This chick-fil-a place was really nice! They had fresh flowers on the tables! As a Canadian, I was shocked to see this in a fast food restaurant. Loved the food, service, and atmosphere

Something has changed. The chicken tastes different, and I am no longer a fan. I thought it was a little overcooked, so I went back to try again. Same different tasting chicken. :( I dont know what Chick-fil-A is doing to the chicken now, but please go back to the original way. I didnt mind paying extra before, but now I dont like the chicken anymore. So whats the point. Ill give 2 stars for great service when I gave 5 stars all around in the past. Sad news since we used to eat Chick-fil-A a lot.

Went to this Chick-fil-A to order the new Honey Pepper Pemento sandwich, which Ive had a few times at different locations. This location threw it together so sloppy. My husband ordered the grilled version and his was just as bad. There was hardly any sauce and it was all on one side. The peppers on the back were scraps. Very disappointed this time. 😞

I placed a mobile order on the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The drive-thru was quick and easy as there wasnt anyone in line. I got the new mango flavored lemonade and it was delicious. The only thing thats a bummer about those, is that theyre smaller than your regular lemonade.

The food at Chick-fil-A is good. The service, especially at Quarry Creek has always been top notch. However its the reward program that keeps me coming back. If youre going to give me a free sandwich then dont be surprised if I order a frozen coffee as a treat. Thank you, Chick-fil-A!

We ordered grilled chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. Both with fries and a drink. One medium sized and one large sized. The order came to around $30. When did mediocre food for two become so expensive. I doubt Ill be back. I can cook a nice healthy meal at home for $30 with leftovers. We stopped because it was late and needed dinner, but for that price, it wont be my first choice when in a pinch for a quick meal.

6/29/2024 Update:Received the coupons in the form of gift cards early in June. Just tried to use them late June. Store we tried to use them at (Mira Mesa) showed us that the gift cards sent were USED AS OF MAY... before we ever received them? So they sent us used gift cards that have transaction history and everything... Im really not sure whats going on here but its pretty sad and pathetic. If you wanted to rob me of my money and not provide the products I ordered, just say that and own up to it. Dont waste my time with a charade of customer service.Original review:Visibly watched the drive thru staff check my 3 sandwich, 2 fry order 3x and still missed 45% of it. Missed a whole sandwich, another sandwich was missing cheese. Took a hour round trip to get here. Called to let them know and get it resolved, guy took the information down after making me repeat it 4x since he couldnt get it even when spelled out. Im now waiting for someone to allegedly mail a coupon to say sorry for the inconvenience of missing an entire persons order and you having to find some food for them that they were waiting patiently for. Major disappointment, wont be back. Went to complain using the survey link on the receipt and the site continually fails to load (too long to respond from server). So heres my feedback instead. What a joke. Disappointed in what I spent and got.

I’ve truly never had a bad experience here. I stop here often, but most recently was the trip that prompted this 5 star review. I stopped in with my husband, niece and two nephews. I was tired and it had been a long day but every member of the staff that I encountered brought a smile to my face with their words/actions and it felt so refreshing to be surrounded by kind people. The food as always was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. My husband and I enjoyed having a quick dinner with our niece and nephews who were just over the moon about the mac n cheese and the play place.

EDIT TO ADD: THEY SENT ME USED GIFT CARDS to redeem for the order they had initially not given me that Ive paid for. I tried to redeem the giftcard at a chick fil a in San Diego and they printed out the transaction history stating it was already USED/redeemed.Spent almost $50 at this location. They checked the bag before putting in my sauces so I didnt bother checking when they handed me my food. Got home and found items missing & incorrect. Called the store and all they can do is give me a coupon and have a conversation with the staff on site. First time and definitely the last time at this location.

The food meets expectations for fast food. Assembly of the sandwiches could be done with a bit more care. On several visits now, I received a sandwich that had two small pickles stacked on top of each other, hanging off the side of the bun with the top bun, only covering about a third of the chicken. Since the cheese had already melted, I had to disassemble and reassemble my sandwich so it could be held for consumption.The service was enthusiastic, the facility was clean, and when we ordered additional items, we were easily found for them to deliver to the table.The atmosphere was as expected for fast food. But I appreciate the professionalism, positive attitudes, table service, and seemingly constant rotation of someone cleaning the dining area in one way or another.

Foods great, drive through can get crazy at times with aggressive drivers and they need to monitor this closer for people’s safety. Last time we went in we gave a funny name at the drive through ‘Justin Beiber’ we give funny names all the time and the guy at the drive through window gave us a stank face whenever he had asked us the name and we told him I was like okay??? lol. He had a blueish grey shirt on so he must’ve been a lead or manager. Don’t know his name but he kinda reminded me of Kid Cudi the way he looked I think he was black/African not sure but clean up your attitude man… We’re regulars and we don’t like your ‘DMV’ type worker vibe it’s mean and miserable and unpleasant. Will update if I get his name and see him again…

After recently closing for renovation, this Chick Fil-A location is open and better than ever!So, Chick Fil-A is Chick Fil-A. You have awesome chicken, fries, drinks, and milkshakes. Normally have a great experience at chik fil a and I will preface this by saying that the manager offered to give me a free meal because of the incident I will describe below, however then I got home and realized that both our fries were only half full, and they gave me the end of the tomato that was hard and had sharp parts in it. Went through the drive thru today and they gave me the wrong size drink, so the girl was going to take the drink back and attempted to balance her tray on the edge of my car window and dumped an entire drink into my car. Great that they gave me a free meal, but now I have to wash the carpets in my car and get it detailed.... also as mentioned earlier we got home and the tomato was inedible they gave me that I paid extra for, and the large fries were half full.

While the following is true I am updating my review as mistakes happen but how you handle them is important. They contacted me within a couple days of the review and made things right (at least as far as the money goes) and were kind enough to provide meals free of charge as an apology. This speaks volumes so far as company customer service and integrity.Thank you.I went to the drive thru with 4 other people and we all put our orders in at the drive through. Got 5 miles down the road and my meal wasnt there. No chicken sandwich no fries nothing for me. While every one else was eating i had to go out to the close by habit burger to eat. The good news was the burger was good, the bad news was i had to pay twice for my meal. Shame on you chick-filet.

I ordered an egg white grill and ended up getting something else. I started eating it and the realized this is not what I had ordered. Couldn’t go back because I live far and had an appointment. This is unacceptable, they were not even busy and clearly they aren’t doing their job right. When I entered Chick-fil-A Oceanside for the first time today, I was very impressed. The decorations for Christmas were tastefully done. There were fresh Christmas flowers at the entrance. It felt cozy and homey when I entered this location.Aaron greeted me at the register. He was friendly and bubbly. It seemed like he really liked his job and really like being there. That was refreshing!As I sat waiting for my food, I saw two fresh carnations in a small vase on my table. What a nice touch! There were fresh flowers on my table at a fast food restaurant. I was impressed!My food was delivered sooner than I thought it would be. Gavin delivered my food and asked if I need anything else. He seemed like he really cared about the customer service that he was providing to me. I appreciated that! A little later I saw Gavin going to each table to see if anyone needed anything else. You dont see that kind of treatment in other fast food restaurants. I took notice of that.When I was ready to leave, I asked Gavin who was the manager of this location. It just so happened that Terri, one of the managers was standing by my table. I let her know how pleasantly surprised I was to have such a great experience at Chick-fil-A. The bathrooms were FILTHY - no paper towels, etc...I saw the female manager enter & leave & the bathroom still remained AWFUL! I helped an elderly woman with a walker in there, ran to get some napkins so she could dry her hands. Also, our tray was balanced at the edge of our table with our finished meal & trash - NOT ONE ATTENDANT WOULD HELP TO REMOVE IT FROM OUR TABLE even though they were all around us serving others & even refilled our water ONLY AFTER I REQUESTED MORE WATER, PLEASE. NO ONE WAS BUDGING TO HELP US OR THE ELDERLY WOMAN WITH THE WALKER & THE PLACE WAS NOT CROWDED, terrible! Associate Collin has to be the nicest gentleman I have ever talked to at any Chik Fil A. Dude is very professional and was probably the nicest person I’ve ever met across all locations. We like this location and the service is always very good. Unfortunately, the last 2 times the chicken in our sandwiches was much thinner than in the past. It is always a speedy and delightful time visiting Chick-fil-A locations. Doesnt matter where I go. The workers are always the sweetest and most helpful, the lines are long, but the service is always so quick that Ill be out quicker than other fast food restaurants. Went in for their advertised lemonaid with watermelon juice. I like their food, but the drink was excessively sweet. I could drink more of it if the amount of sugar was cut by one third to one half. Last night, I made a mistake on my order not wanting crisps and wanting the fries instead because at first glance I assumed I ordered the fries because the word crisps were right next to the picture of the fries. I was tired, I had a very long day. They were sealed and I had the receipt. It was an immediate return. I apologized to the cashier and explained that I personally made a mistake, never once did I blame the establishment. I took personal ownership of my mistake but the manager at the time was very condescending explaining that she took my order as I ordered it and theres a reason why she asked a couple of times of my order but again I explained I was sorry and it was my mistake but she sighed loudly, took the sealed chip bag back and gave me my fries. I didnt think it was necessary to react so negatively to me at all considering I didnt blame them, I blamed myself. The only reason why Im leaving this review is so that specific employee takes a moment to reflect on her attitude towards an apologetic customer. Imagine the interaction that could have happened if I was blaming her instead.

Was handed off 3 frozen lemonades in a drink carrier with one topped with a flat lid so wed know that it was regular. Sweet! Thanks!Except - the flat lid wasnt actually snapped on, it was laid gently atop the ice cream. And the drink carrier hadnt been fully assembled (the side squares that actually hold the drinks IN PLACE hadnt been punched out, so the lemonade ice creams were flopping all over the box as soon as it was handed off to me). I noticed these things right away, and turned to ask for more napkins (yes, there were some in the bag of food, but now I would need a lot more to properly shove the flat lid on the cup and clean up the lemonade/ ice cream that was spilling all over the drink carrier from the improperly secured drinks), but the young Caucasian lady with beautifully done eyelash extensions and wavy long hair at the hand-off window had already turned around and walked a few steps away, leaving me to have to holler into the window for attention (I DIDNT holler into the window, that would be rude). I waited an uncomfortable amount of time for her to turn back around, but after another minute I couldnt inconvenience the customers behind me any longer, so I just drove off.I guess if its the same young lady handing you your food/ drinks, you should just watch to make sure the drink carrier is assembled correctly and all lids are on securely for you BEFORE she turns her back and ignores you until you drive away. 😏

Constantly impressed by the level of service provided. Whenever mistakes are made (which is rare) the team makes every attempt to go above and beyond to resolve the issue. Quality is consistently amazing, and the atmosphere is closer to a sit down restaurant than a fast-food joint. It’s busyness during rush hours can attest to how well loved this location in particular is. As an ex-employee, I can also say working for Adam and his team of top notch managers is an incredible gift. Even years after leaving this job, the quality and attention to detail have only improved, and it shows in the food they provide.

There has been food missing from the last 4 out of 5 visits to the location on Marron. This is a complete pain to either have to drive all the way back or just pay for food that we dont receive. Maybe less employees in the kitchen and taking orders in the drive-thru would help with the chaos and ensure correct orders.Too bad since the food is always good when it actually makes it in the bag.

Very poor customer service, I ordered breakfast through the app for pick up in store and got there at 10:25 and told one of the employees I’m here for pick up and he said your order is not ready yet so I waited for 40 minutes and my order still not ready. He went out to ask the employee who was on break and he told him he never told me my order was not ready so basically I lied to them and stood there for 40 minutes for no reason. I’m sure you guys have cameras to check and see the body language of us and see who is lying and who’s honest. The first employee twice told me my order is not ready and once it is ready they will call you and left to his break after giving me the sauces I asked. The owner/manager needs to frequently check on not well trained employees to not disrespect the customers by saying indirectly that we are lying. If I take snapshots of my receipts to show how much I spent on chick flea because my children love it and even if I don’t want to go there I will have to go because I can’t let my kids suffer because of one or two employees who are not doing their job right. The second guy who helped me was very rude and disrespectful. He needs to get proper training for respecting the customers. I wish I had something positive to write, I hate to leave these types of reviews but I had to let someone know so next time another customer doesn’t get treated like this, my baby was waiting so eagerly for his breakfast but due to some irresponsible employees my child had to cry. My 98-year-old mother and I stopped in last Monday, March 28. As we ate, it started to storm without letting up. We didnt know how to get to our car. A very kind staff member noticed our dilemma and offered to help us. I called the restaurant once I arrived to notify them of my mistake and ask if there’s any way they could bring my order to the parking spot I was parked at curbside. I used to love eating here and would do so regularly. They always had excellent service and the food was great. However, about a month ago I went there for breakfast and found a hair in my food. We went inside to let them know and they apologized, refunded the meal, and made a new one. I was pretty grossed out, but accidents happen. So a week later I went back for breakfast again. My wife and I went today at the height of the lunch rush, and droves of famished Christmas shoppers were there. Yet our food was brought out maybe 2 minutes after we sat down. A little conflicted. While my spicy sandwich was outstanding and the intimidatingly long line moved so fast, there was a person with a tablet that took my order and I had never been there before. He handed me a menue and allowed me to check it out and walked with me as the line moved forward. Spicy Chicken Sandwich?, and I confirmed. So no reason to check my order, thats all I expected. When I reached in the bag, I also had fries. I dont eat fries. So, apparently, if the menu shows just a sandwich and you order just a sandwich, its assumed you also want fries, I didnt order, nor did I get a drink so, how is it assumed that I obviously want fries? Strange. The sandwich was outstanding but not worth $9. I will eat there again if I can get the sandwich for less without paying for fries. Ill have to check into it.

Parking lot traffic is unnecessarily confusing.Edit: I appreciate your reply and understand what is trying to be accomplished however, (just like most people) swear there is a better way. Also, secondary to the traffic flow the adjacent parking lot was inaccessible. Your food and customer service is beyond reproach.Still think the flow of traffic could be improved.

The Chick-fil-A organization have figured out how to provide a great quick service meal even under all the Covid-19 hurdles. The staff are so professional and nice. I truly enjoy my chicken sandwiches with waffle fries. Yum!!!!

Everyone was super friendly, nice clean play area for the kids. The chicken sandwich was perfect and on point! Parking isnt the greatest, but we also came in at a super busy lunch time and it seems like they are doing the best they can with the lot space they have.

Favorite chicken sandwich for our family! The chicken market salad is very good and the berries and apples are always fresh with bleu cheese. Staff is always very professional and friendly. You cant beat their service. Dining in is not your typical fast food experience.

This store has by far the best business processes put in place I have ever witnessed within a fast food chain. For 1 employees actually care about the job. 2. The drive thru process is amazing, fast, and employees are very helpful and attentive. I can eat chicken anywhere, but its your customer service that keeps me coming back!

Absolutely amazing food and service. The workers are fast, the line looks very long but it goes pretty quick. I would eat here everyday if it werent closed on Sunday. But I dont really mind that their closed on Sundays, if anything I respect them more because of it.

I was surprised when I read how horrible the ingredients in this food is, especially for their chicken sandwiches. MSG listed TWICE, bleached flour, preservatives, and even artificial food dyes. I wouldnt even feed this to my dog. Never again! I only gave 2 stars because the service is great.

Although they have constant long lines(50 cars deep), the wait time is about 10 to 15 minutes. They have about 6 to 8 employees outside taking orders and directing the line. Food is always fresh and warm.

This Chick-fil-a is great they usually have a line but they quickly and efficiently work through it and you only spend at max ten minutes in the drive through. The food is delicious but the one downside is that it’s expensive. I have only had a few times that I had gone through and received subpar food preparation if you ask them to fix it they will make it right.

Food is pretty good, service is excellent. Always bend over backwards to make it right. Try the lemonade, they put delicious in a cup and distribute it with a straw. Sometimes they forget the sauce but I can forgive that. I have been multiple times and never had a bad experience.

All Chick-fil-As seem busy, but this one gets you in and out really fast. On 7/10 they had cow appreciation day and any chicken entree was free if you wore something with a cow or spots on it. It was fun. They have good diet lemonade too.

What can I say about Chick-fil-A? Well lets go over the things I usually grade my experiences on.First, the location. The building seems to be relatively new. It is well maintained, and very clean. The staff is on the ball on cleaning tables and the store, and maintaing the grounds.Second, the staff. Like every Chick-fil-A, I have ever been in the staff is super friendly, and helpful. While here I watched a staff member help an elderly lady to a table. The staff member also made sure she was seated and had everything she needed before going back behind the counter. I also like that the staff goes around checking odd customers need a refill on their drinks.Third, the food. I have yet to ever have bad food at any location, I have ever visited. I will admit the food is a little on the pricey side for a fast food resteraunt, but the quality here makes it worth it.Do I suggest this location, yes I do.

The chicken noodle soup tasted delicious. It tasted and looked like it is supposed to. The cool chicken wrap was also great. The avocado lime ranch was the best. The two together offset each other perfectly. Christian music was playing to add to the relaxing mood. Very enjoyable.

It was a lunch crush crowd, three lines murged into one for the drive thru and everyone handled it with style and grace. This Chick-fil-a is amazing!! Not only are they fast and efficient, they are always friendly and have great customer service! I don’t usually do reviews, but what made me decide to leave something is because they went above and beyond. I asked my husband to pick up dinner because our baby was not feeling well and had been super clingy all day and I was also potty training our 3 yo, well he ordered and went to pay when he realized he left his wallet in my car, I tried giving my card number to them but instead they were super kind and gave us the meal.. we are absolutely floored with the kindness we were shown. I’ve heard stories like this before with other chick-fil-a’s but never thought I would experience it! Amazing place to go eat not only for the quality food but the quality people!

I’m not here to complain about the food or previous visits this place is usually great. However, tonight was not the usual atmosphere. Everyone says not to post negatively about customer service and directly speak to a manger, but I didn’t have time today. It was BS. We were told to pull around the bend, and put our hazards on. Then when the service person came out with our food he searched the parking lot, about to go in we rolled down the windows and waved him over, so clearly he hadn’t communicated with the staff who directed me where to stop, to where we were. He then went ahead and told me that’s not where they send customers instead of an apology for the 10min additional wait because you lost our order in the rush. In fact he never apologized and handed us our food when we explained a sandwich wasn’t there, he didn’t believe us, and checked the recipe/bag and went back into the restaurant and came back out with the sandwich, still no apology and then we left, possibly to never come back. Needless to say a horrible customer service experience for expensive “fast” food.Foods good, service is slipping.

They have have long lines when going through the drive thru. At first I felt annoyed, but it is due to Covid-19 and I have to say they are handling the extra traffic with sophistication. The drive thru experience is horrendous. Even mobile app ordering in advance doesnt get your food any quicker. I still had to wait 10 minutes in addition to the 15 minutes they said it would take. Ours are everywhere picking up and in the drive-through that its just chaos. Too bad theres only one of these locations in Oceanside otherwise I recommend you go someplace else.

I absolutely love Chic-fil-A, especially this restaurant and location. Sometimes a bit difficult to get into (drive-thru and parking lot) base on the time that you are trying to stop in, but the food and service definitely goes above on beyond to create a great experience. Definitely suggest trying out the App as it provides the ability to order food ahead of time and they will either have it hot and ready at the counter or will even bring it out to you! Plus you get points that will contribute to free food! Definitely cannot go wrong with this establishment.

Chick-fil-A is always good. Their waffle fries are reason enough to go! I always get sandwich with no pickles and a slice of pepper jack cheese and of course waffle fries an can dunno combo. Their prices are fair and if the drive through is too long, I go inside and get my order a lot quicker. Anyone thats tired of the same Burger variations at other establishments, take s break and treat yourself to some Chick-fil-A! You wont regret it. Atmosphere inside is relaxed. Service is always perfect.

Chick-fil-A has the highest quality customer service of any fast food restaurant.They forgot an item from my order so I called them and they took time with me on the phone to calmly address my issue and sent someone all the way to my house to deliver the item.Well in and out seems to give their employees a sense of pride and satisfaction in the service they provide to our community, the staff at Chick-fil-A (whether through training or hiring standards) are much more capable, charismatic, personable and intelligent. Clearly the managerial style, work environment and company policies are responsible.When a company has these standards I will choose them over others every time.Also its important to note their Chick-fil-A sauce is soo bomb.
