They are set up for a very long drive thru line - but we were lucky and the line was not long! Very nice store, clean, fast and friendly staff. Food was good like usual.

They previously messed up my order. Half filling the fries. Apparently if I didn’t drive all the way back the same day, they wouldn’t reimburse me for their mistake. Waiting a while to even have them take my order. 8 people behind the counter, chatting, playing rochambeau, and providing anything but good service while customers wait in line to be serviced. I liked this place. Never again.

This spicy southwest salad is to die for. I had it 2 days in a row. Other restaurants could learn from chick fil A. I worked for KFC for 25 yrs and we were never staffed like this store. They understand what the customer wants and they deliver on a very high level. Whole staff focused on the customers no joking or playing around but all the employees seem genuinely happy. This place makes me wanna work fast food again.

I went to get a chicken sandii and mi favorite strawberry shake and lane was so big... Surprise that they have so many people working and direction the traffic .. mi food was yummy no more then 5 minutes in that big lane ... Stopped through the drive thru this evening. Friendly service as usual. I ordered the Cobb Salad, which was good. I got back to my hotel to find I had no fork. Eating a salad with your fingers is not ideal to say the least.

I absolutely love this location in Norco, Ca right off the 15 at the Hidden Valley Pkwy exit of Chick-fil-A! I have yet,and have not had a bad experience from the employees or with the food I have eaten here!The employees I have met here on both occasions Dylan and Ben B! you two have phenomenal customer service skills! have been very kind and thoughtful and gone above and beyond in their service! So this location loves their customers, unlike my experience I have had at several other locations that all you have to do is look at my other reviews to find out the locations. But the salads I have had both times, did not disappoint either, so there food is consistent, its not just good one time is have been great both times!! The Spicy Southwest salad with chicken is the best! I love their creamy salsa dressing and also the creamy avocado ranch dressing! Have tried both dressings and can decide which one I like better, thats just how good they taste on this salad! Plus lots of toppings, the tomatoes, the chicken perfectly grilled and the corn and pepitos (I thinks that what they are called) that come in the package to add to the salad, YUMMY! Then to top if off with their Sunjoy Tea/Lemonade mix (almost like an Arnold Palmer) makes for the perfect meal for all you people out there that are a salad freak like I am! This location has the best salads for a fast food restaurant I have yet to come across, Since Culvers hasnt made it to this state yet!! If you havent tried this salad yet, you are really missing out!!Also included a couple location photos because it really it a good location in Norco!

Went to this particular location and I understand fast food places get busy. When I ordered my meal, I asked for light ice and they filled it up half way, which no big deal, I let it slide but when I went up to get my refill, I was standing there for 3 minutes with two of the workers staring at me since I stood there. One of them was filling ice tea and the other one was getting drinks for the drive thru and kept giving me a disgusted look every time she went to get drinks for drive thru. She looked at the one filling ice tea and said, Can you refill her drink, shes just staring at me. They kept giving eachother glances and were rude about it, eventually I went back to the table I was at to get my belongings and leave when my friend goes up and asks for a refill which at that point I didnt want. Only reason why they gave my friend a refill was because she was irritated and sounded irritated watching me stand there and she saw the way they were looking at me as well. They didnt even fill up the soda. And oops, I dropped the soda on the table. The food was okay, but the service was awful, all I wanted was a refill. Hope they put the soda machines outside of the workers area to make it easier on the customers. This happened on 5/31/24 around 6pm.

I am a fan of chick fil a, but this location is the absolute worst. On multiple occasions they get our orders wrong and forget our sauces but this past weekend was our worst experience. Upon ordering, their app was not allowing me to scan for points, after than when we ordered the white girl who took our order tried to charge us multiple times after we got the notification from our bank showing that the charge went through. We told her it went through and she said ok and that it was fine, and did not provide us with a receipt. Over 1/2 an hour later we still do not receive our food. We had already seen 4 customers who ordered after us receive their order, some of them took a seat and ate and had already left, while our name had yet to be called. We asked a guy to check on our order and instead he stayed at the register, even though there was no line. 15 minute after that we still had yet to revive our order, we asked again and they finally payed attention after they saw us getting upset. Come to find out they had not even started our order and the girl who took our order was hiding in the corner by the drive through window so to try and not be seen. They could not find our order ticket and we gestured towards the worker who took our order. We saw them scrabble to get our order together. And of course they forgot our sauces and our drinks were very watered down. I have worked in the food industry and usually customers are compensated with either a refund, or extra items. This was not offered at all and they were very dismissive. We were very upset having to wait almost an hour for our 2 sandwiched and fries, and would have expected to be at least end offered something for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional.

This chick-fil-a has a great track record for quick service and excellent quality food. Maybe there needs to be a little bit of training on cheese slice placement on their sandwiches but other then that, everything is wonderful. The drive-thru is very long sometimes and it’s quicker to dine in.I like to say “thank you” as much as humanly possible so I can manipulate their policy😂 if you’re wanting chicken, I highly recommend to visit this chick-fil-a. Also, give the hosts in the dining area a raise, they did an amazing job refilling drinks and helping us find a clean table. Thank you so much for the food!

Great food, great customer service.However, they consistently forget the sauce. Occasionally straws too.Forgetting sauce doesnt seem that bad, but have you ever eaten a dry sandwich or plain fries? I walked inside to place an order to go: it was a small order for just one person. The timestamp on the receipt says the order was finalized and paid for at 6:53 pm. I waited and waited for what felt like an eternity to be given my food. When the food was finally given my to me, I just had to check the time and noticed it was at 7:09. Thats 16 minutes for a one-person order!I asked Klarisse if this is normal and she assured me that 16 minutes per order is indeed within normal response time. So there you have it: employees at this Chick-fil-A location are quite proud of taking more than 15 minutes per order. Klarisse has explicitly confirmed this to be true.

This is the only Chick-fil-A that I have had bad experiences at. I went through the drive thru and ordered my food as usual and things were going pretty well. When I got to the window to pick up my order the girl at the window asked if I could pull up to the front parking spaces and wait because my food wasnt ready. So I politely declined and let the young lady know that the last time they had me park in the front because my food wasnt ready, I ended up waiting in my car with my kids for about 15 minutes and had to walk inside the Chick-fil-A to go grab my food that was sitting on the counter. When I asked for my food and told them about the situation, you could tell they completely forgot about my food. So I ended up taking home cold food. So I stayed in the drive thru and waited for my food. Then the manager took over for the young lady and started to hand me my bags. I asked for the Texas Pete hot sauce. So the manager picked up one sauce and told meIm sorry we only have one hot sauce left and I have to go to the back to get more. If you go to the front and wait I can bring you more hot sauce. So politely declined because I already had my food. It really felt like she was just trying to prove a point. I had no issue with the fact that my food wasnt ready. I just didnt want to be stuck in a parking space in front of Chick-fil-A waiting for cold food again. Also Ive gone to pretty much every other Chick-fil-A and ask for frosted root beer and have always been able to get it. But for some reason this Chick-fil-A told me they dont do it. But its all good. Its the only Chick-fil-A I know of in Corona or by my house so Ill probably be back again the next time my kids ask for it.

Usually I would put a five-star here because they do have amazing food. Now Ive been hearing nothing but great Raves about their chicken spicy sandwich. I wanted to see if it could beat Popeyes. Sad to say I am still indecisive. I ordered a spicy chicken Deluxe with no tomato add bacon Xtra sauce. One there is no pepper jack cheese as you can see in the photo no pickles but most important theres absolutely no sauce so I cant really tell you if the sandwiches better because of my BAD experience of waiting 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Would not recommend for anybody who has a 30 minute lunch. Guess I should have went to Popeyes.

CFA just is not as good as they used to be. Upper management needs to get involved to make sure these kids running the place do a good job at EVERY location. We ordered 9 sandwiches we different variations...not one was marked. Sandwiches were luke warm at best more like room temperature...plus they were just thrown together...DISGUSTING LOOKIN G...went along with the taste. That will be the last time eating at cfa. Today, 2 hours ago I went to this specific chick-fil-a and I had already had an interview for this place two weeks ago. And I reapplied and I got an email to come in again. So I went in today. And the manager that interviewed me last time asked what my name was in front of other people waiting to get interviewed and customers that were around. Everyone was staring I was put on spotlight and I said my name and she said “Didn’t I interview you last week?” and I said “I think it was two weeks ago but I reapplied and received an email to come in for an interview today at 3:15” and she said “Well did you get an email back from the other interview?” and I said “No i did not” and she she said “have a good day” and I said “thank you, you as well” and she was extremely rude and said “ok.” Like why else would they email me to come in for an interview if they will act this way. And the fact she had to do this in front of others really isn’t professional. I would like to speak to the Chick-Fil-A headquarters about this.

Just a couple things to note if you go here, we waited 20 mins for our food after ordering prior online & as expensive as they are, they didn’t fill up the fry boxes. I’m typing this review as I’m currently in line waiting for my food. We all know everyone love a good Chic Fil A breakfast! We rush to get there before the cut off time. Today I barely missed it but that’s okay because as I sat in line I watched a young lady outside handling both drive thru lines with speed, accuracy and a smile. Her name is Haylie. When I said, “They have you working hard today huh” she smiled and said yes but it’s okay more of us are coming in soon. I remember my days working drive thru and being outside tackling the line and the many customers that complimented me on how well I was doing. So I wanted to make sure this young lady got her praise. Swear, Ive waited longer at McDonalds w 2 people in front of me then at Chick-fil-A with 20 cars. I love chick-fil-a but unfortunately my last to visits to this location were very dissatisfying first they forgot the bacon on my sandwich and only to find that out after getting home. So I call the location and let them know what happen and they tell me they are so sorry and they will replace the whole meal for me so they send me a card in the mail and I come today and they only replaced the sandwich and made me pay for the fries and drink. This place is awesome. I’ve been back and forth to the hospital to visit my mom and today was a less than good day. The young lady taking my order asked how my day was and well I answered honestly. My son and I got the chicken, egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches for the first time. AMAZING! So fresh and so delicious! Excellent choice. The chicken filet was thick but not too thick. And the biscuit was so fresh, warm and soft. I would definitely get this again. And of course I always get the frozen coffee. Definitely recommend.

Web site says food would now be brought out to your car and I waited 15 minutes and then went inside to see what was up and the girl greeted me and asked for the name and she indicated she would check on it. I waited another 10 minutes and happened to look at the pick up shelf and there was the order. I would have looked there if the girl had not told me she would check. The food was cold and there were no fries. I had to return to the site on Hidden Valley and here I sit waiting again while the food is made again. I don’t know what has changed with the process in the last month but orders are taking much longer than in the past. I guess I’ll have to find another Chick fil a. I used to live coming here and keep trying every once in awhile because I like the food.... however its not like it used to be. Service is incredibly slow. I understand when you have the drive thru full into the parking lot but when I wait 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me and my food still isnt ready when I reach the window, theres a problem. It was before 8 am, breakfast is all that is being served. There are many staff members visible, whats the issue? This is a constant problem and I only go about once a month these days, always the same thing. I hope they can figure it out but Im done.

So this is for the Chick-fil-A on hidden valley parkway in Norco. Absolutely awful. The prices on the drive-thru board are lower than what they charge you. When I asked about it at the front they said oh yes, we havent changed those yet. I said why not. They said because you have to go out there and physically change the board. I said thats probably easier to do than having people call and complain. In addition to that their chick-fil-A biscuits were not only dry but the chicken look like it had been cut in half long ways and was mostly just the crispy part. There was no meat to the chicken breast.

As youd expect, this chickfila location is well staffed, clean, and has consistently delicious food. The staff is always courteous and friendly, with fast service. The food has been consistently delicious (as youd expect), even over the years and dozens of visits. I have never tried the drive thru, but the line seems very long during the lunch rush. Somehow, they still manage to quickly move it along. The dine-in experience has been fantastic every visit, and I can always count on quality delicious sandwiches.

Used to be our favorite location, always quick and wonderful service. First time here in 4 months. Every time we drive by the line is outrageous and no staff is handling line control or taking orders anymore. It went downhill after changes in management. They have really figured out how to get customers through a long drive-thru lane quickly! The employees working the line with their tablets are friendly and efficient and take your payment while youre in line. Then they being your food to you in red tubs to minimize contact. You do have to work your way through the line once youre in it, but it doesnt get annoying when youre already nibbling on your meal. Only once was my food not entirely ready by the time I got to the window, but I parked in their special spot, and they brought it quickly.

Another vehicle pulls up in the line next to me and the immediately go to his car and take their order. Ordered through the drive thru tonight and had a very poor experience. First off I’d like to mention that my order taker outside was courteous and took and repeated my order perfectly. Wait time wasn’t bad until I reached the window. My ‘turn’ at the window was extended. I don’t know exactly how long but it was uncomfortable considering everyone before me was there only seconds. People behind me were likely getting upset because I know I was. Finally after getting only my partial order I’m then asked to park and wait for my food in the front of their building. I comply. There I end up waiting a minimum of ten additional minutes (likely about 13-15 minutes cause I only looked at the clock minutes after waiting) then I get a friendly young man come to my window with part of my order. He tells me that they have what I ordered which was a gluten free option of bun for their burgers but he says they’re frozen and would take an additional ten minutes minimum to make that item. By this point from start to finish I’ve waited about twenty minutes total for this food which is not even what I ordered and were also even missing additional items. He then went back inside to retrieve the missing items after me telling him I did not want to wait the additional minimum ten minutes longer to only make the other two parts of my order get colder than what the first part that they gave me at the window (now about twenty or so minutes ago) already was. The young man comes out promptly with my remaining items and apologizes then I depart. All of this and then I get home with not only my food but my boyfriend and his friends food were mostly disappointing for different reasons... my cobb salad was missing the sliced hard boiled egg which truthfully is my favorite part and then our friend’s waffle fries were undercooked and cold, and I never got the receipt at all during all this. I question my charges at this point with the potential lack of training at this location maybe? I’m not sure. My total was almost $42 dollars for three people and at this point I wish I would have just returned the order that the man at my car window dropping off my partial order offered after everything. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants. Although it is considered to be a fast food chain, I feel it should not be in the same category. They have great food and it is always delicious. First off: they gave us the wrong size drinks. If your customer pays for large, give them large. Telling the sizes apart isnt difficult. The next part is more annoying but the policy just implies the depths of their staffs incompetency.Has mobile pick up stalls, but youre not allowed to pick up from mobile pick up stalls. They make you go through the drive thru to have it brought out to you. I kid you not. You will literally be in the drive thru with 40 cars in front of and behind you and they bring your food to you. 8:36 pm on 3/21/17.. went to this location because Im pregnant and been craving their grilled chicken nuggets.. ordered two meals for the hubby and I and two parfaits. They had us wait in the front for the fresh grilled nuggets. Not gonna lie took longer then they said but we didnt mind. As we were leaving, like at the end of the parking lot about to turn to get to the intersection we see the employee that gave us our food chase after us.. they forgot to give us our parfaits. This poor girl ran in the rain to make sure we got our full order.. Have to say chik fil a is the best! Food and customer service.

Delicious, real fast food in a category of its own. Clean inside and friendly staff who actually enjoy being at work. Thank goodness for fast serving restaurants like Chick fil-A, showing other chains how fast food can be done right.

This was a different experience for me. I a school bus driver for the last 16 years. No company has ever come out to my bus and taken the orders of 21 high school basketball players and at least 15 parents in the parking lot because the inside restaurant was closed

Dank chicken, exceptional service. What more can a man need? Order a spicy deluxe meal with no pickles and 2 chick-fil-sauce. Gently lather one of the sauces on the inside of the sandwich (like it was mayonnaise) then eat that sucker up. Then give this review a like and thank the person who took your order. They are chicken angels.

This place is great. I go all the time and they only messed up my order once. So thats a pretty good record. The employees are always very polite and thorough and the food is always tasty. There is typically a line (because the food is so good) but the wait time isnt that bad. If you dont have an ounce of patience maybe it wouldnt be the place for you but otherwise i give it a thumbs up. Eat more chikn :)

This chick fil a is the one I probably go to the most and they are always so nice. They always get my order right and it is always hot and yummy. They also have bendy straws thats an automatic plus for me. But be warned the drive thru is a ZOO 9 times out of 10

0 stars if possible. So they forgot a couple things. straws for all the milkshakes and drinks, my nieces french fries, they were asked more than once for bbq sauce. Also There wasnt any napkins. All and all Horrible service I would not recommend to anyone. Plus it’s always packed. Never again!!

The food was not bad. But there were a few things I noticed. The young man that was cooking his pants were sagging and he scratched his face while he was preparing the food at the grill. But I was in a hurry and needed to have something fast guess thats what you get. I strongly you think they need to have a higher plastic cover for the food people should not be able to reach over!! Big turn-off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Efficient service despite the long line. My chicken sandwich was very lacking...small, thin and not a whole complete piece of chicken. Some parts were just pieces of deep fried breading holding together some bites of chicken. They need to work on quality control. Disappointing...

This location is a disappointment to me the last few times I visited. However, today my order and everything was perfect except now they gave me a note to say they will not be able to accommodate my order needs (crispy nuggets). They never give you napkins in drive thru or inside. Even though this is the closest location to my house, I rather drive 10-15 extra minutes to Ontario or Temescal Valley

Placed an order in the drive thru. Lady who took my order kept trying to rush me through and end my order. I spent nearly 60 bucks and because she was in a hurry, she still left off my meal. I got home and discovered she did not charge me for it. Called the store and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Im not going back.

Chick FIL-a always comes through to have some delicious food. Our gathering around the pool consisted of about 10 people. We ordered the large 120 some pieces of chicken nuggets for everyone to share. This was more than enough food. Also the potatoes, a few drinks and of course cookies for everyone and a few extra.Without a doubt, CFA is the place to go.The service is unequal. We have traveled all over this country as FullTime RVers. Chic Fil-a is consistent and then some. There is no other fastfood eatery that will best the service. Highly recommended

Normally this place was great, this week, they messed up on our food 3 times. We are in the process of moving, so cooking for the kids is not really an option this week... I let the first 2 times go, however, today, the 3rd mess up, I called and wanted a refund. I spoke with lauren, who stated to me that the general manager would be in tomorrow and could refund for my meal. I specifically asked if I needed to save the food, which i was willing to do, or if I could throw it away. She told me not to worry about it, snap a picture of the food and go ahead and throw it away. So I did. Kristin (general manager?) called me back, stated she needed the food to give a refund. To make a long story short, I explained the bag is in the dumpster now underneath all of our moving trash, since Lauren directed me to simply take a photo of the food, which I did and go ahead and throw it away. Kristin asked Lauren about this, and she denied telling me that. WHAT??? Its the principal at this point. $7.55 is not going to make me or break me, its the principal...
