This evening, I took my family out-to-eat and my lady chose Chilis! We had about a 12 minute wait without a reservation and that was not bad at all!!!I ordered the Chicken Pasta, which was topped with Shrimp, and I had Garlic Bread. The Pasta was seasoned well, but the Burger that my lady had was lacking in that department, so she only ate half of it.The restaurant was pretty busy and Im sure they try their best to keep it clean, but there was dirty napkins/paper towels on the ground.Chilis Staff were very friendly and the customer service provided was top tier!!! We loved their energy and to me that showed how much they enjoyed their job and the workplace!!! They took good care of us and well be back in the future!!!P.S. they had a $6 Special Margarita that my lady got and she liked it, especially for that price!!!🫡🫡🫡

Came in to eat dinner & to celebrate my daughter & our friend sons graduation. Got here 1 hr before closing and join the waiting list for a party of 13 people. We got seated between 15-20 mins. We were told theres no guarantee that we will get seated in 1 big table yet they were able to accommodate and gave us seat next to each other last minute.

This was my first time at a Chili’s and was really impressed. Service was good for how busy it was. Had the chips and salsa to start with, loved that the chips were warm and salsa was tasty as well. For my dinner item I got the double BBQ bacon cheeseburger. It was SO amazing and juicy!! It didn’t come with too much BBQ sauce so I asked for a side of it. I overall liked my experience there and will definitely get Chili’s again (wish I had one where I live)!!

It has been a long time since we dined in with our friends. During the Pandemic, we have picked up our Meals to go.We always enjoyed the 2 meals for $25 .. Appetizer salads or Chips n Salsa. 2 Entrees ( Margarita Chicken with Mango Salsa topping with Rice n Veg n My Hubby chose Chicken Pasta n dessert to share with my Hubby. We usually like the Strawberry Cheesecake but they were out. So opted for baked big cookie n Ice Cream.The Manager Letty was so friendly, considerate n helpful.She informed us the Meal deal 2 for $25 will be discontinued this month of June. Saddened by that news. As Seniors .. we enjoy good deals.

The place was very busy. The food was good BUT the entire visit was thrown off by getting our orders at different times. Two in my party of five got their meals about the same time that we were finishing ours. The server didnt notice or check back.

I visited this specific location in the summer of 2023. The waiter begrudgingly took our order. Food came out long after, but we conversed to pass time. The food came out & was subpar for chillis. The waiter barely acknowledged our table. We left very,very disappointed. So why right a review now? Because every time we are in the area, we always decide to go to chillis. We click for the closest one on maps, and we are excited to go. As soon as we turn onto the street of this location, we instantly recall prior visit & we all say Nope make a u turn and drive to the next one in Manteca, which never disappoints. Just dont bother with this location it has a theme in the reviews of bad service,bad food, & bad management. Which is what happened tonight. We drove past flip the u turn now were in Manteca @ chillis.

I ordered the triple dipper with sliders plain tenders and mango habanero wings. The packaging was poor. The mango sauce is on all my other foods. And the chicken tenders are so thin and over cooked it tasted like chicken jerky. My cheese fries are cold and old. The cheese is literally hard. I ordered to go with door dash. I work directly across from them in the shopping center. The dasher walked my order to me in less than one minute from pickup. This food was absolutely disgusting.

I arrived at the restaurant at 7 pm they explained the would seat us in an 1hour as I waited 2 groups of a party of 6 were seated after hearing the hostes inform them it will be a 35 minute wait. I was not pleased with the service, after the wait the table was not ready and still had to wait. I will not return to this Chillis. Our waiter J was the amazing!

Usually I come here and the service is good. That wasn’t the case this evening. We walked in, were told we could seat ourselves so we sat at the high top table. After we sat down, nobody even looked our direction for 20 minutes to ask for drinks or anything. Finally, the busy bartender noticed that we haven’t been served yet and she took our order.The food was pretty fire. After we were finished eating, we had stacked all our dishes to let it be known that we were finished and ready to go. They usually have those machines where you can pay on your own, but ours was dead. 15 minutes later, the same busy bartender notices us from across the room and comes over and helps us, again. We had been walked past by multiple waiters and waitresses and nobody batted an eye when it obvious that we hadn’t been served, or checked in on, or helped when we were finished and ready to go. Not to mention we were there for over an hour total and we never got a refill or checked in on the entire visit. Shoutout to the busy bartender girl (I didn’t get her name) that was working 5/22/23 at around 7:30pm. You made the experience better & we appreciate you. 🤍

I am not even left the restaurant yet and have to leave this rating - the service is horrible, the food is dry and had TWO hairs in the dressing, and we had to find someone to ask for water after waiting for 15 minutes. One table next to us didnt even get acknowledged for the last 45 minutes we were there. Horrible, horrible service. Not to mention, when we tried to remedy the incorrect food items, we were met with more attitude.

Update: Sunday, May 19, 2024 PMMy son likes Chili’s and I usually just go along for the ride. But recently they’ve been hitting a home run .Tonight they were out of mozzarella cheese sticks which was disappointing.But because I had the app we had complementary chips and dip. The chips were OK…the dip is like tomato juice…NOT good!Of course we ordered off of the three for $10.99 menu. I’m sure that’s what 80% of the people were ordering. They were very busy. We had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes.We both ordered the Smashburger. It was very good. Cooked to order. Pink inside. Still juicy. Seem like quality meat. I added an extra patty to my burger $5. The drink comes with the deal. I had iced tea. My son had the raspberry tea. I had the cream of potato soup which was OK. Nothing special. My son had a salad which he enjoyed. I opted for broccoli with a side of mayo instead of french fries. My son had the fries which were OK.Considering how busy they were the service was OK.For all that, our bill was under $30 for two people. Compare that to McDonald’s outrageous prices. No wonder Chili’s was so busy!I’m sure we will return at some!———————Update: Wednesday, November 29, 2023 PMWe gave Chili’s another chance tonight.We had the mozzarella cheese appetizer and that was good. Could’ve been a little fresher and hotter but it was passable.My son had a double cheeseburger and fries which he was happy with.I had the choose two items which included half a rack of ribs and couple of chicken strips with elote corn on the cob and fries. Everything was hot and fresh including the chicken strips except for the RIBS.The ribs were miserable! Dried out like jerky. They should’ve been thrown out and not served. Maybe that was part of the problem. Possibly they pre-cook a lot of the popular food items so it’s ready when somebody orders it. But… I can’t handle that because then it’s soggy and barely warm. Such as several of the items that I ordered were. First was the fried mozzarella cheese appetizer. Last time we were there we really enjoyed it. This time not so much. They were barely warm inside. I had the hamburger last time and I enjoyed it. Lea was our server.Chili’s is a step up from Applebee’s.I ordered a basic hamburger with two patties, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. I asked for it to be cooked medium. It was not medium but it was still OK. Seems like quality meat. I was happy with it and I would order it again. Instead of fries I had the Mexican style corn on the cob. That was very tasty.My son ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and he was happy with that.If you check in the app every 45 days and make a minimum of five dollar purchase, you get complementary chips and salsa! Sunday June 18 2023 on Father’s Day. I walk in and got seated right away with my 2 boys After a long fun day at six flag. We place our order and got our appetizer and drinks pretty fast. As we waited for nearly 1hr and half and was never check up on by the waiter who took our order. She never bother on updating us or asking how we were doing. Air Conditioning was cold too so my boys were cold and tired of waiting. But she sure check up on other people around her. We saw about 5 other tables get severed before us when we arrive before them. Our order wasn’t even hard to make. We never got our food so we left. I was pretty mad at this experience. I’ve been to multiple chilis and the waiter always check up on us to see how we we’re doing. I had a pocket full of cash waiting to tip the pretty young lady too. But we got look at a different way. Step up your customer service. Show some integrity and own up to it. Didn’t even get a apology or sorry.

A nice place to have a meal, by yourself or with a group. The restaurant is big and can accommodate groups of all sizes. Thr food is good, but the service is better. We had Safari as our Server, and she was nothing less than spectacular. She was quick, and we never had to wait for her to come around. Very pleased with her work.We had a party of 6 and had a really great time.

Came in and sat at the bar. Im not sure if the bar top was cleaned with bleach, but the smell was strong. My eyes were irritated even 30 minutes after I got home. The service was also very slow. It took a long time before I was even greeted. Once I was acknowledged, the service was very good.

Came in with a group of six for a quick lunch at 11:45 am on Wednesday. Julie was quick to ask us for our order. We all ordered one of the two lunch specials. I ordered and asked for a cheesecake dessert to go for our boss. Was asked if I wanted to put it on one of my friends bill. (Why would I want to do that?). Food came out slowly a bit at a time, one order was wrong, and my friend could not eat the chicken which looked like it had been microwaved too long. Waited and waited for the check. One of us had to go up and find someone because we were going to be late. (1:10) I never got my salad and was charged $9 for the cheesecake (which also didnt have). Had to leave - let them know I never got the salad and why so much for the dessert that should have been charged with the lunch special? Was told I should have ordered it with my friends specials and there is nothing that can be done. What? My daughter is a server and I know they can make things right. Had to leave, already late. Not a fun experience.

Got to the restaurant and no one greeted us. Waited for a few minutes and the Bartender came to greet us, and it was apparent that everyone was cleaning. I checked my phone and saw that they were closing at 10pm. It was 9:20pm. I said oh my bad thought you closed at 11pm we can go across the street to BJs. Bartender assured us it was fine and there was plenty of time.Well that was a lie. Food was barely cooked, tasted awful, and got the pleasure of laughs and giggles from the staff in the kitchen...I will never eat at Chilis again. Good luck if you do. I would definitely get there early and hope the staff is having a good day!!!!

Ordered pick up several times. My order keeps getting messed up. Missing items wrong drinks. Salad all brown and slimy. Food unable to eat because of the sandwiches were all Grissle. I finally complained to the manager. I was told my money would be refunded. It never was. I called again and was told it would be refunded. Never happened. Placed an online order (1/8/23) for carside pickup. Arrived 5 minutes early and checked in via link on app. After 5 minutes AFTER scheduled pick up, tried calling restaurant to get an update. Cycled through on hold 3 times (press 1 to continue to hold) after which was disconnected. Finally, at 10 minutes after the long-estimate for my order being ready, got out of my vehicle, in the rain, and went inside. After expressing my frustration (politely) to the first employee to approach me, was told I have nothing to do with that. Asked for a manager. A gentleman came up and listened to my experience, asked my name, and handed me my order that had been sitting on their shelves behind register with a very soft sorry about that as the only response. Left, still quite frustrated and to no surprise got home and the food was cold. WORST experience ever. Will NOT return to this Chilis and will second guess going to any other locations in the future. This used to be our favorite place, but the menu has changed, and service has gotten horrible. Lots of other places to dine at a similar price point and better food and service.

The overall experience was fine. I chose to sit at the bar because it was just me. That turned out not to be the best choice. It took a significantly long time (>6 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge my presence. I actually had to wave at her to get her attention). That was a big turnoff. Nonetheless the food was fine after I finally received it. Just wish the bartender was more attentive.

Very poor service.We went there on Oct. 31 night.. it was so busy. finally, we get a table for 8 & sit down. We order appetizers.. It takes long to receive all of our orders. She forgets to bring basic things to our table like silverware, napkins, saucers, cups..When much time passed by, & it was time to order the entrees, she tells us that the oven does not work so we cant order beef, they dont have this that sauce.. I wish she had told me earlier. So, I would have gone to another restaurant.on top of that, portion sizes were so small.. & they serve us a burnt piece of chicken. She replaces that piece of meat with another small one.We had to request for everything a few times like cups, saucers, silverware, plastic bag..With such poor service & we had to wait so long to receive the food.. we decided not to go back to this restaurant. Too bad because I went there after several years.The food is just average.. dry, not much flavor. . & very small portion sizes for high prices per order.After the poor service given, a discount +senior discount would have helped on the full bill. There were 2 seniors in our group.

The reason for our visit today was because we received a gift card, so we decided to try chilis for the second time. I placed my order online and my husband went to pick it up. He waited outside for curbside to bring it out to him after checking in. He waited 20 minutes and no one came out. I called the store multiple times and no one answered. After waiting and additional 10 minutes he finally went inside to grab our order that had been sitting on the counter for what I am assuming was 30 minutes. When we sat down to eat, his burger had onions which I requested to be taken off, my pasta was incorrect. I ordered chicken and got shrimp instead (Im not a fan of seafood). Our food was cold, so we had to reheat it in the microwave. Although our soups were delicious and cheesecake was good, we will not be returning.

I gave one star because it does not let me leave a zero star review. Went in with my family, they served 6 others that arrived after us. The staff was very rude. They obviously look like did not want to work. Ended up leaving and going elwhere. The most horrible customer service i have experienced. It was unacceptable how rude they were acting. Even the managers behavior was unacceptable. He said you are welcome to leave if you dont like it. Do we did. Would not recommend it here.

Wouldn’t be writing this review if the situation got handled but it did not. On march 15th I ate here with my children and ordered the 3 for 10 and 2 kids meals. Paid by card on the little machine at the table and requested my receipt be emailed to me. Upon getting home I checked my email and seen the receipt in which I was wayyyyy overcharged. I called the restaurant and spoke to a man and told him what happened and gave him my check number that was in the receipt and told him who my waiter was I believe her name is safari. She was nice she just didn’t ring up the order correctly. No big deal, It happens. Easy fix… He informed me that her shift was over and he could not reopen the check without her. He took down all my info and said he would be calling me back. Well here I am 3 days later no call back no refund on my bank statement. Also they didn’t have ANY wine so I tried a margarita I requested something not sweet.I got it and tried it and I didn’t drink it at all it didn’t taste good to me. That also should’ve been taken care of. So I paid more than double the amount I should’ve and am still waiting for it to be fixed.

It was super hot inside when we got there. The heater was on full blast and made me sweat. The food took a while to come to our table, but was good and fresh. The waiter didnt bring us the dressing we asked for to put on the salad at the beginning. Also they didnt refill our drinks till we finished our food. The front entrance door windows were filled with handprints. Those windows should be kept clean and entrance area clean. I told the front desk to pick up napkins in lobby. I did request to clean my table and seats. The front desk person did it for us We would have done it ourself...We like a clean safe disinfected environment.Maybe the front counter person can be responsible for the entrance. Our experience was very enjoyable. Although the restaurant was fairly crowded we were seated quickly. Our server was polite, professional and thoughtful. The bartender came over and took our drink orders, brought them over, and then took our dinner order. We started with the cups and guac. My friend ordered a margarita and instead of coming in an appropriate class, it came in a water glass. The fries were very good though even if there werent many of themI had to ask for silver ware so I could eat and a glass of water again. When I asked for a refill on my iced coffee the server brought me a glass that she had poured hot coffee over ice and it had melted all the ice and I got watered down coffee. After we paid the bill I went to the restroom and there was water all over the place on the floor. Even though the food was good the price doesnt warrent what we were charged. I understand now why there were so few customers in the place. Until they get their act together I would never go back and would be utterly ashamed to let anyone know that I had been there. They do have a decent menu but there are too many restrictions such as not being able to get happy hour specials outside of the bar and not being able to to accommodate customers beevage requests and having a wet bathroom floor. The lighting was dark and we had to find a table where we could read the menu. This was the second time I ate there: my first and my last.The management has reached out to me and I received gift cards to try the restaurant againI will update this review again after we try the place s second time.

The manager, Chris, was incredibly hospitable. We sat near the entrance and had the opportunity to observe much of his actions. He greeted guests at the door, which included inquiring about specific occasions for large party reservations, birthdays, etc. He cleared tables, assisted servers, and addressed customer concerns. I would like to add that it seems these days individuals will complain just to gain. The table next to us expressed a concern about their food. Chris did everything possible to resolve the issue, but they stood fast to their negative attitudes as if free food was the goal. I can only hope that now a days hard workers are acknowledged for their professional commitment to the companies, agencies, corporations, etc. they work for and that the negativity from some patrons does not overshadow their continued dedication. If you doing doordash orders be careful your food might arrive open and all over the bag potentially touched etc . Some staff members just dont care about your food . I recommend you pick it up if ordering they sloppy for sure. Hey chilis get your staff together they getting paid the least they can do is make sure the food is closed and properly secured for the customers . Unless yall like reimbursing customers for wasted food. Get it together.

Amazing! They were quick, the food was great and they got my whole entire order right the first time and whats nice about it is they serve your food in clear to go boxes so you can see everything you ordered easily without having to open everything up to make sure they got your order right! Every time I get the chips and salsa, the chips are extremely salty. I wish they wouldnt come with salt on them at all because of the extreme amount of salt is on them. Chilis has been an all-time favorite of mine and my children. And I always get comp chips and salsa but how can I enjoy them when theyre going to raise my blood pressure?

So I went chilis with my family and first off the restaurant was in disarray and gross, no buser apparently. Then there was a long wait even though the place was half empty, then we were finally seated and the drinks were watered down, we ordered BlackBerry iced tea and it tasted like water. Then my aunt ordered a half rack of ribs and it was tough and bland and she couldnt even eat it, had to send it back and was disappointed in the menu options. My own meal was lackluster and a bit cold. Then when dealing with the bill was overpriced and not worth the meal. Would not return.

If ever in Stockton, this is one of the better mainstream restaurants to break bread. Plenty of seating if waiting on your table to be ready. Servers are polite with the right amount of check ins, not over bearing for their tips. Drinks come to you quick and you might make a new friend!

Wow. The disappointment was just unreal. We order the chicken crispers as an appetizer, which were under cooked and caused me and my boyfriend to have diarrhea 30mins later. I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Tacos as the entree, it blew my mind to get stale flour tortillas, the shrimp was decent, but the rice hard which I left alone and the beans were watery. My boyfriend ordered the rib-eye which came greasy AND OVER COOKED, a combo I didn’t think was possible. The broccoli that came with his meal was dry and very distasteful, the only thing he enjoyed was the loaded mash potatoes. The New York cheesecake and service is the only reason I gave the restaurant any stars. Sierra, our server was nice and pleasant. Definitely not worth the prices they are charging. Go across the street to BJ’s their food was cheaper with extremely better quality!!!!!!

The food in this restaurant is usually pretty doggone good. I had ordered Cajun chicken pasta, it was okay, just not enough of that Cajun flavour that I like. Other than that, I really loved the margarita & the mango iced tea, both were really flavorful and I though the cheese cake was ohhh so good. The employees were freindly, couteous & quick getting your orders & your food. Nice clean restrooms, a bar & tvs. This restaurant is conveniently located near malls, other stores and other places of interest.

This Chili’s is one of the worst. Everytime me and my family want to come eat there. They always tell us if we are on the waiting list and we say no they say they can’t take anymore people? But few other people before us were able to get on the waiting list? This already had happened to us 3 times now. Just know me and my family will never be going to this chili’s anymore. We always get disappointed doesn’t matter what time we go they always tell us we can’t get on the list.

The girl wanted to get me off the phone even reading me back my correct order and got brocolli instead of the corn on the cobs that I wanted. She was in such a hurry that she got thing wrong. She so rudely that it was hard to understand her. So when I respected the order she seemed upset. She didnt even say thank you. I doubt youll do anything it will a while before returning.

Goodbye old FriendI have always been a Chilis fan. Have always loved their food and always love their atmosphere. That all changed today. I go to Chilis every birthday, and at least 2 times a month. But today was absolutely dreadful. The service was horrible. The food came cold and anyone who charges 8 dollars for a tall Coors light is nuts. I ordered the smokehouse combo with the chicken tenders and ribs. Street corn and fries were the accompaniment. The chicken tenders were getting hard from the cold and the ribs were dry and luke warm. I thought last time I came the disgusting sloppy mess of sliders was a fluke. To my dismay this was the beginning of a trend apparently in the chilis franchise. I am so disenchanted that they could do this on my birthday, 40th at that. Time to find another restaurant after 12 years. Such a disappointment.

One of the best times weve ever had was going out on a double date with Mathew, the girls, and I & along with, My Sissy Dorthy (who has since passed away) & My Brother in Law Mitchell . NEVER EVER GO HERE FOR YOUR MOMS BIRTHDAY! We checked in at 730PM party OF 6. Seated at 750. Np.Told them were here to celebrate moms 63rd bday.Ordered 3 steak dinners and a 18.99 sampler meal . So four plates all had to be RETURNED.We specifically ordered2 med.steak pink but not bloody.And 1 well well done.Waited almost an hour for our plates... 2 people got salad some had to wait for their meal to come to get the salad. Steaks came out way over cooked no pink at all. And the well done came few min later pink . Sent it back too. The sampler plate had corn so so dry an old EVEN the butter never melted.The chicken strips were dark and crumbled inedible, and the ribs were the same way..all 3 plates looked micorvaved then cooled (probably to serve all together)Still gross to have juices from half a plate of broccoli and dry mash that was so small and stuck on the plate. After waiting another hour got 2 more steaks same thing 1 over cooked and the other one so Raw (see pick):( my mom waited over 2 1/2 hours for her meal .sides were cold .and steak too too raw that she couldnt eat it.Customer service was the worst!I never felt so bad and mistreated! The server didnt care the manager didnt seem to care either (she checked us in knew how long we waited by this time)said sorry were a little busy we can remake for the 3rd time but will be another 15 min or so..Our server even asked us if we was going to leave considering the wait and all the mess ups so we finally left at 10pm.My mom never got to eat steak . They did not fix the steak problem. Didnt offer anything special or extra or even an apology Seemed like they didnt want my 6 party guest to eat there. It was supposed to be dinner for my brothers born day, and there was no napkins or food devises in site. When we got our food that is,we notice and was not asked for any. So i used my bad back to get food devises and brought them back.We get to eatin and the food looked ill just say half ashed /rushed, it was problly 930 when we got the food.My corn was steamed with my cousins shrimp i think so i had shrimp tasting corn with my unhealthy lookin half rack of an undeveloped calf.. all jokes aside. there was not a lot of meat Im saying.My wifes cajun chicken pasta was just slathered in cheese,chicken looked steamed as well Im only saying because there was no grill marks at all on them and very little cajun on her meal and the toast was steamed to pretty sure,not toasted at all. there was multiple checks also. ill just say there was more of the under seasoning of the meat and wrong dressings on wings which came too late because they had no apatite and took it home.Last but not least when myMom is waiting for her check while i was locked out because we went out to smoke.the MANAGER proceeds to assume my wife is f#%@#n pregnant and ask her how far along along are youso disrespectful!Someone forgot my dessert so its in the fridge now.Oh and the beer was flat!Didnt finish it..
