The staff was very friendly and attentive. Appetizers were hot and fresh. We had the Cajun shrimp pasta, bacon ranch cheese burger, surf and turf and the smokehouse combo. Also tried the lava cake it is big enough for two people and the cheese cake slice is huge.

The chicken cajun pasta was excellent 9/10. We also had the 3 dip appetizers. The egg rolls and Nashville hot chicken tenders were delicious 9/10. The chicken wings had no flavor, maybe bc my husband didnt want it diped in any sauce. He also had the steak Fajitas he said it was a 7/10. We also had their 6 dollars margaritas, and for 6 bucks, it was definitely a good 9/10. Overall, we got 4 drinks, appetizers, and two full meals for 100 dollars. You cant beat that! Excellent customer service.

Upon entering we were promptly seated & our friendly waiter gave us all the time we needed to order. My sister treated me for my belated birthday . We all both ordered the 3-way combo special. Mine was ribs, sausage & the NEW Nashville chicken crispers were simply delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection.Then we ordered drinks. I am a lemon drop fan and always judge a bartender on their lemon drop skills. My bartender was amazing,she fashioned a delicious watermelon 🍉 lemon drop that was so damn good I personally told the bartender she created the perfect watermelon lemon drop and told her she earned 5 stars. If only I could remember her name. She is a cute tiny Asian woman with a million dollar personality. I havent visited a Chilis since 2022 it was nice to be back.

Shout out to Phina for making a dinner at chilis memorable! She values her customers by giving you attentiveness and is very friendly. Our favorite items on the menu are burgers and boneless buffalo wings! We also enjoy their monthly special margaritas! Phina of course made sure everything was hot and fresh. I like Chili’s the chips and salsa are awesome and they are all you can eat. Their consistency is thin and crisp. They have a 3 for $10 that comes with a drink of your choice (non alcoholic), a small appetizer soup, salad, or chips and salsa for example, an entree in this case I got the Cajun chicken pasta but I believe they also have a bacon burger and the chicken crispers on there as well. For dessert I highly recommend the chocolate molten lava cake! It’s great. I unfortunately haven’t been able to order it since I’ve been too full but it’s always my favorite to order when I go to Chili’s.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Made us feel very welcome with a child. They offered highchair and childrens menu with crayons. Food was OK. We both had fajitas chicken steak and shrimp that couldve been grilled longer on a hotter grill. They way it was served had no grill marks or grilled flavor as if it were boiled. Not the best. The restaurant offers lots of parking for this upbeat fast pace establishment.

Its been quite sometime since weve came to Chilis. My better half and I have done a lifestyle change, so it was very nicevto have some great options on the menu to pick from.The service was very good and pretty quick. It wasnt busy but there was a decent crowd of diners during the time we were there.My wife had the steak with asparagus and I had salmon with a double portion of broccoli instead of rice. The meal looked great and tasted great also. Cant wait to go back to explore more options on the menu.

Always a great experience. I had the burger and a cocktail the wife had a mixed sample platter. Burger was great and my wife liked hers. PRO TIP - we always get the southwestern egg rolls... So good.Just a great place to eat love the atmosphere and the food is always great. Sitting near the bar where multiple TVs are going showing different channels, for a quick in and out. Or grab a booth for a more intimate cozy dining experience. I love how they have the 2 options.

We visited the Vacaville restaurant on Friday evening. The service from Pat was friendly and efficient. My husband and son enjoyed their hamburgers, but i was less enthused with my chicken sandwich. To me the crispy chicken tasted like the oil had been reused, giving it a bitter taste that deadened my enjoyment. I opted for their special sauce—sort of a honey-mustard-barbecue-Chik-fil-A taste. My jury is still out on the sauce. My daughter’s “chicken crispers,” on the other hand, were lightly battered and not bitter. Our appetizer, Texas loaded fries, was underwhelming. They had bacon bits that I mistook for microscopic, overcooked dots of beef. Not an appealing presentation, unfortunately. These fries had a very thin ranch sauce. The fries were okay. Be advised that the fries are highly seasoned. My son liked his hot cookie dessert, served with a slight bit of chocolate sauce and some ice cream. I liked my “Castaway” rum cocktail. Very good. This meal was not bad—just not my favorite. The food came quickly, and prices were not bad, which is helpful. The bill for four, including the cocktail, dessert, appetizer, meals, tip and taxes, was $115.

The first thing I look at in a restaurant is, is it clean? Yes, this Chilis was very clean.The service was fast, and the server was friendly & attentive.The food was well prepared, with good flavor, and it was nicely placed on the plates.The Chicken tortilla/enchilada soup is THE BOMB! Never disappointing. Never. MmmmmPlenty of parking.Id highly recommend this establishment for a good, hearty meal.To the manager I say......keep up the good work in presenting Chilis as a worthy place to have good food, service and make memories with family & friends. Visited last night and was really put off by how dirty the entry door was. Like it hasnt been cleaned in months. Such an easy thing to do as it is really the face of the business. Upon being seated the windows next to us was a mess with dirty kids hand prints. When I see things like this, it makes me think of how dirty are the places you dont see like the kitchen... The bathroom was a mess as well. All in all food and service was good. The management needs to take take more care in presenting a clean, comfortable place to eat.Tonight, foods and drinks came really fast! Wings were just alright. The drums were bigger than usual but not cooked enough for me. They werent crispy. Everything else was on spot.Went tonight and the game had just finished. The bar was wide open, clean and reset. Bartender was are usual and awesome. Drinks were 💯% and food great and we got our food fast. Great little meal for two under $50.

This was my first time at this Chilis and it was the best food Ive had in ages. They did a great job with the social distancing and sanitation. The bartender was friendly and my friend and I each had a different margarita and then shared one. She had the presidential and I had the coconut margarita, then wet shared a normal one. All were delicious, but were agreed my Coconut one was the winner by far! Chicken wings came fast and just how I wanted them. My friend ordered the fried pickles and said they were great! We shared the pick 3 fajita platter with Carnitas, Shrimp, and Steak. Not much carnitas, but all of it was phenomenal. I would absolutely drive the 50 minutes from home to go there again! Im glad Tahoe Joes didnt have room for us! Walk in, roll out! If you havent been here, give it a try!

Great tribute to veterans on Veterans Day this year. Much appreciated!03/04/2024Went today for some ribs. The ribs were fine. I was very disappointed with the sauce. I was expecting something a little bit special for Chili’s. First of all I wasn’t made aware of the option of a dry rub. So the dish was served with mediocre sauce slathered on way too thick.Roasted sweet corn was cold and tuff. I wouldn’t recommend it. Fries weren’t as good as several fast food burger joints. So, not much to recommend this trip.

Un real how you can walk in and stand there for 10 minutes and nobody helps you. There was 8 seats at the bar with only 3 people sitting there, but the bartender who clearly wasnt busy couldnt clean off the previous customers plates to allow new customers to sit and allow someone to sit standing there waiting in plain view. There was no hostess to speak of either. Never got offered a seat anywhere so I had to leave and get food elsewhere since they dont want to serve theirs.

I personally was disappointed in my food I had a bacon cheeseburger, simple shouldnt be complicated but it had zero seasoning it was dry my wife enjoyed her shrimp dish for the most part but the vegetables were a bit over cooked. Service was quick and correct. Our waitress was on top of our service, but she wasnt too sure of the bar menu (What beers were on top vs bottle vs available). Overall, it was a 5 star visit with our large party! With that said, my wife wanted more flavor to the salmon dinner she had, and wasnt impressed with the egg roll thing we had for an appetizer. We were greeted and seated quickly. The location we sat in, the sun was pretty bad coming thru the windows. Couldnt find anyone to lower the blinds, i did it my self. Our server Lizzy, was pleasant to speak and joke with. Lizzy made our time at this location rather enjoyable. We order our meal and drinks which we got our drinks quickly and they were done right, no bad tasting flovors. The meal we ordered was out really quick as well and hot. The curly fries didnt have the taste like from some other locations, but not all location fo it the same. They had television in all parts of the room which made it easy to watch sports (football) on the television. When it was time to pay our bill, it was quick and easy. Also, we didnt have any issues to speak of. Ask for Lizzy when you come for dinner. This server will make sure you have not just a good meal but an enjoyable time. In short you will have a good dinner experience, be at ease finding a good location to park and watch the game all in the same location.

What a great experience!! Excellent hospitality, great choices(I’m gluten and dairy free) and fast service. The best part was their overall attitude. I was in the area because my cat had been hit by a car and I had just spent the entire day at the hospital. I have eaten at Chilis before and it was nice. This time, the only good thing about my husbands and my visit was the food. My steak was good, quesadilla was good for my husband, but the attention from the server was below par, even for the dinner rush. Had a great time with my family of 4 at Chilies on a Friday night.Food is always on point at Chilis and the have great deals like the 3 for $10.On this day, Miss Megan was our awesome server, she was attentive and quick with suggestions. Always checking in on our table, with drinks,extra ranch and more napkins and hot sauce and stuff.Only reason for not giving them 5 stars is the wait time has been horrible lately. She did the bare minimum. But the food was NOT good. My husbands oder was wrong. Our waitress was awesome, super friendly and attentive. My dad drinks an insane amount of tea and she did a great job of keeping up with his draining cups of tea. The hostess who seated us though, was flat out rude. My dad didn’t know we would need a mask on the walk to a table so when she reminded him to put one on he grabbed a bandana really quick and put it over his face as his face covering. When someone else seated us she was giving him the nastiest look for using his bandana apparently? I understand being mad at customers sometimes. I’ve worked customer service. But I seriously don’t know what her problem was and you should never look at or act like that toward a customer. Our waitress apologized for how the hostess acted toward my dad. So to the hostess: hide your emotions better. Customers see your dirty looks.

The waitress who took our order failed to give said order to kitchen. Proceeded to disappear for 45 minutes. Waited at table for our food for 2 hours. Took so long that we had to get up and ask what on earth they were doing! People all around the restaurant who came in hours after us got their food ahead of us. Some even came in ate for an hour and still had time to get up and leave before we ever saw our food. We got tired of waiting and had to request that our food be made to go, because it was getting so late. We have little children that should not be forced to go for so long without eating. When we finally took our food home, we were horrified at the state and quality of our meal. Nothing was completely well done. The chicken looked like it had been cooked in a microwave. Lacked flavor and color. The beef was supposed to be well done, but was completely under cooked. The barbecue ribs were horrendous. Was messy and left much to be desired. This was the worst experience at Chilis ever! I dont recommend this place.

Waitress walked past four times without acknowledging or asking the name for the to go order. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and when they delivered it the fries were cold and chewy tried 2 before sending back .The sandwich was soft and had a soggy bun. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at Chilis. We waited to be seated for 10 mins, even though servers were constantly looking at us while putting condiments on the table. It took 20 mins for the server to take our order. Another couple had their order taken and brought to them before we even ordered our food even though they arrived 10 mins after us. And then an extra 15 mins to get our bill. The southwest soup and salsa were good but the rest of the food was terrible. Over half of the chips were broken. And the margarita chicken was rubbery and the tortillas in the enchiladas were undercooked. The server was extremely sarcastic at the end. If anyone is thinking of coming here, I would highly recommend looking at other restaurants around.

I wish I could say our experience was at least 1 star, unfortunately it was not. This system requires you pick at least one star. so I did. Here are the reasons why....arrived and they wanted us to sit in a table and chairs. we noticed 3 booths open and asked if we could be seated there. When she finally came back with it she said oh they left the onions in it. do you want me to have them redo it? I said no she then said I did check your ticket to make sure I keyed it correctly and it did say no onions uhhh thats means when she came by earlier she noticed the onions and dont say anything then, ugh....my daughter had to use the restroom so off we go. As we passed the front the manager was just standing talking with 2 other employees. Now it is all making since....as we entered the restroom there was toilet paper, feminine hygiene and not sure what else on the floor. As we were washing our hands a girl that worked there opened the door and was messing with the paper towel dispenser, she reached to check the one we were at and noticed we were there, oh sorry Im just checking the paper towels she stated and then was going to leave. I told uh you might want to check the floor in that one and point to the stall with the mess.....back at the table our waitress hadnt come back. We finished eating and then decided to pay on the little table top computer. she then stopped and asked if there was anything else. Nope we were done.

Always a plesant experiance when we come to chilis in vacaville. First time in awhile and they changed up the menu a little. The new spicy shrimp tacos are so good. There was a few burgers I am totally going back to try. Took 1 start way because we had to ask three times for my husbands beer, but everything else was spot on.

Had the baby back ribs with corn, wife had the chicken enchiladas. Ribs were just ok, enchiladas seemed like a reheated frozen dinner. Both very bland. Likely wont go back, at least the prices were not too high.

I used to work here in the 90s and every time I eat here now Im disappointed in how the quality and portions have went down and the prices have went up. I got the nachos and they were overcooked and half the portion they used to be. Too bad, probably not eating at Chilis again.
