I was the only one in the store when i ordered. It took 12 minutes to get my dine in order. The food was semi warm. I would understand if i had to wait because the food was being cooked but that was clearly not the case. No napkins or sauces delivered with my food and it is all behind the counter so i had to wait again until somebody noticed me standing at the counter. I am used to much better service at chick fil a. This was my first visit to this location.

They really struggle with their drive through. These minimum $20 an hour employees (by law in California ), can quote your order perfectly, but its never whats in the bag 🤦🏻‍♂️ For example, my last three drive through orders were all quoted perfectly at the window, but the food in the bag wasnt correct at all. Three for three, or rather 100% failure. Its sad these kids have been brainwashed into entitlement by marxist schools, and they cant even bag a food order correctly 🤦🏻‍♂️

I had to write a review. I ordered 3 large fries and this is what I get served, 3 boxes half full ☹️ so disappointed. So check you bags before you walk away. Definitely did not get my money’s worth.

Their food is awesome, of course, I had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe, the only reason I didnt give more stars is because I came here with two of my gfs, they ordered together before me and some lady walked up while I had been standing there waiting my turn, the cashier literally rang her up in-between them ordering and myself and then just said oh sorry about that, I thought it was just a refill ...um ok, as soon as you realized it wasnt, you ring up the person who was already standing there waiting...how freakin rude!!!

This location used to have friendly staff. Now the employees stare at you with frowns. They don’t greet you. They silently hand you your food while staring at you as if they hope you just leave. Very unwelcoming place. Edit: added picture of waffle fries. Mostly small pieces and not whole slices.

The APP keeps double charging my card. That’s not the fault of this restaurant, but my complaint with them is they are slow, very slow. Many times I’ll be standing around with other customers and managers will be hanging out and basically just cutting up and acting as though their job is to stand over people, but not help out. It won’t happen until they see us get frustrated when after 15-20 minutes we are still waiting for our order then ask us what our name is. I’ll give them my name, and then they’ll ask the people in the back to prepare them.Nobody is on top of this place. I’ve seen really well ran CFA restaurants and this is not even close. Rarely do they get people inside to eat. It’s just not an inviting place to go. They operator needs to get in there and fix their restaurant. It’s bad enough that I’m now paying $10 a day for two items of food, but now it’s not very good and the wait is ridiculous. I’m probably not going back unless I’m desperate for food and it’s an only choice.

Service is amazing, have never had a bad interaction or messed up order from this location! It is in a tricky spot, I recommend parking in the ralphs/CVS parking instead of the chick fil a lot as it gets really hectic. Drive thru can also get pretty hectic as the line seems to be too small for the current building and the line will spill into the lot

I work at another Chickfila location and this was nowhere near cfa standards. My order was on screen for 12 minutes. For reference, it’s considered a long wait once it hits 4 minutes. Employees were just standing around talking. One employee had long acrylic nails which im pretty sure is against cfa code. Just don’t come here.

I had the worst experience getting my meal with my kids at this location. We wanted to redeem our points and we made the mistake and Eric was the person called himself the supervisor and laughing at us because we made the mistake for redeem the points and I ask them for 10 Sauce for chicken sandwich, two large fries, 8 pieces chicken, and 4 pieces if chicken strips and he dropped 3 and we asked again still he was acting unprofessional. He kept asking if you want me to fix the issue park the car and come inside but I came to Drive trough because I had a bad pain on my back and I didn’t want to walk. Anyway! We got the stuff we wanted and we drive to parking lot to eat the meals and we couldn’t see the fork for salad and I finally went inside and I asked him to give me a fork and complain about his behavior and by not giving the fork he made me to come inside the store and he was laughing at me very rude and keep saying it was an accident. I understand accident happen but the way he was laughing at me to show me he is the boss and he is commanding me to follow his orders.I asked what’s your name, I want to give it to your manger and he kept laughing and he told me Eric.I am ordering from this fast food store a-lot and this kind of support making so disappointed.

My Toddlers and I love ChickFila. The customer service is always very good. They appreciate their customers and you can tell they take pride in their work. My order is always correct here and the drive through line is long at times, but it is efficient. I recommend using the Chick-fil-A app! It is rewarding and it gives you free perks and the points equal free food! Yum!

The food is so good. Everything comes out warm as expected. My favorite are their sandwiches because they have really good chicken. Another thing that I really enjoy from their resturants are their sauces. They offer a lot and you dont have to pay extra. To add they also have a good lemonade that can even be good on a rainy day. I don’t know who designed this location’s drive-thru, but it is without a doubt the worst engineered one I’ve ever experienced. Why does it start immediately after a hairpin turn to the right after turning right from the shopping center? Why doesn’t the line begin at the far end of the parking lot, so that the back up doesn’t extend into the shopping center and its parking lots? Why is there consistently a line of 15 cars when this place knows it’s consistently slammed? These questions will hang in the balance for eternity.

I like Chick-Fil-A, especially their spicy chicken deluxe sandwich + waffle fries + sweet tea combo. This location is somewhat inconsistent with the quality of the food. Sometimes its really great. Sometimes its too salty, too oily, or chicken was fried too long and became dry. The people who work there are all very nice. Its never too busy inside, but drive thru line can be long.

It’s frustrating because with everything being a drive through there isn’t always time to wait in the line and go back around because someone’s entire meal is missing.
