I used to love this place! The dentist and staff are still kind and still do their work, but all the fun perks that made this place stand out are disappearing.They used to have ipads on the walls with games, and those are gone and paint is peeling off the walls.They used to play movies for the kids in the waiting room, and those tvs are off half the time now. They originally used to have a movie room, but that was converted a while back and its no longer available.They used to have water and a Keurig for the parents, and those are gone now.They used to have little prizes and balloons for when the kids finished, and those are no longer offered.It all adds up to a place that has lost much of its charm, which is high up in the list for when people are considering where to take their children.

I have 5 children, all under 10 years old, and we came in full herd and they handled us very well. The doctor came in and had a beautiful demeanor with the kids and a sense of humor which I appreciated. We appreciate your awesome care and all the great personalities that work there.

As a clinic that prides themselves of serving dental care for all patients I’m very disappointed. As a parent of a special needs child I will not be bringing my child back to this facility. The staff needs to be better trained to work with children of different backgrounds. I do not appreciate my child being threatened that they are not getting a “sticker or toy” if they dont sit still. My child sat still for the staff member, however, they were not ready to complete their duties and prolonged the time it would take to get the xrays done. In the future, staff should be clocked in and ready to go when calling patients over and they should definitely look over the patients chart to see that they are a nonverbal 3 year old autistic child.

Only words I can describe it as are fun,quick, and easy. The extra things they have to entertain the kids and their workers are amazing.There are hard working people there and I appreciate all of them one in particular was a girl named Ashley. She was wearing glasses and her kindness and respect were amazing and I am sure everyone is like that but she was one of the few people I interacted with while being there. Over all amazing.

I came in 3/5/24 they took pictures did my daughters cleaning said she needed work done on one of her teeth so they set an appointment for the next day. Great they where fast and awesome well when we came in the next day their was different staff and when I tell you they lack professionalism like it’s unreal. Made me wait more than hr just to get her a room and when we got one the dentist assistant were shady and not prioritizing my daughter put laughing gas for More than 30 min when the job was 10 min or lesss the dentist would leave and come back as if my daughter was a joke. This is place is shady and will lie just get money out of you. They pick and choose who they want to treat like a human. It’s disgusting

Everyone in the office was very friendly and patient. My daughter immediately starting crying and panicking when they called her name. We went to a room and he was very patient with her crying and he just talked to her and explained what hecwas doing and that it wouldnt hurt. She still cried but let him do what he needed. She also freaked out during x-rays and the girl doing x-rays was also very patient and took her time helping her calm down! I would highly recommend Childrens Choice Dental.

Every single visit my kids have is a welcoming, respectful and warm greeting from all the staff and the staff is also prompt at our appointment time. 100% across the board, bring your kids here!

Very rude dentists. No hello, no introduction. Numbed my son without having the numing cream work first, before having injected him with the numing medicine. Dentists took off for 20 min. Came back in the room sat and left within 10min. No direction from the dentists. I would not recommend this facility.

Yikes! No privacy. Visible dirt everywhere. Patient are rounded up in center of room like farm animals. Maybe ok for subsidized free care but not me! Ive earned my healthcare option with my own hard work not charity

Love this place. The wait time is just extremely long, other than that it’s a nice friendly place! Highly recommend especially dentist is so friendly and soothing to children, even songs to them to distract them. Amazing technic.
