly don’t care, the tables are always dirty, the serving station is always messy. Who knows when was the last time they all changed their gloves. The online orders seemed to be rushed and their portions are completely different from the in store orders.

I’m a local and have always enjoyed eating at this location from the moment it opened. Sadly, the last two times I have visited the place looked terrible. There is food on the floor, the serving area is smeared with old juices and food,,the protection glass around the food is covered in a layer of grease and dust, the tables are dirty, the drink dispensers leak all over the counters, and the shirts aprons, and hats worn by the staff have old stains that look disgusting. I don’t write reviews normally but I just had to post this in the hope that someone in a position to do something reads this and saves this place.

Staff was fairly friendly but unfortunately the food wasnt great. For my rice, the worker scraped the bottom of the container and while I was eating I got several pieces of way overcooked, hard rice. Also, of all the chicken in my bowl, about 1/3 of it was chunks of fat or tendon. To top it off, they were out of the soda I wanted. I know this stuff happens but this was the reality of my experience here.

The food was ok 4⭐ They seem to have a shortage of staff. Because the dining area was one of the dirtiest Ive ever seen at any restaurant 1⭐. Every table had left over food on it. Trash was full and spilling out on to the floor. They were out of forks and straws. I asked an employee for forks. He eventually went back to look and came back with one spoon and fork. He said that this was the last fork. That was hard to believe. We had to wipe down our own table. After we left the dining area it was still in shambles.

This Chipotle is always out of everything. Theres always some type of issue every time I go. And who ever makes the chips never does a good job. Theyre always incredibly stale, soggy or salty. Or a combination of all three. Sometimes youll get a chip where the lime juice and salt is concentrated. Other than that everybody there is incredibly nice. The problems seem to be the restaurant itself. But the staff is always awesome. Sometimes some of them do seem like new hires who are still learning so if they dont know certain things.

Health Department needs to visit this location. Super dirty and regret buying lunch here today. I didn’t realize how dirty it is, until after I paid. I was being handed cold queso (what if it was old cheese, someone can get sick) and the counter looked super dirty. The owner should be embarrassed by how this place looks. No one needs to lose their job, but definitely get it together and have a meeting. I’m sure you’ve seen how dirty your restaurant looks. Some of it is old dirt where they probably haven’t cleaned in years so now it’s past cleaning and more like remodeling.

Had a good experience in store. A week later ordered online, drove to store and had to wait 45 mins for help from a team member. The poor kids were avoiding eye contact, not helping answer questions. I ended up getting in line and was done a lot quicker. Made sure not to pay twice. Poor kids working there were so overwhelmed and very under trained. I am a customer of Chipotle for more than 15 years and have visited this location multiple times, but the service is the worst compared to other locations. Workers of this location are ruled and dishonest, always trying to give less food than they should. When customers complained about their service, workers laugh about it and have a dishonest attitude toward their behavior. They are in and out of the back kitchen handling food and payments without washing hands. The place is messy and disorganized. By my observation, the problem is the manager of this location, “the general is a role model for his soldiers”. Please change the manager, who gives Chipotle a bad name, ruing the reputation of this business.

The food is good; its Chipotle. There are seasons when I eat here 3-4 times a week. The people are friendly and the wait times are pretty good, even when the line is long. My biggest qualm is that this location always looks like it needs deep cleaning. The tables always are in need of being cleaned or wiped down and the mens restroom has water all over the place and smells like a wet rag. The kid at the register with the earrings and the sunflower mask is probably the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a Chipotle or any walk up restaurant ever. First of all he just stood there and watched as his co worker struggled trying to help the very long line that had formed behind us. Second he was very sassy when I asked for salad dressing so much so that he was slamming and kicking the door that goes into the back of the restaurant when he went to grab it. He rolled his eyes at me atleast three times throughout my interaction with him and the few words he said to me( not once a thank you or a nice word) had a major attitude and tone behind them. We then had to return my boyfriends brisket bowl because he had to spit out big pieces of gristle with his first three bites. Very disappointing!!!! Of course I recieved yet another eye roll and a major attitude when we asked for a new one with chicken. I have been coming to the La Canada Chipotle for many years but I will be driving down to Glendale from now on. I also work in a restaurant so I am not normally a complainer but this experience was mind boggling to me, so much so that I will not return to this location again.

I pre-ordered and my food (salad bowl) was ready at the designated time. Got my drink left to my car. I should have checked my bag but I figured everything would be in order. Got to my work and prepared to eat in the car cause of COVID we cant eat in the building. Only to find that I had no utensils. This Chipotle in La Cañada is okay. It is in a small part of a Plaza with a smallish/med parking lot that could be tough to find parking at times. The staff is average when getting food (there), but if ordering for pick-up, then I hope you have patience. They will ignore you when waiting forever in a spot they have it at that gets overly crowded, too. The food looks fresh, but the chips (there) always taste stale and not like the sea salt & lime (they say it has).I mentioned about some of this to Chipotles (survey) on their website, since you cant reach them by a customer service phone number they do NOT have because they rely on surveys instead as an established business.

Weve been here 4 times over the years. 2 of those times they have been out of guacamole, not a huge deal honestly.What got to me was when the staff member asked me to read the ingredients to the keto salad for them. Always visited this location and never experienced any problems until recently I went by this past weekend and was very disappointed in my meal. I got a salad with some guacamole and found a lot of pieces of skin from the avocado as if they didnt even peel the avacado and just chopped it off and I also ordered a burrito and they didnt even put it together right. All Chipotles are pretty much the same, and this one is no different. I would say that the service here was good and the food is of the same quality as other Chipotles Ive been to. They serve brown rice as well if youre looking for healthier options and have been able to accommodate any custom orders Ive asked them for. I would recommend doing an online order to avoid waiting in a long line if you can plan ahead.

This was one of my favorite locations until John one of the employees tried to nickle and dime my 8 year sons steak/chicken bowl and walked over to the trash and dumped out extra pieces. It was my sons first time ordering for himself and he did not say half chicken/steak fast enough and when I brought it to Johns attention he walked to the trash and emptied half the steak and then came back and added the chicken.You would think that the few extra pieces of steak that my son would have gotten here was going to have to be deducted from Johns paycheck. This was my 2nd outing since my vaccination and chipotle was a meal that was picked up after viewing the M. Night Sharmilas OLD and it was awesome! But I digress... my meal of a Chipotle bowl of chicken, brown rice, black beans, bell pepper, cheese, sour cream, very easy pico de gallo and a hefty dollop of Guac! The line here seems to move more slowly than most other Chipotles. They tend to have something wrong or broken, like one of the soda spouts or an empty iced tea dispenser, or theyre late on refilling an ingredient. And some of the prepared items just seem off compared to the other stores, like the carnitas. Even the iced tea isnt the same as the strong brew you find at the Chipotle on Lake in Pasadena. Overall, the management here lacks attention to detail, and it shows.

I had issues with my order and called this particular Chipotle (La Canada) to try to address it. I was told by the manager that he would call me once the store wasnt so busy. I waited over an hour for the phone call that never came. I ended up driving myself to the store to see that it wasnt even busy. Even when I was at the store, the manager refused to see me. Such terrible customer service up to the management level.
