I wish I could leave negative stars. We had an appointment to meet with Mike Chiesl at a home at 10am. We drove an hour to view this home and Mike just did not show up, and his cell phone went straight to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend working with these people. So disappointing.

There is no way to fully describe what a game changer Mike and his team were for our family during the sale of our home and purchase of new property. His professionalism and expertise got us above asking price for our house in less than a week. What I was most impressed with was his experience in negotiating to put us our new dream home in a very competitive market. Every one of his team members went way above and beyond to walk us through the complexities of selling and buying at the same time. My wife and I would have been in way over our heads if we didn’t have Mike to rely on. I can’t recommend this team enough.

Working with the Chiesl Group was overall an amazing experience. Even though Mike is consistently negotiating and at the forefront of communication between the buyer and sellers, his team was there for every step of the way. Amy Jones did an excellent job at being readily available when we had any issues, concerns, or questions during the process. David Knox was knowledgeable and also willing to help in any way he could. The Chiesl Group is the best youll find in the San Diego area. When mywife and I relocated to Southern California they took the time to understand our needs, explain the home buying process, and helped us develop a thorough understanding of the local market. My fiance (a marine) and I were referred to the Chiesl group by a well-trusted friend, so we knew we were off to a great start. We were planning both a cross-country move and buying a house all at once. I cannot say enough nice things about the Chiesl group and those we worked with.Our realtor, Lindsey was so helpful and kind, even face-timing and sending videos of potential purchases to me while I was still on the East Coast. She worked very closely with my fiance and took all of our input/desires very seriously. You could tell she was very invested in finding a good home for us.Along the way we also worked with Nate, David, and Mike himself! I have nothing but good things to say about how helpful they all were and how supportive and understanding they were during our cross-country communication. This, being a military family, was more important than anything else throughout the process. Buying a house is scary especially for the first time. When I first walked into the meeting with The Mike Chisel Group I was nervous but Mike and his team put all my nerves at ease.
